Hilary Duff looks like she might be slipping back into her chubby girl ways now that she’s engaged, here she is walking around somewhere looking a little soft around the edges. She still looks cute for the most part, but those Oprah Winfrey arms aren’t doing it for me, they look like a chubby toddler’s legs.
