Cyrus, who is taking part in a campaign titled Free the Nipple that challenges censorship laws in the the United States, posted the following photo to Twitter yesterday and included with it a caption that reads: “Merry Christmas THANK YOU NY for being one of the few states to @freethenipple.” Cyrus, of course, ditched her her Hannah Montana-based image a long time ago and has been bordering on NC-17 throughout 2013. The artist has attended a number of public events in see-through outfits, rode around on a wrecking ball in her birthday suit and posed for Terry Richardson topless, with her private area very cleanly shaved . And Miley can at least take solace in this: there’s no need to start a Free the Tongue campaign. Hers is pretty much set to Full Time Wag status.

Via Mediaite reports : On Saturday, President Barack Obama devoted his weekly address to the nation to remember the massacre of children and school teachers in Newtown, Connecticut, one year ago today. Obama said that the nation “must do more” to prevent future tragedies like what occurred at Newtown. “These tragedies must end,” the president insisted. “More than the tragedy itself, that’s how Newtown will be remembered,” Obama said in his weekly address. “And on this anniversary of a day we will never forget, that’s the example we should continue to follow,” he continued, “because we haven’t yet done enough to make our communities and our country safer.” “We have to do more to keep dangerous people from getting their hands on a gun so easily. We have to do more to heal troubled minds. We have to do everything we can to protect our children from harm and make them feel loved, and valued, and cared for.” “Beneath the sadness, we also felt a sense of resolve – that these tragedies must end, and that to end them, we must change,” Obama concluded. Authorities were once again called to Justin Bieber’s mansion in Calabasas last night. A few weeks after neighbors phoned the cops three times due to excessive noise from a party at the singer’s home, sources confirm to TMZ that a member of Bieber’s security team called 911 around 3 a.m. because an unidentified female had passed out. Paramedics were dispatched to the premises, but called off 15 minutes later after being told someone was taking the 20-year old woman to the hospital. The woman, reportedly, ended up regaining consciousness and going home instead of to the hospital. We know Bieber was home at the time of the 911 call and we know another rager was taking place inside. Alcohol was involved. As for strippers and naked beer pong ? It’s unclear at this time. But Justin may wanna tone it down a bit in the future. At this rate, something terrible will soon take place at one of his shindigs.

Paul Walker’s Brother In ‘Fast’ Sequel — Fans React To Cody Finishing Role There are still several remaining scenes in Fast & Furious 7 that would have featured Paul, so it seems like a logical solution to bring in his brother, Cody, who has worked as a movie stuntman in the past. But not everyone agrees. Disgruntled fans will probably be relieved to know that even if Cody fills in for his brother, we may never even know he’s there. Paul has already shot several scenes, so Cody would just be used as a filler, and then Paul would be added in via CGI technology. ‘They can shoot Cody from behind and at distance,” a source told the UK’s Daily Mail. “If it’s a shot they need Paul’s face in close up, they can CGI it later on.” The source added that Cody would only work on the film if it helped honor his late brother’s memory. ”If Cody agrees it’s because he wants to honor his brother’s memory,” the source continued. “There are many details that still need to be worked out, but right now the family and cast and crew are all still grieving.” It seems like the natural thing to do to have Paul’s brother step in since Paul had already began filming before he passed away. Better his brother that someone random, right?
