Soulja Boy’s Boney A** Ran Up Nia Like She Was A Man & Showed His True Colors On ‘Marriage Boot Camp’ Last Night

Read more here:

Source: Jesse Grant / Getty Welp, Soulja Boy had a nice run but he’s done in my book. “Big Draco,” who isn’t big at all, lost all respect I had for him when he attempted to intimidate and overpower his on-again-off-again girlfriend Nia Riley on last night’s episode of Marriage Bootcamp: Hip Hop Edition. In case you missed it, or haven’t seen it floating around your timeline, Soulja was furious Nia wouldn’t pay him any attention and ran up on her while she laid in bed. She was clearly petrified and let out an ear-piercing scream that woke up the other couples in the house. Nia fought him off, but it’s clear it wasn’t the first time Soulja behaved that way. it was disgusting to watch and Soulja only retreated when Tammy entered their room and rescued Nia from the situation. Of course he tried to apologize the next day, with the caveat, he didn’t hit her. Well people abuse isn’t just hitting a woman, it involves intimidation, manipulation and scare tactics to exert your power. Social media is polarized over the incident. Some insinuate Nia should be able to overpower Soulja because of her size, while others recognize Soulja’s behavior continues to aggravate Nia’s history with abuse, she was raped. And surprisingly, or maybe not so surprisingly, none of the men in the house checked Soulja on his behavior. It took another woman to stand up for her. It’s clear Nia and Soulja aren’t together right now. They were entirely too toxic for one another and both respectively have some growing to do. In the mean time, lil Draco is cancelled and Teddy Riley needs to roll up on him. Clapback: Kate Gosselin Responds To Jon Calling Children ‘Socially Challenged’– “He Made Untrue And Hurtful Statements About Them”

Kate got in that azz. Kate Gosselin Responds To Jon Gosselin’s Comments Looks like Jon going in on their children got under Kate’s skin. The man doesn’t have a reality show anymore…he has to stay relevant right? According to Radar Online: Jon Gosselin cut down his eight children during a segment with Oprah Winfrey‘s Where Are They Now? saying they have developmental problems and his ex, Kate, has unleashed her motherly fury in an open letter. Kate responded on her official blog Monday evening saying she felt a responsibility to counter on her children’s behalf for the degrading comments their father made about them — because they could one day find his interview online. Jon claimed on the OWN show that Jon and Kate Plus 8 destroyed his marriage, his reputation, his career and his children, telling Winfrey of his kids: “Developmentally, they have problems with their peers, and they have problems with talking to other people, and they have problems with wants and needs and manners and morals and what’s right and what’s wrong. I think more so than someone who grows up off TV.” Kate shot back in her letter: “When our kids grow up, they may see their father’s latest interview and wonder why he made untrue and hurtful statements about them. I know that I risk stirring up an unwanted public and private ‘frenzy’ by commenting on this, but, if our children ever stumble upon that interview, I want to be able to point them to this statement so that they know that I publicly set the record 100% straight on this one, for their sake.” Placing some of the blame on the fact that his children grew up on a reality TV program, Kate also squashed that notion. “It is also very normal in a family, especially a large family, to have a full range of personalities, abilities, talents, hobbies and struggles. Ours is no different,” she wrote. “However, anyone who has personally met our children all have the same thing to say: they are the most normal, pleasant, polite, loving and well adjusted children they have ever met. Most even go on to say that they are ‘a delight’ to be around.” Jon also told Winfrey in his interview, “I saw my kids not growing up normally, like I grew up, and having community. Yes, they got to travel the world, and yes, they got these fabulous things, and yes, they have trust funds, and they’re taken care of educationally. Great,” of his twin daughters Cara and Mady, 13, and the sextuplets Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Alexis, Joel and Leah, 9. Hit the flip to read the full letter.

Happy 38th Birthday Pharrell!

See the rest here:

Pharrell Williams , one-half of The Neptunes production team, celebrates his 38th birthday today.  Pharrell may have only fully been part of the mainstream music consciousness for the last 10 years, but he’s been hard at work for nearly 20 years. Take a look back at some of Pharrell’s early work! In 1992, Pharrell wrote Teddy Riley ‘s rap in the hit Wreckx-N-Effect single “Rump Shaker.”  The song sold over 2 million copies and hit number 2 on Billboard’s Hot 100 singles chart. In 1992, Pharrell rapped on a rare remix of SWV’s “Right Here.”  Part of his verse was later chopped up and used on the hit “Right Here/Human Nature” remix. Pharrell also co-wrote and co-produced Blackstreet’s 1994 single “Tonight’s The Night” featuring SWV and Craig Mack. Pharrell’s work with SWV continued on their 1996 single “Use Your Heart”, which Pharrell and his Neptunes cohort, Chad Hugo, wrote and produced. Pharrell and Chad Hugo co-wrote and produced Total’s single “When Boy Meets Girl” in 1996, which became a minor R&B hit. However, the distinctive Neptunes sound began to really take shape with Ma$e’s 1997 single “Lookin’ At Me.”  The song was a top 10 hit and helped make Ma$e a household name. The Neptunes hit-making streak really kicked into high gear with Nore’s “Superthug,” released in 1998. From that point on Pharrell became unstoppable, helping produce, write, or remix songs for artists ranging from Jay-Z to Britney Spears to Ol’ Dirty Bastard to Prince, as well as his own solo album and the N*E*R*D projects.  Pharrell also began nurturing talent, beginning with Kelis in 1999, whose first two albums were produced entirely by The Neptunes. Around the same time that Kelis’ debut album, Kaleidoscope , came out, Pharrell was working with Clipse on their first album, Exclusive Audio Footage , which remains unreleased to this day, though one single, “The Funeral,” was released from the project. The story of Pharrell and the Neptunes continues to this day as Pharrell has diversified his interests into clothing lines (Billionaire Boys Club), websites ( Kidult.com ), and furniture design.  We look forward to all of Pharrell’s future projects! Michael Jackson’s Michael Has King Of Pop’s ‘Spirit,’ Producer Says

