Beyonce Knowles won three awards at the MTV Europe Music Awards last night (05.11.09). The ‘Sweet Dreams’ singer – who wowed crowds with a performance of her latest track while wearing a skimpy red corset and suspenders – was the most successful star of the night as she was awarded the prize for Best Song for her track ‘Halo’, Best Video for her hit record ‘Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)’ and also scooped the Best Female Singer honour
