Kate Major to Michael Lohan: Leave Me Alone!

Michael Lohan recently reached out to Billy Ray Cyrus . His ex-fiancee, Kate Major, says he’s been doing the same – and just filed a criminal complaint because he’s calling, harassing and threatening her constantly. A few weeks ago, the on-off couple split (again), Kate tried to pack up her stuff from their NYC apartment, MiLo got in the way and things blew the f*%k up. Kate then fled to her family’s Florida home, where Michael called so much, Kate asked Verizon to permanently block his number, which didn’t sit well with him. Michael allegedly threatened to do “something bad” to her at that point. She filed a criminal complaint with police in Florida and plans to seek a restraining order on Monday. Mike, of course, says her accusations are false as always. MiLo, accused of assault on Kate last summer, only to have her drop the charge, says “She has done this many times, and the allegations always prove false.” Much like his claims of representing Lindsay to the Late Show .

Foot fetish videos on YouTube starring a woman who sure looks like the wife of New York Jets coach Rex Ryan are causing a stir in the Big Apple and beyond. Sports blog Deadspin was the first to note the odd similarities between Michelle Ryan and the foot fetish videos, which are fairly vanilla but still very weird. It’s unclear if the woman in the videos is Michelle Ryan, but this was the Jets’ official response: “This is a personal matter and Rex will have no comment.” WELL-HEELED : Is Rex Ryan’s wife Michelle a foot fetishist? Debatable. Is that a great/awful front page headline by the New York Daily News? Absolutely . So basically, it’s her. Right? If that’s not Michelle Ryan, the response would be “that’s not Michelle Ryan in the videos.” Rex would be irate or laughing it off. Of course, whether Rex Ryan’s wife gets freaky with her feet has zero bearing on the Jets or his ability to coach. But the lack of judgment would be incredible. One of the videos contains a male voice that sounds as much like Rex Ryan as the infamous Brett Favre voice message to Jenn Sterger sounds like Brett.

Dawn Holland was already fired by the Betty Ford Center for talking about her melee with Lindsay Lohan to the media. Might criminal charges be next? She is accused of selling documents and an interview about her fight with Lindsay to celebrity gossip site TMZ for at least $10,000 before she got fired. For most people, this would be shady behavior, but legally a non-issue. The fact that she’s a health care worker could land her in big trouble, though. The cash-for-comment scandal could be considered a violation of HIPAA laws and lead to criminal probes into both Dawn Holland and TMZ. In an (unpaid) interview with Radar Online , Holland said she had not yet decided whether she would legally challenge her sudden dismissal. “I’m not quite sure [what my next step is]… I’m working on that,” she said. As for what TMZ paid her? “I’m not going to say (how much).” Asked if “it was somewhere between $10,000 and $15,000,” she “If I give you a ballpark then… well, then… yeah (it was between that).” In a statement released Tuesday, Betty Ford said: “Regrettably, on December 21, one of our employees violated strict confidentiality guidelines and laws by publicly identifying patients in a media interview and by disclosing a privileged document.” “The employee has been terminated by the Betty Ford Center.” Holland was fired in the aftermath of the confrontation with Lohan, who returned to her sober house after her curfew back on December 12. The two parties’ accounts of what transpired differ greatly, but it’s clear that the altercation was physical and that the police were notified. TMZ said Holland spoke “because the story was already out there, Lindsay was publicly trashing her and Betty Ford did not have her back.” It will be interesting to see how this plays out in terms of the battery allegation against Lindsay and the accusations against Holland. Millions will delight in Thanksgiving festivities tomorrow. Angelina Jolie is not one of them, electing not to commemorate the genocide of Native Americans. “Angelina Jolie absolutely hates this holiday and wants no part in rewriting history like so many other Americans,” a friend of the actress tells PopEater . Valid point, but pumpkin pie just tastes so good … NO THANKS-GIVING : Angelina Jolie is not a fan! “To celebrate what the white settlers did to the native Indians, the domination of one culture over another, just isn’t her style,” the friend says. “[Jolie] doesn’t want to teach her multi-cultural family how to celebrate a story of murder.” Not sure how many of us toast to murder at the dinner table on this day, but she prefers to think of herself as a citizen of the world, not just America. Always extremely sensitive to suffering throughout the world, she’s going to great lengths to make sure the Jolie-Pitt brood doesn’t honor it here. “Angelina gets so grossed out by Thanksgiving that she has made sure her family will not be in America this year on Thursday,” an insider reports. While Brad Pitt recently told Extra , “We’ll whip up a turkey somewhere,” a family friend tells me, “If Brad wants turkey, he’ll have to cook it himself.” Well, that would likely be the case whether they observe the day or not. Dude is so annoying when he eats , you know she makes him do the work.

