He’d been threatening this for a while, but Erkin Rakishev has finally delivered: The Kazakh filmmaker is well underway on My Brother Borat , the unauthorized sequel to Sacha Baron Cohen’s 2006 blockbuster (and source of much loathing in Kazakhstan) Borat .
