Earlier today, the singer posted a photo to Instagram of Ashley Moore, a model he was linked to last summer after Bieber and Moore allegedly dined at French restaurant Bouchon. In this case, Bieber included a sexy image of Moore online and wrote along with it: “super cute @ashley_moore_ Proud of you :)” Yes, Beliebers. That’s a smiley face emoticon.
