Drugs Are Bad M’Kay: One-Time Pops Florida Mom And Take Her Kids After She Asks Them To Arrest The Mailbox!

Stay off them d-rugs especially if you got babies! If there weren’t kids involved, this story would be pure comedy. But since there are it is pretty effing sad: A 32-year-old woman was charged Wednesday for a July incident in which she allegedly asked sheriff’s deputies to arrest her mailbox while high on Xanax, a probable cause affidavit says. Sheila Lederer, of Wellington, was arrested on two counts of child neglect. She was released from jail early this morning after posting $6,000 bond, records show. According to a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s probable cause affidavit, deputies went to Lederer’s house to conduct a welfare check on July 7. Before they arrived, Lederer called 911 saying there was someone hiding in her bushes. When the deputy arrived at her house, Lederer was screaming at a tree and said, “Get out of here,” the affidavit says. She told the deputy she was talking to the tree and the deputy told her, “the tree was unable to talk and that the tree was not a person.” Lederer then told the deputy to arrest her mailbox and tried to climb a bush while yelling that someone was sitting in the bushes spying on her. She then told the deputy she had taken the prescription drug, Xanax. Palm Beach County Fire Rescue crews came to evaluate her, and took her to Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee where she was Baker Acted, the affidavit says. Before Lederer was transported, she told the deputy no one else was in her house. But the deputy noticed some children’s toys inside. He found a 15-year-old and a 1-year-old lying in bed. One of the children said that Lederer had been calling her the wrong name the whole week, and knew she had a drug problem. The deputy smelled urine and saw feces, old food, ants, and roaches in the house, the affidavit says. The state Department of Children and Families came to Lederer’s house and removed the two children, whose names were withheld in the report. Domestic Disputes: Man Arrested For Beating His Girlfriend After He Caught Her Pleasuring Herself

The nerve of some people: A Bonita Springs man is accused of beating his girlfriend after she woke him playing with a sex “toy” in bed. Jeffrey L. Bowers, 53, of the 27500 block of Playa Del-Rey, was arrested Monday by Lee deputies Monday at his home and is facing battery charges. According to reports, when deputies arrived the victim was standing in the front yard with bruises on both arms and a swollen eye. She told them Bowers dragged her through the home, kicked her in the face, and then pushed her out of the house. She had been banging on the doors and windows because he still had all of her belongings, reports said. Bowers told deputies he picked up his girlfriend earlier to come over and make him dinner. According to reports, they went to bed and he became angry when he woke up and she was playing with the sex toy. He told her to stop and let him sleep. He then told her to get the cigarettes off the back porch. When she opened the door he picked her up and pushed her out, reports said. Source

Where Are My Parents: 17-Year-Old Brit Girl Popped In Miami Trying To Smuggle 30lbs That Soft White From Miami As Cake Mix

This is Ayesha Niles. She spent her eighteenth birthday in a Miami-Dade County jail on Monday after trying to live out rap lyrics in real life. Via CNN.com An 18-year-old woman who was arrested after nearly 30 pounds of cocaine was found hidden in cake mix boxes in her suitcase will be charged as an adult, according to a Florida state attorney’s office. Ayesha Niles, who lives in London, was traveling from Jamaica to London with a stopover at Miami International Airport on Friday when she went through a routine luggage check. “Twenty-four boxes of cake mix in your luggage,” Ed Griffith, spokesperson Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, told CNN. “It just seemed extremely unusual.” It was unusual enough that the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agent sent Niles to the inspection area for a second screening. According to the arrest affidavit the boxes of cake mix contained a total of “+/- 29.30 pounds of powder cocaine.” According to the state attorney’s office the estimated street value of the cocaine in London is $650,000.00. The affidavit says Niles told law enforcement that the boxes were placed in her luggage in Jamaica but she was not aware of what the boxes contained. Niles was arrested on charges of trafficking of cocaine and transporting of a control substance. Niles turned 18-years-old this week and because of her age of majority and the seriousness of the crime the state attorney’s office has filed notice that she will be charged as an adult. Niles, who is still in the juvenile system currently, could not be reached for comment. “This is an extremely serious charge,” Griffith said. “She is looking at minimum mandatory prison time upon a conviction.” If convicted Niles could be sentences up to 15 years in prison for each count. In cake mix boxes though? Pray for these babies, y’all.

