This week on both The Breakfast Club as well as his Brilliant Idiots podcast, Charlamagne addressed the allegations surrounding not only his alleged rape of a 15-year-old girl, but his own explanation of “raping” his now wife the first time they had sex, in addition to an incident where he previously recounted getting drunk and taking “Spanish Fly” with a former sex partner head-on. Today, BOSSIP exclusively obtained the official police documents that state that neither Charlamagne’s DNA nor sperm was found after he voluntarily agreed to submit both semen and blood samples to police for comparison to the alleged victim, Jessica Reid. Because no traces of blood or saliva were found on Jessica, there was “no analysis performed” on either party. The police also have on record that Charlamagne spoke to them about this case voluntarily without a warrant or a lawyer present and fully agreed to cooperate with their investigation. Last year, when this assault became public knowledge, here is what Jameis said: A news organization has published a story about me regarding an alleged incident involving a female Uber driver from approximately two years ago. The story falsely accuses me of making inappropriate contact with this driver. I believe the driver was confused as to the number of passengers in the car and who was sitting next to her. The accusation is false, and given the nature of the allegation and increased awareness and consideration of these types of matters, I am addressing this false report immediately. At the time of the alleged incident, I denied the allegations to Uber, yet they still decided to suspend my account. I am supportive of the national movement to raise awareness and develop better responses to the concerns of parties who find themselves in these types of situations, but this accusation is false. While I am certain that I did not make any inappropriate contact, I don’t want to engage in a battle with the driver and I regret if my demeanor or presence made her uncomfortable in any way. Now peep THIS bulls#!t azz “apology” that Jameis offered today: “First and foremost, I would like to say I’m sorry to the Uber driver for the position I put you in. It is uncharacteristic of me and I genuinely apologize,” Winston added. “In the past 2 1/2 years my life has been filled with experiences, opportunities and events that have helped me grow, mature and learn, including the fact that I have eliminated alcohol from my life. “For the position I put you in”??? Word? Although I am disappointed in the NFL’s decision, I understand the NFL’s process, and I embrace this as an opportunity to take advantage of the resources available to help me achieve the goals that I have for myself. Morgan Freeman Releases Statement On Sexual Harassment Claims As you probably know by now, Morgan Freeman has been accused of sexual harassment by 16 different women . The actor has been accused of everything from trying to lift a set assistant’s skirt and inquiring about her underwear, to making sexually charged comments about staff members’ breasts and buttocks. Granted, sexual misconduct includes a spectrum of inappropriate and intimidating behavior toward women and can include everything from harassment to outright rape. None of it is justified or okay for any reason. But Freeman wants it to be perfectly clear that while he is a flawed individual who may not always make the best decisions around women…he is definitely nobody’s Cosby or Weinstein with it . In a statement given through his publicist Stan Rosenfield, Morgan let it be known in clear terms that his allegations are NOT inclusive of him physically forcing himself on or sexually coercing any woman in any way: “I am devastated that 80 years of my life is at risk of being undermined, in the blink of an eye, by Thursday’s media reports. All victims of assault and harassment deserve to be heard. And we need to listen to them. But it is not right to equate horrific incidents of sexual assault with misplaced compliments or humor. I admit that I am someone who feels a need to try to make women—and men—feel appreciated and at ease around me. As a part of that, I would often try to joke with and compliment women, in what I thought was a light-hearted and humorous way. Clearly I was not always coming across the way I intended. And that is why I apologized Thursday and will continue to apologize to anyone I might have upset, however unintentionally. But I also want to be clear: I did not create unsafe work environments. I did not assault women. I did not offer employment or advancement in exchange for sex. Any suggestion that I did so is completely false.” Thus far, no accusation of unwanted sexual contact with Freeman has been reported. He’s only been accused of making comments and jokes that made women very