Baby daddy drama… Ex-Wife Of Kandi Burruss’ Baby Daddy Alleges That She Was A Sidechick The ex-wife of Kandi Burruss’ baby’s father is making some shocking allegations against her. As previously reported Russell “Block” Spencer has been getting dragged on RHOA for being a deadbeat to Kandi’s daughter Riley–even though he’s adamant that his TV appearance was scripted. Now his ex-wife is telling a different story. The ex, who’s keeping her identity private, recently told RadarOnline that Kandi was creeping with Block while they were married. Furthermore, she was one of his FOUR side chicks and she wasn’t surprised when Kandi popped up pregnant after three months. “Kandi definitely knew what was going on with the situation,” she exclusively told Radar. “It’s sad that he’s not part of Riley’s life, but he was in a relationship with four other women at the time. She was a side chick, it was expected!” The ex, who was with Spencer for 25 years, claims Burruss was the one who broke the baby news to her. “He cheated on me with Kandi,” she alleged. “I told her then he wasn’t going to do anything. What does she expect? She knew what was going on, and now she wants to play the victim. Girl, you knew!” Messsssssy. Back in 2008, Casey Affleck teamed with his then-brother-in-law Joaquin Phoenix to film the experimental mockumentary I’m Still Here . The film was controversial at the time of its release due to Phoenix’s Andy Kaufman-like immersion in his role, which culminated in a notorious David Letterman interview that left many convinced the actor was suffering some sort of mental collapse. Many predicted that Here would do irreparable damage to both Affleck’s career, and now it’s beginning to look as though that may be the case – but for reasons that have nothing to do with the failure of the movie. Currently, Affleck is enjoying a wealth of awards season buzz for his performance in Manchester By the Sea , and he’s currently considered in Best Actor Oscar race. Unfortunately for Affleck, the increased media attention generated by his awards push has brought with it some renewed interest in a some disturbing allegations from his past. In 2010, two women who worked on Here came forward to accuse Affleck of multiple acts of sexual harassment. Producer Amanda White and cinematographer Magdalena Gorka sued Affleck for $2 million and $2.25 million respectively, claiming that Affleck verbally and physically harassed them during their time working on the film. White alleged that Affleck often boasted to her about his “sexual exploits,” and at one point instructed another crewmember to show her his penis, despite her objections. She also claimed that Affleck tried to get her to stay in a hotel room with him, and that when she refused, he “grabbed her in a hostile manner in an effort to intimidate her into complying.” Gorka made similar allegations and claimed that Affleck once climbed into a bed she was sleeping in and proceeded to “caress her back,” adding that “his face was within inches of hers and his breath reeked of alcohol.” Gorka described her encounters with Affleck as “the most traumatizing of her career.” Affleck was married to Phoenix’s sister Summer at the time of the alleged incidents. Shortly after White and Gorka filed their suits, Affleck publicly denied the allegations and threatened to countersue. He later settled both cases out of court for an undisclosed sum. Affleck’s situation is drawing comparisons to that of Nate Parker , the star and director of Birth of a Nation , who was also the subject of critical acclaim and awards buzz until the revelation that he was accused of a brutal gang rape by a woman who later committed suicide. Obviously, the allegations against Parker are far more disturbing (he was acquitted at trial, but his co-defendant served several years behind bars), but many still feel that Affleck is benefiting from a double standard. Parker, a black man, found himself at the center of a firestorm of criticism and negative press coverage, while Affleck has scarcely forced to answer for the charges against him. Parker’s name was quickly dropped from all conversations about awards season contenders, and his film quietly came and went from theaters. Audiences and the industry will likely be much more kind to Affleck. The younger brother of Ben Affleck has already taken home acting prizes from the Gotham Awards and the National Board of Review, both of which are considered early Oscar predictors.

During that interview, McCall felt like Raq Rants host Raquel Harper patronized the 4 time accused abuser and let him get off lightly, even calling him a “nice guy” before bringing up the allegations. Tanee McCall feels like Raquel Harper owed it to her and the 3 other women who’ve filed restraining orders against Short, to have given him the heat he deserved while addressing abuse allegations. I am triggered every time a famous person is accused of domestic violence because of the way the media reports on it and the way some people respond to it. When Amber Heard came forward with a visible black eye—allegedly caused by her then husband, Johnny Depp, though she later withdrew her claims—she was attacked so ferociously that I had to go back to therapy. Everyone said Depp was a “nice guy,” too. And so I am writing this open letter to you, Raquel, because I wanted you to do and be better than that interview. I know TMZ is an entertainment site, but domestic violence is not entertainment—at least, it shouldn’t be. Either do not touch on it or have the courage and decency to do so with respect. You owed it to me. You owed it to Karrine Steffans, Simone Kelly and Agostina Laneri—the three women who filed restraining orders after me. That’s four women who bravely came forward—in just the past two years alone—to testify to the abuse that they endured at the hands of The Womanizer you interviewed. Woah! John Conner III Arrested For Criminal Exposure To HIV A Memphis dane coach seen on Lifetime’s show “Bring It” is facing rape and criminal exposure charges. John Conner III whose dance troupe The Infamous Dancerettes often battled Miss Diana’s “Dancing Dolls” , is accused of having sex with a 16-year-old. Furthermore police allege that he did not reveal that he was HIV positive. WREG reports: A Memphis dance coach has been arrested after police say he had sex with one of his minor students and exposing him to HIV. Last year, John Conner III and the victim met on a social website and arranged to meet up, according to the affidavit. They had unprotected sex, but Conner did not tell the victim he has HIV, according to the affidavit. The two had unprotected sex several times and also sent each other texts that included nude photos and discussion of sexual activity, according to the affidavit. The victim was 16 when it happened, and Conner was 26, police said. Conner was arrested Friday and charged with criminal exposure