Congratulations??? Big Sean Cops A Plea In Sexual Misconduct Case

Uh… We’re not quite sure how to feel about this one. But TMZ reports Big Sean has managed to dodge the biggest of bullets as far as the charges that stemmed from an incident in Buffalo over the summer are concerned. 23-year-old Sean — who got a 2011 MTV VMA nomination for best new artist — was arrested in August during a concert in Buffalo, NY … after a 17-year-old girl told police the rapper and his friend had sexually assaulted her. Big Sean — real name Sean Michael Anderson — was charged with 3rd degree sex abuse, forcible touching and 2nd degree unlawful imprisonment. But now, TMZ has learned prosecutors agreed to drop the first two charges on the condition that Big Sean plead guilty to misdemeanor unlawful imprisonment … which carries a $750 fine. Sean’s lawyer Scott Leemon tells TMZ, the rapper has accepted the terms — and has paid the fine — but still insists “he did not engage in any type of sexual misconduct.” Soooooo…. did he just plead guilty to watching his boy take advantage of an underaged girl? Dozens Arrested At “Occupy Chicago” Protests…Folks Screaming ‘Take Me Next!’

Anti-Wall Street demonstrators of the Occupy Chicago movement stood their ground in a downtown park in noisy but peaceful defiance of police orders to clear out, prompting at least 100 arrests early Sunday, authorities said. Occupy Chicago spokesman Joshua Kaunert vowed after the arrests that the protesters would be coming back. “We’re not going anywhere. There are still plenty of us,” Kaunert told The Associated Press after police began the wave of arrests that took more than an hour to complete. Police began taking people into custody just before 1 a.m. Sunday, first in a trickle and then. Those arrested were led in groups to vans and two large white buses. “Take me next! Take me next!” some shouted as police began the arrests. Others chanted as they were led off: “We’ll be back!” Officers had begun placing metal barricades around the part of Chicago’s Grant Park known as Congress Plaza about 11:10 p.m. Saturday, minutes after the park had closed. Soon after that, police went through the crowd and warned people to leave or risk arrest for remaining in the closed park in violation of a city ordinance. Several of the protesters who remained inside the barricades in the park sat on the ground in the chilly Chicago night air. Others locked arms and then the arrests began as trickle before picking up speed. “One: We are the people! Two: We are united! Three: The occupation is not leaving!” demonstrators shouted. Others joined in from just outside the park. Police said they made approximately 100 arrests early Sunday but did not have a specific count. Kaunert said he expected the final figure to be higher after late arrests but police did not immediate return later calls seeking comment. Kaunert said those arrested were non-violent. “Everybody was very peaceful and smiling and there was no violence, though a lot of chanting,” he said. He urged authorities to let the people resume protesting peacefully against the perceived corporate greed and other ills they see on Wall Street and elsewhere. He noted it was the second straight weekend that arrests had been made in the park after 175 arrests the previous Sunday after protesters set up tents past public hours. Source

Update: McDonald’s Woman Beater Explains His Side Of The Story Live From Rikers Island

Finally, Rayon MacIntosh speaks his piece… A McDonald’s cashier who swapped Happy Meals for jail fare after an ugly fast-food fight says he was goaded by a foul-mouthed customer who threatened to cut him up. Rayon McIntosh, in an exclusive Rikers Island interview with the Daily News, said yesterday that he only smacked the woman and her friend with a metal bar after they jumped the counter and attacked him. The first patron “started getting really aggressive,” said McIntosh, giving his version of the brawl for the first time. “She came in angry,” he said. “I tried to keep things calm as best I could.” The ex-con, who served about a decade on a manslaughter rap, said his Oct. 13 shift at the Greenwich Village eatery was uneventful before his two tormenters arrived. “I was not looking for trouble,” said McIntosh, 31, wearing a crisp gray jail outfit. “The trouble found me. People are portraying me as a vicious attacker. “I was just working at my job when I was attacked for no reason. I’m not a heartless person.” We TOTALLY get it that Mr. MacIntosh was attacked, cursed, and disrespected. Without question he has a right to defend himself from the two crazy beyotches that hopped the counter to catch fade, however, beating them over and over after they had hit the ground and fracturing a skull is a LITTLE overkill. While we hope that he isn’t imprisoned for 10 years, if he gets 2-3, we will understand. What say you?? Source

