Source: LAPD / LAPD Eric Holder Being Held Without Bail For Nipsy Hussle Slaying The man who police said murdered Nipsy Hussle in cold blood over the weekend has a history of being fascinated with firearms. Eric Holder served time in 2012 for possessing an illegal loaded gun near LAX, BOSSIP has learned. Cops arrested Holder in April of that year for carrying a concealed, loaded firearm in a vehicle or public place. He pled no contest but was later found guilty of carrying the gun. A judge sentenced him to six months in the county jail, followed by three years of probation, according to court records obtained by BOSSIP. Holder also has had prior brushes with the law for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license, according to court docs. In 2015, a judge nearly threw him back in the slammer for violating the terms of his probation for the gun charge, court records show. But after that, he managed to keep out of trouble until this latest arrest. The police arrested the 29-year-old Holder Tuesday afternoon in the LA suburb of Bellflower. He’s being held in the County Jail without bail.
