Today, the polarizing figure (and surprising Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark fan ) revealed that those mysterious projects involve film, TV and radio studios that he is constructing in Dallas, Texas. Cue the sinister organ music or Kool & the Gang depending on your mood!
