Zayn Malik has taken to Twitter and acknowledged the exciting news that broke earlier this week: He’s engaged Perrie Edwards ! “Never been more happy in my life!” the One Direction member wrote. “Thank you to everyone that has been so lovely about my engagement to my beautiful fiancé ! Big love z X.” Malik has not faced the sort of backlash that has come down on Liam Payne and his new girlfriend, Sophia Smith, as Payne was forced respond rudely a couple days ago to fans that were being total jerks to Smith on Twitter.