uncomfortable. On Friday, Weinstein will hand himself over to authorities to face a number of sex crime charges. The New York Daily News reports : Harvey Weinstein is expected to surrender to authorities Friday to face charges related to alleged sexual misconduct in connection to a probe by the Manhattan District Attorney’s office and NYPD, the Daily News has confirmed. The fallen former Hollywood honcho is facing charges in connection to at least one accuser — Lucia Evans — who reported to investigators that Weinstein forced her to perform oral sex on him in 2004, sources said. Because of the nature of the allegations, the statute of limitations does not apply. As the outlet adds in its still-developing report, a grand jury has been assembled to look into matters of financial fraud connected to Weinstein. Throughout the #MeToo movement, one group of alleged sex monsters have managed to totally avoid facing any consequences: men who had already been accused long before Weinstein’s downfall. Right now, Shaun White is at the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, cementing his legacy. But, as we look at the allegations, fans of winter sports should ask themselves: does Shaun White really deserve their support? Before we talk about the allegations against Shaun White, let’s talk about his better-known public misbehavior. Several years ago — back in 2012, when people thought that the world was going to end but didn’t realize that it would be long, drawn out, and presided over by a malevolent orange — Shaun White was arrested for vandalism and public intoxication . Allegedly reeking of alcohol, Shaun White pulled a fire alarm in his hotel, prompting the building’s evacuation. He then apparently grappled a bit with someone who tried to stop him from fleeing the scene, and ended up being arrested. Hey, we’re not judging anybody for drinking — but pulling a fire alarm can be dangerous or even lethal (if there’s a panic or if resources are diverted from a real fire). And, obviously, belligerence and alleged violence aren’t okay, either. Unfortunately, there are more serious accusations against Shaun White. In August of 2016, Lena Zawaideh — the drummer in Shaun White’s band, Bad Things, alleged in court documents that Shaun White had sexually harassed her. Among the complaints was the allegation that Shaun had sent graphic images of a sexually explicit nature to her. Shaun would later admit to having sent the messages. In Feburary of 2017, Shaun’s team asked the court to compel Lena Zawaideh to undergo a psychological evaluation — we can’t speak to his team’s motives, but such orders are sometimes used as fishing expeditions or as an intimidation tactic. Three months after the demand for an evaluation, however, Shaun White and his team agreed to pay Lena Dawaideh an undisclosed settlement. The accusations include White sending her photos of erect penises, forcing her to watch sexually disturbing videos (including one which apparently sexualized human excrement!!), and making explicit comments about her relationship with her boyfriend. She also describes Shaun White sticking his hand down his pants and walking over to her and pressing his hand into her face in an attempt to force her to smell his genitals by proxy. Furthermore, she alleges that he used his position as the band’s “money guy” to make her change her look, including wearing her hair how he wanted it, not wearing red lipstick, and dressing in more revealing and provocative outfits. They were in a band, but a lot of this sounds like workplace sexual harassment. On Wednesday afternoon, Shaun White was interviewed at an Olympic Committee news conference. Not only were no female reporters called on to ask questions, but when asked about the allegations against him, Shaun replied: “Honestly, I’m here to talk about the Olympics, not gossip.” That’s … incredibly dismissive. “I am who I am, and I’m proud of who I am and my friends love me and vouch for me and I think that stands on its own.” Now, at least, Shaun White has apologized. Well, he’s apologized for being dismissive. Speaking to Today’s Savannah Guthrie, Shaun White said: “I’m truly sorry that I chose the word gossip. It was a poor choice of words to describe such a sensitive subject in the world today. I’m just truly sorry. I was so overwhelmed with just wanting to talk about how amazing today was and share my experience.” He added that he’s proud of who he is today. Some wonder if Shaun White is accustomed to being able to dismiss and charm his way out of questions like that, and if the cultural impact of #MeToo is making serious allegations of bad behavior harder for people to ignore. Of course, Shaun White was also excoriated by Twitter for dragging an American flag on the ground. For an Olympic champion, he’s having a