Ryan Edwards: High AF in New Family Photos?

OK, so Ryan Edwards … Look, there's just always so much to discuss when it comes to this guy, you know? There's the drug addiction, all the arrests, his troubled relationship with ex Maci Bookout and her family, his weird relationship with his own family, all the ins and outs of his marriage with Mackenzie Standifer … Yeah, it's a lot. But today, we're just going to try to focus on a couple of those categories, namely his relationship with his family and the drug stuff. Because there are several new photos of Ryan going around, and lots of people see them as proof that he's using again. 1. Oh, Ryan … Ryan has been through a lot this year, right? And there’s still a good bit left to go. 2. Another Arrest Remember, he spent the first part of it in jail after being arrested in January for skipping out on a bar tab. 3. Seriously, a Bar Tab? And yeah, the bar tab itself might not have been a huge issue — Mackenzie did say that she paid it, and it wasn’t a ton of money or anything either. 4. Do Better, Ryan The issue was that he was on probation already for drug charges. He spent those few months in jail for violating his probation. 5. Oh, Also This And those few months must have felt like an extra long time for Mackenzie, who had been alone for a few months just before that while he was gone to rehab. 6. To Be Fair … But we have to remember that Ryan is a heroin addict, and while it may be tough for him to be away from his family for long stretches in rehab and/or jail, at least that means he’s not away from them forever in a coffin. Bye Bye Brandon: Former ‘The Chi’ Actor Jason Mitchell’s Character Set To Be Killed-Off After Controversial Dismissal

Source: Amy Sussman / Getty “The Chi” To Kill Off Jason Mitchell’s Character For Season 3 We knew it was coming. But according to Variety, Season 3 of The Chi won’t include series lead Jason Mitchell, who was previously fired earlier this year due to accusations of inappropriate behavior. Because of Mitchell’s was booted from the show, his character “Brandon” didn’t receive a proper ending in the show storyline. Showtime’s President of Entertainment Gary Levine told the outlet that Brandon will be killed off: “There is a lot of great life in The Chi , and there’s also death in The Chi , and that’s how we’ll be dealing with it.” Mitchell was already being monitored closely after an alleged inappropriate incident with co-star Tiffany Boone . Showtime’s other President of Entertainment, Jana Winograde, addressed the matter saying: “We were made aware at the time that the allegations were made,”  “Fox 21 conducted a thorough investigation. After that investigation, we all made the decision together that it was appropriate at that time to give him some training and guidance on appropriate behavior on set.” Creator and executive producer Lena Waithe is set to have a role in Season 3 of The Chi. “I think it will be our best ever,” Levine said. “The stories remain incredibly vibrant.”

First Spinderella, Deidra Roper, sued Sandra Denton and Cheryl James for unpaid royalties for her appearances on their reality show and live performances. In response Denton and James said that they would happy to never speak to Spinderella again. And it seems that the feeling is mutual. Before we filed this lawsuit, we intended to resolve the matter with all the defendants, but we were unable to do so, and it’s unfortunate that the defendants have chosen not to try and honor Spinderella’s role in the group or their financial or legal commitments to her. So she was in a position where she had to force her rights and protect her brand, so that’s what we’re doing.” It sucks that things are going down this way. Hopefully, it’s not too late for reconciliation or at least having a conversation that could lead to some increased understanding.
