It’s only been four days since Scott Disick quit rehab for the fifth time but Kourtney Kardashian’s boozy baby daddy is already back up to his old tricks. Scott is scheduled to do a club appearance in Vegas tonight, even though that’s exactly the sort of gig that’s landed him in trouble on countless occasions. Not surprisingly, Kourtney is reportedly at her wit’s end, and while she and Scott are technically still a couple, sources say there time together will soon be at an end. “The relationship has run its course,” one insider tells Radar Online. “With Scott’s refusal to stop drinking and partying, Kourtney doesn’t want to put any more effort into it. “Scott continues to sleep in a separate bedroom at their house. He feels neglected and has accused Kourtney of caring more about their three children. “They are just living completely different lives. It’s only a matter of time until Scott moves out of the house and they formally break up.” Things have gotten so bad that Scott has reportedly already purchased a $5.8 million house of his own not far from the home he currently shares with Kourtney and his kids. Sources say Kourtney has given Scott ultimatums with regard to his drinking several times in the past and he’s ignored them all, so it’s not surprising that she’s finally gotten fed up.