relatively bad day. Chris Pratt and Olivia Munn are both stars in Marvel superhero blockbusters. He plays Star-Lord, she played Psylocke. But they both have something else in common: they were both famously in break-ups during 2017 after long-term relationships. And now a report’s come out that Chris and Olivia are dating ! Each other ! Last August, Chris Pratt and Anna Faris announced their separation . Why? Because 2017 was a nightmare and love is dead, basically. Like most splits, this one was complex. it doesn’t really sound like there was a “bad guy” in this lovable couple. Chris Pratt’s success may have been a factor in their breakup . A lot of people jokingly tweeted “this is why I’m never letting my man get hot” after the news broke. Because Chris and Anna are parents, this isn’t just about them, and they’re undergoing couple’s counseling during their divorce process. Olivia Munn and Aaron Rodgers broke up this past spring. Olivia Munn is an actress, while Aaron Rodgers is a sportsball player. Specifically, of the football variety. Their relationship — which endured for three years — was controversial with Aaron’s fans, for perhaps the stupidest of reasons. Some Green Bay Packers fans believed that Olivia Munn somehow siphoned away his strength, through “distraction” or, we guess, sorcery, causing him and his team to perform less adequately. When Aaron Rodgers finally opened up about their split , he admitted that outside pressure — combined with the stress of dating while famous — did make their relationship harder. But their break-up was amicable, at least. And now, according to a report in OK! Magazine , Chris Pratt and Olivia Munn are dating. “It started as a convenient rebound but blossomed into something very real and exciting,” their source reports. That’s sweet! “Chris and Olivia have a genuine connection.… She and Chris really like each other.” Well, they’ve been friends for a while, so that makes sense. But neither know what the future holds. “They both want to see where this goes.” According to this report, they initially leaned on one another as friends. (They always got along well, even as far back as 2016) However, that friendship blossomed into something else. The source claims that Anna Faris is furious. But, honestly, even if that’s true, wouldn’t she presumably be furious about anyone he might choose to date? Reportedly, that’s not giving Olivia Munn any pause. “Olivia isn’t fazed by what Anna or anyone else thinks.” Good. She’s accustomed to unfair criticism. Chris Pratt is 38. Olivia Munn is 37. This is super age-appropriate and mature. Which makes sense. We’ve never seen Chris Pratt as the kind of guy who celebrates (or copes with) being single by banging a bunch of college-aged models. It’s worth noting that, with Disney’s recent acquisition of tens of billions of dollars worth of FOX properties, whether Olivia Munn gets to continue to be part of the X-Men cinematic universe (following her role as Psylocke in X-Men Apocalypse ) is up in the air. While we think that it’s a coincidence — again, she and Chris have been friends for years — some critics are bound to argue that she’s somehow using Chris Pratt in the hopes that their “association” will convince Disney to keep her onboard. After years of turmoil marked by addiction, multiple divorces, and countless accusations of shoddy parenting , Leah Messer appears to have found a modicum of happiness and stability in her life. And in admirable fashion, she frequently expresses gratitude for her good fortune. These days, the MTV fan favorite is making it clear that her primary career goal is not lining her pockets, but setting a positive example for her millions of impressionable fans. In the early days of the Teen Mom franchise, both stars and producers stated that their objective was not merely to entertain but to shed light on the difficulties faced by young first-time parents. Obviously, in the years since, that intention has been overshadowed by the casts’ celebrity status and high-profile feuds. But as a mother of three daughters it seems Leah is still focused on spreading the word about the perils of teenage pregnancy. In recent weeks, Leah has been engaged in an ongoing open conversation with her social media followers about the importance of sex education and equal access to birth control. “So proud of you!!! You are such a strong woman! From one teen mom to another I look up to you a lot. Thank you for being you,” one tweeted to Leah this week. “You’re welcome! It’s not easy but I hope all of us girls can continue to prevent teen pregnancy by sharing our story/struggles! That’s the goal,” Leah replied. Yes, Leah has eagerly reminded viewers of the show’s original mission statement several times in the past few weeks. It seems that like many critics of the show, she