I know very little about Jennette McCurdy I know she’s on some kids TV show and that creepy dads like you like her…because their kids make them watch these shitty shows… But now she’s apparently taking the get naked for attention route, posting lingerie pics people are saying are fake to the internet, because that’s the only way to break free and become relevant… ANd fake or not..I’m into it….even if I prefer sex tapes…
You would think that here in the 2010s, a.k.a. The Digital Age, enough of these stories would’ve gone viral for people to keep their social media use in check. You would be very, very wrong, but you’d think. Anything you say or do online can and will become social media fodder. At least there’s a possibility of it. This Murphy’s Law of the Internet is undeniable. Time and again, people just don’t get it, though. Whether they’re tonguing the food at the restaurant where they work or having profane thoughts about others, these events inexplicably make their way online. Then other people see them. The rest is history. Here are 13 humans who found out the hard way that posting controversial or just plain stupid things online can cost them their jobs … for better or for worse: 13 Idiots Who Got Fired Because of Social Media Open Slideshow 1. @CarlyCrunkBear Carly “@CarlyCrunkBear” McKinney, whose handle says it all really, was a 10th grade math teacher who often posted images like this on Twitter. Her employers were not happy and placed her on administrative leave. Her students thought she was pretty awesome, and protested to get her back. To no avail. She was fired in the end. View As List
Justin Bieber may have taken his first step toward redemption Sunday night. The 20-year old singer – who in the recent past has slammed Selena Gomez as talentless and referred to her as a drunk – took to Instagram last night and posted photos of his ex-girlfriend. Gazing upon her beauty at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party, he was mesmerized. He referred to her in the post as the “most elegant princess in the world.” It’s hard to believe that back in 2011, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez made one of their first public appearances as a couple at this same event. How things change, huh, people? Could this be Justin realizing the recent mistakes he’s made over the past year and starting to make thing right with the girl whose virginity he took ? Only time will tell, THGers. However, it undeniably marks a significant step away from the following text message exchange in which he WENT OFF on Selena while the latter was in rehab. When texting the person you’re crushing on hardcore, it pays to be cool, collected and charming, and above all else, to check your spelling 2-3 times if possible. With the bane of human civilization that is autocorrect, one cannot be too careful. Of course, we fall victim to the perils of this supposedly helpful tool just the same. You can’t pin it all on iPhone technology, though. Some people just plain blow it with their would-be lovers and have only themselves to blame for overreaching. Other times, there’s not a lot they could’ve done differently (except maybe not use texting to hit on someone … food for thought). We get shot down sometimes; it’s life. However you want to explain it, these nine people blew it. Bad. Fortunately, their failures can bring us laughter and enlightenment regarding what NOT to do. Looks like it was Ana Braga ‘s turn to put on a “candid” bikini show for the paps this time, and the Playboy Playmate definitely didn’t disappoint. You know, at first, I was all set to make fun of Ana for pretending to get “caught” sunbathing by the paps, but then I realized something: when you think about it, it’s actually pretty considerate of Ana to make sure we don’t miss a minute of her hanging out at the beach in a tiny bikini. I wish more hotties were this thoughtful. Photos: Fameflynet
This letter, written by a lowdown and dirty anonymous cheating ex-husband, is giving me all sorts of ugly relationship/Vietnam War-like flashbacks. I wish I could tell you this charmer’s name, but the byline on the Thought Catalog website says anonymous, which, by the way, is also the first clue that what you are about to read is some hot and messy bulls**t….
