According to Rolling Out: Legendary R&B and hip-hop artist and producer Teddy Riley has sued Lady Gaga for unpaid royalties and fees for the song “Teeth.” The song was released in 2009 on Gaga’s wildly successful Fame Monster album, yet Riley claims that he has yet to receive his due 25 percent of the writing fees for the song. Riley has filed suit for $500,000 plus punitive damages. Riley is known for creating the New Jack Swing sound, along with producing hits for a slew of the biggest and brightest stars in music. including Michael Jackson, Usher, Bobby Brown and Snoop Dogg. Famed Chicago chef Charlie Trotter has died at the age of 54, according to multiple reports. He was found unresponsive at his North Side home this morning. Charlie Trotter Dead Trotter was taken in critical condition to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead. The renowned chef was reportedly found by his son, Dylan. The Trotter’s family friend, Carrie Nahabedian, confirmed his death today . “My baby’s gone,” Trotter’s wife, Rochelle said, according to Nahabedian. Charlie Trotter’s, long considered one of the best restaurants in the world, saw several renowned chefs (Graham Elliott, Homaro Cantu and Grant Achatz) work under him. Elliott, a one-time Trotter protégée, tweeted Tuesday: “CHARLIE TROTTER: chef, mentor, trailblazer, philosopher, artist, teacher, leader. He now belongs to the ages.” As a chef, Trotter was entirely self-taught. Charlie never even attended culinary school, in fact, but rather studied political science at the University of Wisconsin, CBS Chicago reports. “I love what I do,” Trotter said in 2012 when he was awarded with an honorary street sign in Chicago the day before his restaurant’s last service. “I pinch myself every day that I get to do this for a living, but on the other hand, one must change their way,” he said of his planned lifestyle change. The chef said he planned to get a Master’s in Philosophy at the University of Chicago and travel the world with his wife following the closing of Charlie Trotter’s. Despite his sterling reputation as a chef and a generous humanitarian, Trotter’s good works were often overshadowed by his famously volatile temper. R.I.P.

News, Odom met with this officer in order to discuss his July 10 confrontation with a paparazzo , one in which the basketball player exploded verbally and also smashed one of the man’s cameras on the ground. Spokesperson Frank Mateljan reiterated to E! News that charges will not be filed against Lamar, but that he was “admonished” for his alleged behavior at the time and the City Attorney “advised him on how to go forward.” Further details will remain private and it’s also worth noting that the City Attorney had a similar informal hearing on October 25 with the photographer involved, Stefan Saad. Saad filed a lawsuit against Odom in September, seeking damages for the ruined equipment. Odom, meanwhile, appeared to be heading down a clean and sober path and maybe even one of reconciliation with Khloe – but sources confirm he got wasted in West Hollwood last month and his marital status remains up in the air.
