Michelle’s Cliams On the latest episode of “Marriage Bootcamp: Reality Stars” Memphitz is given a lie detector test to prove whether or not he’s ever physically abused a woman. The question of course is related to those infamous abuse allegations that his ex K. Michelle made against him when she alleged that he “beat her azz.” “If this test comes back that Micky physically abused a woman, our relationship will be over,” said Memph’s (now estranged) wife Toya in the clip. It was then announced that there was “no deception” when Memphitz denied the allegations. Memph it now celebrating the test results and not so subtly taunting his accuser. “Liar, liar, skirt on fire,” said Memph on IG. Black Girlfriend of White Ex-Cop Fired For Racism Tries To Help Him Get His Job Back We’re not sure whether to file this one under being incredibly forgiving, dumbstruck by love or just plain ol’ swirlin’ while self hating … CBS Miami is reporting on Jason Holding, one of f our Ft. Lauderdale cops who were fired last year after being caught in a racist text message scandal, who is now trying to get his job back by bringing his black girlfriend to testify on his behalf at an arbitration hearing. “There are people that make mistakes. There are people that say things that they didn’t mean,” said Perpetua Michel, who said she has known Holding for about four years, and they became an item about a year ago, after the allegations against him surfaced. Michel continued, “He’s a cop, he shouldn’t have said that word, correct.” She added that she doesn’t believe Holding used the “N” word in a hateful way. She wasn’t the only one to get emotional on the stand. Holding’s voice cracked and his parents were in tears in the hearing room as he apologized for the messages: “I am not a racist, I have never been a fascist, I’ll never be a racist,” Holding said. Holding said he became “numb” to the use of racial slurs because he heard them constantly from the black community, black officers and white officers. “That is not who I am,” Holding said. Holding was fired in 2015 along with police officers Chris Sousa and James Wells; the fourth officer, Alex Alvarez, resigned. Holding is likely fighting an uphill battle as Wells had his bid for reinstatement refused by an arbitrator in February. CBS Miami

The Johnny Depp and Amber Heard divorce has been one of the ugliest and most divisive in history. Of course, this is to be expected after the scathing domestic abuse allegations Heard has lodged against Depp. While Heard has accused Depp of physically abusing her on a number of occasions, Depp claims that his ex has conjured up these claims in a play to get more money out of the divorce settlement. In fact, comedian Doug Stanhope, a close friend of Depp’s, accused Heard of blackmailing the actor for a juicy settlement. (Heard has since filed a defamation lawsuit against Stanhope for his allegations.) But sources close to Heard say money is the farthest thing from her mind, according to a new report by TMZ. According to the site, Heard’s top concern is protection from Depp, and that a cash grab is “the lowest priority” in this entire debacle. He has offered spousal support of about $50,000 per month for eight months. Heard has not yet responded to the offer, which some assume means she’s holding out for more money. However, sources say the reason she has yet to react to the offer is because it comes with a rider that Heard takes issue with. The offer reportedly includes a mutual restraining order, which Heard will not allow since she was the one subjected to the abuse. Heard has supplied photos of her bruises to the court as well as text messages to Depp’s assistant Stephen Deuters that appear to confirm past instances of abuse. Deuters rushed to his employer’s defense, claiming that he never sent the texts and the screenshots were doctored. Unfortunately for Depp, an expert has authenticated the text messages as real. Yesterday, we reported that Farrah Abraham had accused an Uber driver of trying to rape her in January 2015, an announcement she made during her podcast this week. However, her allegations were questioned when Uber representatives said Farrah had not reported the attack, and that they had banned the Teen Mom OG star after the driver reported that her friend spilled an alcoholic beverage in the car. The local police department had no record of a report, although Farrah said the cops had come to the scene. But now, Farrah claims to have photos and video of the incident, according to Radar Online. “I had my security & [boyfriend] Simon to witness the odd criminal behavior, as well [as the guy] was threatening to sue me for not giving him money for a ride I never took,” she told the site. “I have a video and pictures,” she continued. “The video shows cops took care of him as he chased me in front of cops.” Farrah also blames Uber for the attack and believes the company is just as accountable as the driver. “As far as I was concerned, Uber is just as much a part of this criminal and his actions as this driver was and I was not open to talking to Uber,” she insisted. “I no longer take rides from Uber.” Farrah did not say whether she would be releasing the photos or video to the public or how she plans to proceed. However, she has been retweeting numerous articles covering her allegations, so it appears as though she plans to address it somehow. Last week, Farrah broke down on camera while talking to Dr. Drew about how her parents abused her as a child. We will be sure to report more as the story develops.

After months of scandals and public embarrassments, Josh Duggar finally received a bit of good news today. TMZ is reporting that former adult film star Danica Dillon has dropped her lawsuit against Duggar and has vowed to never press further charges. Dillon was suing Duggar for $500,000 for sexual assault, claiming that he manhandled and verbally abused her during two paid sexual encounters that took place last year. Dillon alleged that Duggar was so brutal in his treatment of her that she’s been left with permanent injuries and emotional trauma. Even though the case only reached the pre-trial hearing stage, there was serious some legal bickering involved, as Dillon stuck to her story, while Duggar claimed the two of them had never even met. As recently as last week, it looked as though Duggar was planning to settle with Dillon in order to bring the case to a close. Then, in an interesting turn of events, lawyers for Josh announced that they would not allow Dillon to drop her case unless she retracted her allegations, issued a public apology, and agreed to never refile. No one is quite sure what caused Dillon to drop her case, but one of the terms of the agreement is that Josh will not file documents which both sides admit prove that Dillon lied about her encounter with Josh. In all likelihood, Danica was caught fabricating part of her story, and her lawyers reached an agreement that would allow her to avoid a countersuit or criminal charges. Naturally, Josh still has a long, long way to go if he hopes to rebuild his reputation with the Duggar faithful, but his victory today certainly amounts to a small step in the right direction. Cosby’s Alleged Victims Want Camille To Spill The Beans Several women suing Bill Cosby for defamation are demanding his wife Camille be grilled under oath over her partner’s alleged infidelities and drug use despite her attempts to get out of having to take the stand. Seven women served Camille with a subpoena in Massachusetts federal court. The women all accuse Cosby of defaming them in the press by calling them all liars after each one came forward and shared that he drugged and sexually assaulted them years ago. Bill counter-sued the women accusing them of conspiring to ruin his now-cancelled entertainment projects. He said they made up their stories and he never sexually assaulted any of them. Their attorney wanted to grill Camille about what she knew about her husband’s extra-martial activities over the past couple decades. Bill’s legal team fired back saying his wife had no first hand knowledge of the allegations in the lawsuit. They added, “Information that was the subject of confidential communications between Mrs. Cosby and defendant is protected by Massachusetts’ spousal disqualification rule.” The lawyers demanded Camille not be ordered to take the deposition under oath next month. But the women suing the comedian argued that Camille was his business manager and did have relevant information to help them with their case. Then on December 30th, Camille filed docs blasting the women’s attempt to grill her under oath during a deposition about her husband and what exactly she knew.