to HIV, soliciting sexual exploitation of a minor and statutory rape by an authority figure. Connor has since responded to the allegations and noted that he turned himself in as soon as he heard the allegations against him. He maintains his innocence. Y I K E S. “I cannot take this lightly…”— Gabrielle Union Gabrielle Union Speaks On Nate Parker Rape Allegations As the premiere date for “Birth Of A Nation” looms near more and more actors are speaking out on its embattled director Nate Parker. Gabrielle Union who stars in the film, recently penned a piece about her harrowing story of sexual assault and admitted that the rape allegations made against Parker have left her confused. “Since Nate Parker’s story was revealed to me, I have found myself in a state of stomach-churning confusion,” wrote Union. Via The L.A. Times: Twenty-four years ago I was raped at gunpoint in the cold, dark backroom of the Payless shoe store where I was then working. Two years ago I signed on to a brilliant script called “The Birth of a Nation,” to play a woman who was raped. One month ago I was sent a story about Nate Parker, the very talented writer, director and star of this film. Seventeen years ago Nate Parker was accused and acquitted of sexual assault. Four years ago the woman who accused him committed suicide. […] Since Nate Parker’s story was revealed to me, I have found myself in a state of stomach-churning confusion. I took this role because I related to the experience. I also wanted to give a voice to my character, who remains silent throughout the film. In her silence, she represents countless black women who have been and continue to be violated. Women without a voice, without power. Women in general. But black women in particular. I knew I could walk out of our movie and speak to the audience about what it feels like to be a survivor. According to Gabby, she doesn’t take the allegations lightly and she questions whether Parker really did have his date’s consent. Furthermore the story has sparked a new conversation between her and the sons she shares with Dwyane Wade. “We are making an effort to teach our sons about affirmative consent,” wrote Union. “As important and ground-breaking as this film is, I cannot take these allegations lightly. On that night, 17-odd years ago, did Nate have his date’s consent? It’s very possible he thought he did. Yet by his own admission he did not have verbal affirmation; and even if she never said “no,” silence certainly does not equal “yes.” Although it’s often difficult to read and understand body language, the fact that some individuals interpret the absence of a “no” as a “yes” is problematic at least, criminal at worst. That’s why education on this issue is so vital. As a black woman raising brilliant, handsome, talented young black men, I am cognizant of my responsibility to them and their future. My husband and I stress the importance of their having to walk an even straighter line than their white counterparts. A lesson that is heartbreaking and infuriating, but mandatory in the world we live in. We have spent countless hours focused on manners, education, the perils of drugs. We teach them about stranger-danger and making good choices. But recently I’ve become aware that we must speak to our children about boundaries between the sexes. And what it means to not be a danger to someone else. To that end, we are making an effort to teach our sons about affirmative consent. We explain that the onus is on them to explicitly ask if their partner consents. And we tell them that a shrug or a smile or a sigh won’t suffice. They have to hear “yes.” Before ending her piece, Gabby also made sure to note that she’s not sure what really happened the night that fateful night. “Regardless of what I think may have happened that night 17 years ago, after reading all 700 pages of the trial transcript, I still don’t actually know. Nor does anyone who was not in that room. SMH… Jhonni Blaze Alleges Domestic Abuse In Her Relationship After apparently breaking up with Katt Williams , Jhonni Blaze has moved on to a new man and is alleging abuse in their relationship. The “Love & Hip Hop” star who’s said to be filming for the Houston franchise took to Instagram this week to allege that her boyfriend Mister Star Quality physically abused her. “I guess I pushed the bottle in my own mouth,” wrote Jhonni under a post of her mouth bloodied and her teeth seemingly missing. “You took my password to my social media, had my phone password ,tried to take over my whole life and destroy me as a person, choked me out for 12 seconds. […] Look at my f**** mouth!” She then aded another post about fans criticizing her for not calling the cops. “F*** you,” she captioned it. SMH!!! Stop the domestic violence! Insurance Company Says Deion & Pilar Sanders To Blame For Son’s Brutal Assault Deion Sanders and his ex-wife are solely to blame for their son’s brutal attack on a school employee – who suffered such severe injuries he had to undergo spinal surgery. That’s according to the school’s insurance company, which is demanding the NFL legend be ordered to pay $43,000 for the costs of their employee John Darjean’s medical bills. Darjean, an employee at the Dallas high school that Deion’s son attends, sued Deion and his ex-wife Pilar in Dallas County Court demanding mire than one million dollars in damages for the brutal attack at the hands of their offspring. Darjean said in court papers that he tried to confiscate Deion’s teenage son’s cellphone – which was being used despite school rules banning the use of the device – and it caused the kid to go nuts and brutally beat down the employee. The alleged assault was so bad he needed to go to a local hospital and ended up having spinal surgery. Earlier this year, the man’s insurance company filed suit over the attack and is seeking $26,000 from the former couple to reimburse the payout they sent Darjean following the attack. The company has accused Deion’s son of having a history of reckless conduct and have blamed his parents for not doing anything to fix his behavior. That lawsuit is still pending and Deion nor Pilar have responded to the suit in court. Deion has publically said the allegations are false and the man accusing his son of attacking him is a liar and called out the man’s character as being shady. But the school employee filed suit in Dallas County Court on June 20th, just days after Deion publically called him out for targeting his family due to their wealth. Darjean said he acted in a reasonable and rational manner when asking Deion’s son for his cellular phone, but Shilo Sanders response was to physically assault him, causing him severe and permanent injuries including permanent neurological injuries and damage to his cervical spine. He blames Deion and his ex-wife Pilar of failing to supervise their child and failing to raise him to not act like a savage in public.
