I just got this amazing email: Amanda Bynes caused quite a scene during a recent visit to Beach Bum Tanning in NYC. An eyewitness tells In Touch that the troubled starlet shocked customers when she appeared in main salon area — completely naked! After purchasing a Mystic spray-tan session, the 26-year-old was set up in a private room — but it wasn’t long before Amanda strode back out into the main salon area in search of goggles. Only problem: She wasn’t wearing any clothes! “She walked out of the room completely naked,” the eyewitness tells In Touch. “She didn’t seem to care that everyone saw her naked.” “She seemed totally out of it,” the eyewitness says. “She took her time walking back to the Mystic room, dragging her fingers along the wall and smiling at customers who passed her.” The eyewitness adds: “There was definitely something wrong with her.” Best fucking news ever…. Even after the death of Canadian teen Amanda Todd, whose suicide is being blamed largely on bullying, hateful messages are appearing on online memorial pages . Messages poking fun at her death and making Todd out to be a villain are followed by reactions from the online community, shaming those bashing her. Amanda Todd Video Amanda Todd, 15, was found dead in her home Wednesday. Officials believe she killed herself, and five weeks prior to her death, Todd posted a video (above) sharing that she’d been bullied and attempted suicide once before. Now, two “R.I.P. Amanda Todd” Facebook pages, which combined had nearly one million likes as of Saturday night, are filled with comments, photos, videos. Some mourn the loss of the teen, but others had a darker tone. One picture shows the silhouette of a female body hanging dead with the mocking caption: “Todding.” Other posted a photo allegedly of Amanda Todd topless. Other doctored photos mock the deceased British Columbian. “You want to bully. Go for it – but the RCMP has set up an account for information on people who continue to bully her and it will be my pleasure to report you,” responded a Facebook user. RCMP Sergeant Peter Thiessen says police are aware of the situation. “It’s really a matter of those who are involved in it to realize the impact of what they are doing and that they are bordering on criminal acts,” said Thiessen. “If we get that type of evidence then we would be quick to lay a charge,” No charges have been laid regarding the bullying of Todd, in large part because it is very complicated to identify when comments become criminal, Thiessen said: “We are looking at what transpired in regards to Amanda, what transpired on social media, what transpired face to face, who may have had contact with her in that regard, and whether there’s evidence to support any sort of criminal charge to any person or persons who may have had an impact in the type of decision Amanda made.” “I don’t know that I’m in a position to drill down into those details, but there are a number of areas in the criminal code, where charges can be laid, without getting into what those areas would be, and speculating on that. Relays the insider: “Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth welcomed Tennessee James into their family today. Both mom and baby are healthy and the entire family is thrilled.” Witherspon is also the parent of Ava, 13, and Deacon, 8, from her marriage to Ryan Phillippe. When train wrecks attack: Amanda Bynes is NOT happy that Lindsay Lohan is trash talking her, texting a friend today saying, “I HATE being compared to her.” Amanda has a point, in that she’s never been arrested for drugs, chasing people, stealing from a jewelery store or violating the terms of her probation … a lot. The same cannot be said of SOME people we know. Lohan had the audacity to Tweet about Bynes and wonder aloud why she’s been to jail and Amanda hasn’t. Bynes says they’re not friends and LL needs to shut it. Lindsay, BTW, has been convicted of crimes (plural) and been to jail as a result of violating probation; Amanda was arrested for DUI this year, but has no convictions. Not yet, at least. Her laundry list of traffic infractions – hit-and-runs (twice), texting and driving, a license suspension – grew again over the weekend. Bynes’ car was impounded Sunday after a bizarre incident in which the actress went at Burbank Airport, parked in a no-parking zone, then just drove off. The Burbank Airport Police noticed Amanda because of her behavior, shooing her away from the no-parking zone where she was stopped, TMZ reports. Shortly after, cops noticed Amanda driving aimlessly near the valet area; she then left the airport without going inside. An hour later, she was pulled over. When police ran her license after that (unspecified) traffic violation, they realized it was suspended and impounded the 26-year-old’s car. Probably for the best. FUN FACT: Lindsay just Tweeted President Obama asking for a tax cut for millionaires ; Bynes Tweeted Obama with a request to fire the cop who arrested her in April. Sources close to Chris say all similarities with Rihanna’s face are coincidental, and that “it’s just a random woman.” Okay, but 1. Who the heck gets a random woman tattooed on their neck, and 2.
