Columbus clearly needs anger management. Columbus Short Threatened Wife With Murder-Suicide Dude beats the brakes off a man and now he has threatened to murk wifey? Even Olivia Pope couldn’t fix this. According to TMZ: “Scandal” star Columbus Short has been thrown out of his house and his wife has filed for divorce … after he allegedly put a knife to her throat last week and threatened to kill her and himself. According to a new restraining order — obtained by TMZ — Short got into it with his wife April 7 at their Chatsworth home, where she claims he came into her room intoxicated with a wine bottle in hand, acted like he was going to hit her with the bottle and then unloaded the wine on her. Tuere Short claims Columbus then ran to the kitchen for a knife, pinned her to the couch and began choking her. She says he then demanded they play a game he called “Truth or Truth.” He allegedly said if she lied he would stab her in the leg. She says he then started naming men he believed she was having affairs with. She denied them all but he allegedly then put the knife to her throat and threatened murder/suicide. As she tried escaping she says he slashed her tire. The restraining order requires Columbus to move out of the house. We’ve learned cops were there today to ensure the peace as he moved out. Tuere also filed for divorce Tuesday, citing irreconcilable differences and asking for sole custody of their 2-year-old daughter. In addition to the incident April 7th, Short has been charged with criminal domestic violence and child abuse for allegedly abusing Tuere while their child and his son were in the house. He pled not guilty. And he was arrested for yet another alleged domestic violence incident a few weeks earlier. It’s interesting … just last month — after the first 2 domestic violence arrests – Columbus and his wife put on a united front at The Grove in L.A. This is might be one of the ugliest celeb divorces of all time. We hope homie can tone down his anger and gets professional help. Check out the video below for more details. WENN

Selena Gomez’s Can’t Control Her Shorts!

You’d think that after the first two times Selena Gomez concert photos were released, her people would fix her shorts so you wouldn’t see a panty flash, but no they didn’t change a thing. So here she is performing a concert at Alcatraz and once again there’s a Selena Gomez wardrobe malfunction . I have a feeling that her people are doing this on purpose in hopes that she sells more tickets to young men. It’s smart, but unless I have front row seats I don’t think I could sit through a two hour concert and listen to her awful music.

Beware, radio listeners. There’s a “tiger on the loose.” So Katy Perry Tweeted this weekend after the first single off her upcoming album leaked online a couple days earlier than expected. Rory Bushfield Wins Splash!

Rory Bushfield has won the first (and presumably last) season of ABC’s Splash. Spoiler alert? Hope you didn’t have that DVR’d and waiting for you tonight. The three finalists – Bushfield, Nicole Eggert and Drake Bell – went all in Tuesday. After the first round of dives left Bell eliminated by the judges’ scores, Eggert and Bushfield dove one final time for the win, decided by an audience vote. It was Bushfield, a Canadian-born skiing champion, who emerged victorious. An impressive dive by the 29-year-old, featuring two and a half front flips and entering the water head first, was enough to seal the deal over Eggert. Not as impressive as Katherine Webb bikini photos , but close.

New Music: Dez Enlists Ma$e For His “Real Talk” Mixtape

New Black Kid On The Block DEZ released his Real Talk mixtape this week and it even includes a special feature with rapper Ma$e A few years ago, Dezmond Armstead was just a high school freshman in Virginia playing on the varsity basketball team; a young man who had hoped his basketball talents would get the attention of the high school girls. “I thought, I’m definitely going to get noticed,” Dez reminisces, “but it didn’t work out that way.” He soon realized that his voice was his greatest strength and eventually garnered the attention he wanted, along with a slew of requests of popular R&B songs from the 80s and early 90s. Inspired by Usher and Bobby Brown, Dez was ready to put his talent to the test and moved to Los Angeles after high school to see what he was made of. He later met the production Duo, The Movement and they began to talk about their love for classic R&B. After a few studio sessions and completed tracks the musical chemistry was undeniable. Anthony Bourdain RIPS Travel Channel, Cadillac For No Reservations Product Placement

Anthony Bourdain doesn’t mince words. The Travel Channel and Cadillac found this out first hand when the celebrity chef went off on the network for its product placement in his No Reservations series finale. In a Tumblr post entitled “Fighting Mad,” Bourdain was PISSED about the network making it look like he was endorsing the car in violation of his contract. The 56-year-old writes: “It came as a shock and a disappointment to turn on the TV for the last two episodes of my show, and see that someone had taken footage that me and my creative team had shot for my show, cut it up and edited it together with scenes of a new Cadillac driving through the forest.” “Scenes of me, my face, and with my voice, were deliberately edited in such a way as to suggest that I might be driving that Cadillac.” “That, at least, I was very likely IN that Cadillac – and that if nothing else, I sure as s–t was endorsing Cadillac as the vehicle of choice for my show.” “All this following seamlessly from the actual show so you were halfway through the damn thing before you even realized it was a commercial.” Bourdain noted that he had a clause put in his Travel Channel contract that specifically dealt with this sort of thing, as he felt it undermines his credibility: “It was clearly expressed in writing, clearly understood and agreed to that I would not use or mention any products in my show and my name and image would not be used in connection with any products in return for anything of value or any other consideration without my specific agreement.” “After the first airing of the commercial, I let the network know of my extreme displeasure. Fair warning one would think. They ran it again anyway.” Bourdain did apologize to Cadillac , however, for subsequent tweets that contained some nasty insults, saying he had “no problem” with the car company: “I apologize to the guys on the production line at Cadillac, for finding the thing YOU make, and I have no doubt, are very proud of, in the middle of a rancorous disagreement.” While Bourdain expressed pride for No Reservations ‘ eight seasons, he admitted the promo stunt left him with a pretty bad taste in his mouth. When asked for comment, a publicist for the Travel Channel said in a statement: “We’ve enjoyed a long and mutually beneficial relationship with Tony, but his decision to make further remarks on this matter in the public domain is unfortunate.”

