When uptight critics dismiss HBO’s Game of Thrones for being “softcore porn for fanboys”, all Skin Central can say is “you guys have no idea.” For a fantasy show, Game of Thrones really goes the extra mile to add realism to their full-frontal flesh scenes (and the occasional doggie-style lesbian one) by hiring honest-to-god porn stars for whom simply stripping off and pretending to get it on is nothing. Three European porn stars have appeared on the show, but the only one with a major speaking role (so far) is Sibel Kekilli , a German actress of Turkish descent who appeared in hardcore porn before going mainstream with the award-winning drama Head-On (2004). Between 1895 and 1945, the island was a Japanese colony inhabited not only by the majority (Han Chinese Immigrants) but also by the remnants of the aboriginal tribes who first settled the mountainous land. In 1930 Mouna Rudo, the leader of the Seediq tribe settled on and around Mount Chilai, forged a coalition with other Seediq tribal leaders and plotted a rebellion against their Japanese colonial masters. It was to begin at a sports day meeting where the assembled tribesmen were to attach and kill the Japanese officials and would then broaden to sieges on police stations and local government offices in the region. The initial uprising took the Japanese by surprise and was almost entirely successful. But the Japanese soon sent in their army to crush the rebellion, using aircraft and poison gas.

Not much of a surprise here…in case you’ve forgotten (and that’s understandable, it’s been a while), Malin Akerman was supposed to star in a Linda Lovelace biopic called ” Inferno ” that was supposed to compete with Amanda Seyfried ‘s Lovelace at the box office. But now that Lovelace has wrapped shooting and is being readied for release later this year, and Inferno hasn’t even gotten past the planning stages, it looks like Inferno has cooled to nothing but ashes. Even Malin says so: “I don’t know if that’s even going to go, ” she told The Hollywood Reporter earlier this week. ” Last I heard, which was just before Christmas, we were supposed to start shooting in March, and now it’s April .” More after the jump!
