Filed under: Videos , Music Eric Whitacre’s choir is full of amazing vocalists from around the world, with 12 countries represented. It’s a conductor’s dream, except that this choir never comes together in the same practice space. It’s a virtual choir, with performances captured entirely through YouTube . The finished product is visually and musically stunning, showing footage of the various singers swirling around a central video of conductor Whitacre. Even cooler, you can watch each individual singer’s performance on YouTube to see exactly how they fit together. Some of these people are absolutely amazing, as you can see from the collection of audition videos after the jump (along with a finished Virtual Choir video, of course).