This piece of isht doesn’t even have an argument to make in court … According to NBC News : DeMarco Myles, 19, wrote down his first name and cell phone number for a 19-year-old Howard University student after he allegedly raped her in her room at Bethune annex, an all-women’s dorm, Friday afternoon. Police tracked the number to a Fourth Street NW address where Myles lives with his mother and arrested him. The first attack took place in a Rhode Island Row apartment Oct. 26 in Northeast D.C. The victim, a 24-year-old consultant, was working from home when she got a knock at the door about 2 p.m. by a man who said he was promoting a party. He forced his way in to her apartment before allegedly trying to kill her. She said she screamed at the top of her lungs and fought back as he kicked and beat her and stabbed her at least 25 times. The Howard student told police the suspect appeared in her room and made casual conversation about 1:15 p.m. Friday, one week after the first attack. She told him to get out, but he didn’t. She began texting a friend, and the suspect pulled out brass knuckles with a purple blade, grabbed the victim’s phone, texted the victim’s friend and then raped the victim, according to court documents. Then he allegedly wrote the note, saying, “Since you don’t know me, here’s my number.” He tried to cross out the phone number, according to court documents, but detectives were able to read it. A man matching Myles’s description entered other rooms at Bethune but left when asked, detectives learned. Myles told detectives that the sex with the Howard student was consensual, but he admitted forcing his way in to the Rhode Island Row apartment and stabbing her after she resisted, according to court documents. He asked detectives if she survived, saying he didn’t mean to kill anyone. Thoughts go out to the victim and we can only hope this disgusting kid gets a reality check in prison soon!! Images via nbc

Beetlejuice 2 Possible Says Tim Burton: Key is Michael Keaton

Any re-hash of Beetlejuice will have to include Michael Keaton, Tim Burton who directed the 1988 original that also starred Alec Baldwin, Geena Davis, Winona Ryder and Catherine O’Hara has said. Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter writer Seth Grahame-Smith, who is currently penning a script for the Beetlejuice sequel said in May that he’s spoken with both Burton and Keaton about the proposed follow-up. In Beetlejuice , Keaton played the ghost in the film, which went on to gross nearly $74 million in the U.S. and cost about $13 million at the time to make. “I think he would be willing to do it. He would have to be [in] it,” Tim Burton told MTV News at Comic-Con where he was promoting his new stop-motion pic “Frankenweenie.” “He was great as that character. I think it’s a way to unleash your inner whatever. I bet you he would get right back into it.” Continuing, Burton added, “I’m finishing this, and then I need to [revisit ‘Beetlejuice 2’].” Grahame-Smith told a crowd in Austin, TX back in May via Aint It Cool News “It’s one of the things I’m producing at Warner Bros and it’s one of the things I’m supposed to write…I met with Michael Keaton and Tim Burton about it and they said the same thing, ‘if you come up with a story that’s worthy of us actually doing this for real and not something that’s about cashing in or forcing a reboot down someone’s throats, then we’ll think about it.” He also said he has his own restrictions for proceeding with the possible second Beetlejuice : “If it’s not something we all get super-excited about then why do it…” He said he told the studio it “can’t be a reboot or remake.” The project would have to be in his words, “a straight, pure sequel. If it’s 27 years after the first movie, then 27 years will have transpired in the next movie.” An animated Beetlejuice series ran from 1989 to 1992 first on ABC and then Fox, loosely based on the 1988 film that Burton developed and executive produced. New John Travolta Accuser: Gym Employee Alleges Groping

Two days after the first accuser dropped his lawsuit , a new man has come forward accusing John Travolta of sexual misconduct, making for in all. The fourth accuser is a gym employee who accuses the star of groping and fondling him against his will. Travolta’s lawyer, obviously, denies it. “As a result of the published lies about my client we expect some John Does to come out of the woodwork and assert false claims,” Marty Singer said. The previous three men are: John Doe #1, an anonymous masseur who hired Gloria Allred to represent him after being dropped by his previous attorney last week. An Atlanta based masseur, also anonymous, who alleges sexual assault at a hotel and who is being represented by Okorie Okorocha. Former Royal Caribbean employee Fabian Zanzi . The gym employee-personal trainer claims he would open the gym for John Travolta when he was on location for a film shoot, after hours.” He did this as a courtesy for the Grease star, so he could enjoy privacy but maintain his fitness fir a physically challenging role he was doing.