now feels that Teen Mom 2 has had the opposite of its intended effect. While teen pregnancies have been on the decline in recent years, there are certainly young viewers of the show for whom the prospect of getting pregnant at a young age has only become more attractive by MTV’s most popular shows. Leah seems to be aware of this, and she also seems genuine in her hopes to dispel the notion that a teen pregnancy is something to aspire to. For the most part, Ms. Messer has been lauded for her efforts. Of course, her comments have attracted their fair share of criticism as well. Some have derided Leah as a hypocrite and expressed their belief that a woman who welcomed three children before her mid-twenties and benefited enormously by doing so, she’s not the best representative of the dangers of teen pregnancy. But Leah has repeatedly made it clear that good fortunate of the kind that she’s experienced is increasingly uncommon. Hopefully, the same young fans who look at Leah’s life these days and see an aspirational figure will also bear in mind that Ms. Messer went through hell to get to where she is today. Some people believe that Khloe Kardashian is cursed . And no, that’s not some horrible euphemism for Khloe’s pregnancy . It sounds silly enough to us, but it’s enough for fans of Tristan Thompson’s sports team to urge him to break it off with his soon-to-be baby mama. Do you believe in the Kardashian Curse ? Khloe and Tristan have been an item for a while now. Khloe is, of course, a reality star. Tristan Thompson is a basketball player. (Basketball being the kind of sportsball where the players are tall and the ball is orange) Some fans have noted that Khloe is Earlier this year, someone — apparently a Cleveland Cavaliers fan — tweeted their response to an article that suggested that Khloe and Tristan might wed, writing: “Nah fam @khloekardashian we good on yalls curse.” Khloe saw the tweet and decided to clap back: “Only stupid people believe stupid rumors.” We wouldn’t really characterize a “curse” as a rumor. A superstition, perhaps? Or a misogynist way to place the blame for male failures at the feet of a woman. Khloe says that she’s not responsible. “Please don’t give me that much power.” Please do not give Khloe any kind of power, folks. And then Khloe got a little confrontational: “Lol fool that you are.” Random tweeters aren’t the only ones who seem to sincerely believe that Khloe Kardashian represents some malediction that effects Tristan’s entire basketball team. Also, this year, a sports fan created a petition for Tristan to end his relationship with Khloe. According to Sports Illustrated , the petition read: “It is almost that time of year again — where we prepare for our long trek back to the NBA Finals.” Our research tells us that there are some major basketball events during the spring, making us wonder if 2018 will see a similar petition to this one. “However, this year as the defending champs, we’ve been in sort of a funk.” That happens to anyone, as individuals or as a group. All of that was perfectly rational, right up until: “And it all has to do with the Kardashian Curse.” The petition’s text continues: “One of our most beloved athletes, Tristan Thompson, has taken it upon himself to date Khloe Kardashian and by doing so, invited the curse into Cleveland.” That’s quite the claim. “The curse has been ruthless to the Cleveland Cavaliers.” Perhaps, their players haven’t been doing so well. Or opposing teams’ players have been doing very well. Or, you know, a curse . “The curse is nothing new however — it has plagued professional athletes such as James Harden, Lamar Odom, Kris Humphries, and now our beloved TT.” Doesn’t every team on the planet have their good days and bad days, though? We don’t see the Kardashians as wielding, um, supernatural power over athletic competitions. Which would be a weird power to have. “This is no coincidence. This is the Kardashian Curse in play. And it needs to end now.” Obviously, that petition was a little tongue-in-cheek. We hope. Even if you believe in curses — and we won’t tell you what to believe in that regard — surely there would have to be an actual reason for the curse. Like, if this were all based on the belief that Khloe stole a rock from a sacred mountain and now her lovers are cursed to professional failure, we’d be like “okay.” Not necessarily believing in that cause-and-effect, but we’d understand the story that the person was telling. Similarly, if somebody argued that Khloe or Tristan had been actively cursed by someone — maybe cursed by Azealia Banks , for example — we’d get it. Even so, we don’t buy that Khloe’s cursed. She’s rich and healthy and pregnant with her lover’s child. Besides, nobody who looks this good modeling fishnets while pregnant could be cursed, right?