Exclusive: “Love & Hip-Hop” Adds New “Vixen”, Somaya Reece Gets The Boot, And Show Spin-Off In The Works

Looks like Mashonda won’t be the only replacement on the new season of “Love & Hip-Hop” when it returns next month. Somaya Reece has been kicked off the show and replaced with another “model,” an insider tells BOSSIP exclusively. This is the new girl, Erica Mena: If she looks familiar, it’s because this is the Miami-based model’s second stint on reality TV. She also appeared on “Kourtney And Khloe Take Miami” while working at the Dash store in Miami. Erica is the former girlfriend of Terror Squad affiliate Raul Conde, pictured below with Marlon Wayans. Our insider reveals Erica’s role on the cast is to introduce the possibility of a “Love & Hip-Hop: Miami” spin-off, serving as the bridge between both casts as Gloria Govan did for the “Basketball Wives” shows. “The show’s producers are seriously considering a spin-off,” says our source. “Right now they’re putting feelers out there, seeing who might be interested in joining a Miami cast.” With the addition of Erica and fellow newcomer Teairra Mari, fans can expect several Miami scenes in the new season of the series. But they can also still expect to see Somaya Reece make a couple of appearances. “Somaya did tape some episodes,” says the insider. “I’m not sure at which point she was phased out and how much of her footage will be included, but she left the production team in a lurch. She told them she had a few new ventures in the works, which would have given her a storyline on this new season. But as taping went on, it became obvious that she really didn’t bring anything new to the table other than what she had going on last year, which we all know wasn’t much.” As for Teairra Mari’s role on the show? “She’s basically taking over Mashonda’s role as Emily [Bustamante]‘s new best friend,” the source tells us. “Now that she’s officially single again, Tearria has basically become Emily’s guide to the party life.” That sounds like it will yield plenty of “Reality Rewind” -worthy moments. Continue to check out a few more pics of Erica Mena.

This Trifling Epitome Of A Bad Father Has Only Been Sentenced To One Year For Roasting His Kid In The Oven

Yes you read that right. Fortunately the kid lived, but he did suffer second and third degree burns all over his body cuz this monster thought it was a fitting punishment for a one and a half-year-old child. A California father convicted of holding his son in a hot oven to teach him a lesson was sentenced Friday to one year in jail. Gregory Colver Jr., 21, originally maintained he had been asleep while his 17-month-old child wandered into the kitchen, turned the oven on and climbed inside, hurting himself. The boy suffered second- and third-degree burns that doctors concluded were caused by a “hot, linear object,” District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe said, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. However investigators poked deeper into the story when Colver’s account didn’t match up with his girlfriend’s, the child’s mother, who was at work when the incident happened, KGO-TV reported. Colver, arrested on Dec. 30, ended up confessing to police that he had held the child in the oven purposefully to teach him the dangers of a hot oven. His lawyer later said that confession was false and the child’s burns were the result of an accident. Police ultimately determined Colver had been making a pizza in the oven when the child began “banging his hand” against the door, Wagstaffe said, according to the Chronicle. Colver retaliated by holding the boy in the oven, feet first. When he tried to wriggle out of his father’s grasp, he fell onto the hot surface inside and burned his legs. Colver was convicted in July of felony child endangerment and child cruelty. He was given credit for time served on Friday, and will therefore only have to spend roughly two more months in jail. The young father was also sentenced to five years of supervised probation and will have to attend parenting classes and counseling. TWO MONTHS??? This guy must be related to Casey Anthony or something, or her future soulmate because they sound like a perfect match. Eff a jail sentence period, this guy needs to have his sack roasted over the hot fiery pits of hell for eternity. Source

This Is The Face Of A Crazy Person

This deranged heffa murked her son by “gutting him like a fish”: An Upper West Side mom was charged with manslaughter over the slaying of her 18-year-old son. Sean Hines was found dead at about 11 p.m. in the West 92nd Street housing-project unit near Columbus Avenue. Yvonne Hines, his 52-year-old mom, answered the door to let cops in. “She had a sponge in her hand,” NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly said. “It was bloody.” A neighbor said that the woman “gutted him like a fish” but that as she was being hauled away, she yelled, “My husband did that!” Hines’ stepfather was questioned over the stabbing, but not charged.
