Things aren’t looking good for Cee Lo Green. D.A. To Expose Full Story On Cee Lo Green’s Sexual Assault Allegations Cee Lo thought he was off the hook … isht just keeps biting him in the azz. According to TMZ: Crap is about to hit the fan in CeeLo Green’s felony drug case — at least according to the L.A. County D.A., which just hinted it’s on the brink of exposing the FULL story surrounding the singer pushing ex pills, a story that involves allegations of forced sex. CeeLo was back in court yesterday — when the judge set a date for a preliminary hearing in January — and prosecutors said they expected the prelim hearing to last several hours. The reason … prosecutors said there’s a lot more to the drug charge than meets the eye, insinuating they were preparing to delve into the nitty-gritty of the case … i.e. the sexual assault aspect. You’ll recall, this whole thing started last year … when a woman accused CeeLo of spiking her drink with ex pills at a Downtown L.A. sushi joint. She claimed the next thing she remembered was waking up in a bed nekkid with CeeLo in the room. CeeLo was eventually cleared of sexual assault due to insufficient evidence, but got hit with a felony drug charge instead. But the funniest part of yesterday’s hearing — CeeLo spent the entire time standing behind his lawyer Blair Berk, who was blocking him from the cameras. As we reported, Blair objected to cams in the courtroom because she felt they put CeeLo in the spotlight too much. Overall, CeeLo didn’t appear concerned — he shrugged the whole thing off on his way out of court. When will these ninjas learn to watch who they lay down with? WENN

Over the last few days, members of Reality Television’s First Family have gotten even more naked than usual. A Costco location in California has apologized for labeling what it describes as a “small percentage” of its Bible inventory as “Fiction.” The issue was brought to the attention of the store after Caleb Kaltenbach – a pastor at Simi’s Discovery Church – noticed the placement of the Bibles and Tweeted: “Costco has Bibles for sale under the genre of FICTION Hmmmm……,” CostCo Labels The Bible “Fiction” The pastor’s congregation subsequently threatened a boycott, with one member telling KTLA: “I was completely offended. I believe the Bible is real and it shouldn’t be marked fiction.” Kaltenbach was hesitant to say Christians were under “persecution” for the act, but did add in an interview with Fox News: “On the other hand, I believe that we do need to stand up for our faith and we need to be vocal about our concerns.” In a statement, Costco says of this mistake, one of biblical proportions: “We deeply regret the mislabeling of the Bible and meant no offense to anyone. The buyer has let us know that this was an error and the books are being pulled off the shelves to be re-marked. “We take responsibility and should have caught the mistake. We are correcting them this with them for the future. We greatly apologize for this error.” And Kaltenbach seems satisfied with the resolution. “It caused a lot of controversy, it’s caused a lot of conversation,” he told Elizabeth Hasselback, acknowledging that it was “probably was a mistake” on Costco’s part, but: “I have no idea.”
The Top 10 has become The Elite 8. Following a mediocre performance show on Wednesday, two more contestants were sent home on the Fox competition this week. First, Khaya Cohen was given the bad news, as Mario Lopez told her at the outset of the hour that she garnered the least number of overall votes. From there, it was down to a pair of Paulina’s charges, Carlito Olivero and Tim Olstad, and it was time for the duo to sing for their survival. Olstad went first with “You Raise Me Up” and Olivero followed with “Beneath Your Beautiful.” Who impressed the least? Kelly Rowland voted to oust Olstad, Demi Lovato did the same and then Rubio actually concurred, making it unnecessary for Simon Cowell to even voice his opinion. So long, Cohen and Olstad.