Willow Palin is not happy with the media. Must run in the family. A week after her big sister, Bristol Palin, apologized for Willow’s use of a gay slur on Facebook , the 16-year-old spawn of Sarah is sounding off solo. In a statement to E!, Willow goes off on Facebook haters, scandalous “lies” in Life & Style and Bristol’s run to the Dancing With the Stars finale . Bristol, Sarah, Trig and Willow Palin with He-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named . “Today I am focusing on a special event – Bristol and Mark [Ballas]’s appearance in the Dancing With the Stars finals. Nothing will take away how proud we are of Bristol and her grit and determination that got her this far,” says Willow Palin. Then her attention turned to the “ridiculous” reports, namely a Life & Style story painting the wild child as a crazy, vodka-chugging drug dealer . “It is disappointing to see people claim they know me to sell stories,” she said . “As for people accusing me of being at a party over a year ago, the accusations are ridiculous. The same people saying this were also the ones attacking my family on Facebook. Unfortunately some people have learned that there are publications that will pay money for stories, no matter how misleading.” “Nevertheless, I recognize that my family has been given a great honor and privilege to make a difference in this country, and even though I am just 16, more is expected of me,” she continues. “That being said, I say this to Bristol and Mark (with a hat tip to Lady Gaga) – Just Dance!” Awwww . Notice she left out the bit about slinging dope in a Target parking lot. Eh eh? Just kidding. We’re sure that didn’t happen. Actually we’re not sure, it very well may have. But you can’t trust anything that Life & Style says either.

Looks like producers for Dr. Phil and Montel might be waiting awhile if they think they have a celebrity dad-hating story in the making. Rupert Murdoch’s New York Post seemed to have obtained a scoop yesterday rising to the level of Dr. Evil/Scott Evil proportions, excerpting a FaceBook quote from Daniel Assange, 20, that appeared on its face to fuel the growing personal attacks against his father, embattled WikiLeaks founder and director, Julian Assange: WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange’s own son thinks he’s a nightmare when it comes to women. “That man does have a way of making a lot of female enemies,” Daniel Assange, 21, said about his embattled dad. Daniel made the Facebook posting after two Swedish women came forward with allegations that led to rape and molestation charges against his dad. Daniel also wondered about his father’s claim that the accusations were part of a Pentagon “smear campaign.” “Interesting to see whether this is the result of a government plot or personal grudges,” he wrote. But later on Friday, Daniel, under the moniker Somnidea on a website called The Sleepy Lammata lashed out at the newspaper, calling the story “godawful sensational tripe”: I’d just like to note here that the comments in question were very tongue-in-cheek and never intended to be made public like this, much less support the conclusions of the article. Al Gore Accuser: Paid to Tell Her Story?

We reported her accusations in graphic detail last week, but Molly Hagerty, Al Gore’s sexual assault accuser, faces myriad questions about her credibility. Namely, that she went shopping her story for money years after the fact. Police in Portland, Ore., announced that they are reopening the investigation into allegations of sexual abuse against former the former Vice President. The accusation of unwanted sexual contact came from massage therapist Molly Hagerty , who was called to his hotel room at 4 a.m. on Oct. 24, 2006. Gore says he received a massage, but denies acting inappropriately. Hagerty says that he repeatedly forced himself upon her, despite her objections. He was never charged and the case was dropped due to insufficient evidence. It’s being reviewed, but there are reasons to be suspicious of Hagerty: Why didn’t she just leave? She said she feared she would be raped, a somewhat dubious claim in itself, or “accosted by some security detail,” when Gore had no detail that night. Why did she wait weeks to make her initial complaint to police? Hagerty waited six weeks to mention this, but she contends she told her friends immediately, and police may be interested in interviewing those people. Why did she cancel interviews with police regarding the case? Hagerty nixed three interviews with detectives about her criminal complaint. Three years later, Hagerty changed her mind again and decided to pursue it. Did she receive money to tell her story? The million-dollar question, possibly literally. Hagerty has twice been interviewed by the National Enquirer , which unabashedly and routinely pays sources. As the Rielle Hunter-John Edwards and Tiger Woods-Rachel Uchitel scandals prove, that doesn’t mean they lie. But it does make you question motive. Do you believe Al Gore sexually abused Molly Hagerty?
