Charlie Sheen was summoned into an L.A. courtroom after tweeting insults about the judge handling his kids’ custody case, but was let off the hook. The actor called the judge “anus brain” and his former wife an “Adderall snorting husk” after Brooke Mueller’s brother Scott was awarded guardianship. Despite a gag order barring him from slamming his ex in public, or talking about the case at all for that matter, Charlie will not be prosecuted for the stunt. The judge thinks it may turn the court into even more of a “circus” and just wants things to die down. Charlie, meanwhile, wants other stuff to die. Sheen tweeted Brooke a picture of a cake with a grenade in it after Brooke lost her battle to win a restraining order keeping him from coming near her. The 48-year-old actor tweeted: “So lemme see if I got this straight …” “My twin boys are now in harm’s way and in grave danger, being ‘raised’ by a gaggle of incompetent and lascivious marionettes all ruled and fooled by an Adderall snorting husk called Brooke.” “And guess what CPS and ‘I’m Italian’ judge anus-brain ,” he went on. “You may have gagged me temporarily, but mark my unspoken words, anything happens to my boys, and you will get to know me, know who I truly am, a loving father.” Despite being warned that he faced jail if he broke the order, Sheen defiantly wrote: “If this means being jailed for loving and trying to protect my children, go for it.” “I have as many friends on the inside as I do out here. My passion WILL NOT be silenced. You are all standing in my way. I’d recommend a shift in your geography.” It is believed that Brooke Mueller, who struggled with drug abuse in the past, begged a judge for custody after Denise Richards “turned her boys against her.” It was eventually granted after she put her brother Scott forward to look after the boys. They will live with him for the time being, NOT under the same roof as Brooke. Richards who has two young daughters with Sheen, wrote a letter to the court detailing alleged behavioral problems and mood swings of Bob and Max, 4.