“This feels like Michael, this feels like the spirit of Michael,” Teddy Riley tells MTV News. By Jayson Rodriguez, with reporting by Steven Roberts Teddy Riley had a long-standing working relationship with Michael Jackson, and the producer said Jackson’s latest project, Michael , is as authentic an LP as any of the superstar’s past work. “Oh, they’re gonna say this is him, that’s the first thing,” Riley told MTV News about fan’s anticipated reaction to the set. “And this feels good. This feels like Michael, this feels like the spirit of Michael. And we love him, that’s what they’re gonna say.” The project, which arrived in stores and online Tuesday (December 14), is the first posthumous MJ collection since the singer passed in June 2009. Riley, along with Akon, Christopher “Tricky” Stewart (Mariah Carey, Beyonc

Michael Jackson’s Michael: A Track-By-Track Preview

Posthumous album has its moments, but seems to be missing MJ’s magic touch. By Jayson Rodriguez Michael Jackson’s Michael Photo: Epic Records Whether or not you’re happy about it, a new Michael Jackson album is arriving December 14. And while the beleaguered pop superstar died before the project could be completed, a team of producers who Jackson was working with over the past five years helped finish the collection, taking unfinished demos and crafting them into songs for Michael, the first posthumous set from MJ. The album is equal parts eagerly anticipated and highly controversial, with some fans and artists, including will.i.am , lashing out over the material. Last week, MTV News listened to a preview of Michael, featuring contributions from 50 Cent, Teddy Riley and Lenny Kravitz, among others. The LP was thrilling at times but suffered at other points without the King of Pop’s magic touch. 1. “Hold My Hand” (featuring Akon) This sweeping number, also produced by Akon, is as updated as MJ could ever sound without being present; the track honors Jackson’s vocals, leaving the track to serve as the sound bed to his soaring voice. 2. “Hollywood Tonight” A dated sound makes the Teddy Riley-produced number sound like a discarded contribution to Jackson’s Blood on the Dance Floor: HIStory in the Mix collection. 3. “Keep Your Head Up” The-Dream’s right-hand man, producer Christopher “Tricky” Stewart, serves Jackson a track that’s bakery-fresh, making for a song as stirring as “Heal the World.” 4. “(I Like) The Way You Love Me” Former Ne-Yo producer Theron “Neff-U” Feemster leaves MJ’s legacy in apt hands, as the Grammy-winning musician cooks up a track that’s as thrilling as anything the explosive star has ever sang. 5. “Monster” (featuring 50 Cent) This hard-charging track is as aggressive as “Scream” musically with its snappy drums and driving bass; “New Jack Swing” kingpin Teddy Riley adds just the right touch of boom-bap for 50 Cent to deliver his trademark taunts in tandem with MJ’s grunts. 6. “Best of Joy” This soaring number was one of the last tracks Jackson worked on during his lifetime while preparing for his comeback shows in London; the song reflects the spirited mood MJ was in, as it’s brimming with a liveliness not seen from the superstar since his first solo offerings. 7. “Breaking News” Overwrought with Jackson’s paranoia for the tabloid media and pumped with enough synthesized sounds to make the Situation turn in his glow stick, this one falls flat in comparison to the standout selections on the set. 8. “(I Can’t Make It) Another Day” (featuring Lenny Kravitz) Clashing sounds, from heavy guitar riffs to funky chords, make this track miss the mark despite the boundless possibilities in the pairing of Jackson and Kravitz. 9. “Behind the Mask” MJ sampled the Yellow Magic Orchestra’s track of the same name for this one, which shows promise but sounds like it could have used the Gloved One’s added attention. 10. “Much Too Soon” Overbearingly melancholy, this Jackson track pushes emotion onto the listeners when the singer’s sullen voice could have delivered without the leering musical attempt to draw out feeling. Are you looking forward to the posthumous MJ collection? Let us know in the comments! Related Videos Michael Jackson’s Music Video History Related Photos Michael Jackson’s ‘Michael’ Cover Decoded
