I once said that Victoria Justice is the hottest piece in Hollywood. I still stand by this, but she bored me through the years being so conservative. Nonetheless, I’m happy to announce that her tongue game is on and I’m hoping this evolves into her wearing much less clothing. Fingers crossed.
