CELEBRITY BUZZ : Tank is Levi Johnston's bodyguard, spokesperson, manager, and best friend. My co-workers didn't know who Tank was, so I'm spreading the gospel. I also have a pet theory that Tank is the one writing Levi's Twitter (and thus why it's not verified).
