Stevie Ryan, an actress and comedian best known in gossip circles for her lengthy feud with Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans , has passed away. Ryan was just 33 years old. Details are still scarce, but police investigating the tragedy are describing Ryan’s death as an apparent suicide by hanging. The shocking news comes just one week after Stevie publicly shared her grief over the death of her grandfather. “I’m just worried that this is going to send me into a deeper depression,” Ryan stated on a recent episode of her podcast. After moving to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career at the age of 19, Ryan unexpectedly found success through her YouTube channel. Specifically, through her signature character, Little Loca. Ryan eventually carved out a niche when she started poking fun at celebrities, going viral with a number of spot-on impressions. Ryan told The Hollywood Reporter in 2012: “I remember waking up and one Little Loca video had like 900 hits and I was like ‘Oh, my gosh. There’s people watching this?’” “And it just kept going and then I did this Paris Hilton thing and then it literally was just growing and growing.” “And I just became so obsessed with all of it.” Ryan landed a VH1 sketch series entitled Stevie TV in 2012 but despite critical acclaim, the show lasted only one season. She went on to host Brody Jenner’s short-lived E! series, Sex With Brody . That series also lasted only one season (2015). But it was her riffs on the Teen Mom phenomenon and its cast members that gained Ryan the most attention on social media. Ryan mocked Farrah Abraham , Jenelle Evans, and others in a fashion that made her popular with many fans of the franchise. On the flip side, it made her roundly despised by some of the show’s stars, who failed to see the humor in what she was doing. At one point, Ryan publicly shared a series of flirtatious texts that she had received from Evans’ then-boyfriend Nathan Griffith. Today, the 25-year-old Evans spoke out on social media after receiving word of Ryan’s death, acknowledging their feud. “I know we pretty much hated each other but I’m sorry you had to go so soon pretty girl,” Jenelle tweeted. Other Teen Mom stars have yet to publicly address Ryan’s death, but we suspect we’ll be hearing from more of them in due time. Back in January of 2016, an American college student named Otto Warmbier was detained by North Korean officials after allegedly attempting to steal a government propaganda banner while visiting Pyongyang. In the weeks that followed, Warmbier’s family watched in horror as their son tearfully begged for leniency in open court, only to be sentenced to 15 years hard labor by the Kim Jong-Un regime. This morning, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson announced that Warmbier has been released from prison and will return to the US following a round of successful negotiations with North Korean leaders. Unfortunately, it’s not all good news for Warmbier’s long-suffering family back in his native Cincinnatti. Several news outlets are reporting today that the newly released 22-year-old is in a coma for reasons that remain somewhat unclear. In an interview with The Washington Post , Warmbier’s parents revealed that their son has been in a coma since shortly after his last public appearance in March of 2016. He is currently being medically evacuated via a US military base in Sapporo, Japan. “Our son is coming home,” Fred Warmbier told the newspaper. “At the moment, we’re just treating this like he’s been in an accident. We get to see our son Otto tonight.” North Korean officials claim that Warmbier came down with botulism shortly after being incarcerated. He was reportedly given a sleeping pill and never awoke after losing consciousness. Tillerson made no mention of Warmbier’s condition in a statement announcing his relase: “At the direction of the President, the Department of State has secured the release of Otto Warmbier from North Korea,” Tillerson said. “Mr. Warmbier is en route to the United States, where he will be reunited with his family.” Tillerson stated that he will not comment further “out of respect for the privacy of Mr. Warmbier and his family.” The news of Warmbier’s release comes on the heels of reports that former NBA star Dennis Rodman will soon head to North Korea on a diplomatic visit. Rodman has met with Kim Jong-Un in the past and has stated that he considers the dictator a friend. We’ll have further updates on this developing story as more information becomes available. Demi Moore appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Monday to promote her upcoming movie, Rough Night . But it was a rough photo the actress showed off to the audience that has the Internet talking today. One would be forgiven for being confused, considering the woman in the photograph was missing her front two teeth. “I sheared off my front teeth,” the 54-year old actress said simply. Well, yes. That much is apparent. But HOW? “I’d love to say it was skateboarding or something really kind of cool, but I think I think it’s something that’s important to share, because I think it’s literally, probably after heart disease, one of the biggest killers in in America, which is stress,” she explained, addingL: “Stress sheared off my front teeth. But, in an effort to get ready for you, I wanted to make sure my teeth were in.” Moore went on to say she really is missing “both” of her front teeth, although “the picture is only minus one.” The actress joked that her kids “love” her toothless appearance “because they think it makes me look more vulnerable and more human.” We guess we can understand that. That was it. “I called out and said, ‘Baby, my tooth has fallen out of my head.'” At the time, Moore saids he was clenching her teeth and was “a little too tense” in hindsight. “I was sitting at my desk and I felt something drop and I caught it and looked down, and there was my tooth.” These things happen? A majority fans were expecting to learn how Jack passed away; they felt short-changed by the episode, a reaction that “bummed” Mandy Moore out. Said the actress to E!
