Forget eating a whole wheel of cheese. THIS is impressive: Kristen Wiig has officially joined the cast of Anchorman 2 ! Director Adam McKay announced the news last night on Twitter, with Christine Applegate quickly following up via her own message: “So excited Kristen Wiig has joined our cast for anchorman2. Going 2 b best movie ever made. Besides the best movies ever made.” The sequel comes out on December 20 and will return Will Ferrell, Applegate, Paul Rudd, Steve Carrell and Dave Koechner in their roles from the original classic. It’s unknown at this time just what character Wiig will take on… but who cares?!? We’re breaking through our glass case of emotion just thinking of the possibilities.
