Brendan Dassey Released If you’ve watched Netflix’s “Making A Murderer” then you’re well aware of Brendan Dassey, the nephew of Steven Avery who was “recklessly coerced” into a confession. Well now at 27, Brendan has been released in the rape and murder case of Teresa Halbach. The Daily Mail reports: A federal judge has ordered that Brendan Dassey – whose case was featured in the Netflix documentary Making a Murderer – be released from prison immediately. A federal magistrate judge ruled in August that investigators tricked Dassey into confessing he helped his uncle, Avery, rape, kill and mutilate Halbach, a photographer, in 2005. Dassey, who turned 27 Wednesday, was 16 at the time. The magistrate ordered that Dassey be freed unless prosecutors appealed or decided to retry him. Dassey was sentenced to life in prison in 2007. His uncle Steven Avery is still incarcerated for Halbach’s death. A lawyer for Avery recently shared however that they’re hoping to get some evidence tested in hopes of showing that it was planted. He believes the powers-that-be have already initiated a grand scheme to ensure that the 2016 Presidential election is predetermined. But apparently he never considered that the “rigging” would be done in his favor. According to the Des Moines Register , a 55-year-old woman named Terri Lynn Rote is the HRIC, “Head Rigger In Charge”. Rote was arrested and charged with felony first-degree election misconduct after she was caught trying to vote for Donald Trump twice at two different polling places. Kevin Gates Sentenced To 6 Months In Jail For Kicking Fan You may recall a little incident last year where rapper Kevin Gates kicked a young woman attending one of his shows in the chest after she dared to touch his leg during his performance in Lakeland, FL — and it was all caught on camera . Kevin’s legal battle over the incident has been going strong since August 2015. He even tried to use the Florida “Stand Your Ground” law to claim that he was just defending himself from being pulled offstage by Miranda Dixon, whom his defense painted as an overzealous and aggressive fan. However the jury, comprised by six white women, found Gates guilty of misdemeanor battery. What’s interesting is…the judge actually tripled the 60-day sentence requested by the state — opting instead to 180 days with credit for any time served, as well as fines and court costs. The mother Brittany Pilkington, who confessed to the police, says her husband was giving the kids too much attention, she didn’t want them to suffer, and was fearful of them treating women badly. To us, that is a cockamamy excuse for being bat-crap crazy and committing one of the most heinous acts humanly possible…murdering your own children.

Man Arrested For Breaking Into House To Save Dog From Imagined Fire While High On LSD People be wildin’ . According to WNYT , a drugged out man living in Bumblef**k, New York had a really bad trip and did major damage to his neighbor’s home… Troopers say 43-year-old Michael Orchard of Inglewood Drive told them he mixed LSD with cough medicine Thursday afternoon and they found him, standing heroically with a dog in his arms outside of what he thought was a giant inferno. “He believed that the residence was on fire and he was rescuing the dog,” said Trooper Mark Cepiel, Troop G Spokesperson. Neighbors tell NewsChannel 13 Orchard went around the neighborhood banging on doors yelling about a fire. Since no one would help, because there was no fire. The animal lover took matters into his own hands to save the dog, allegedly driving his black BMW sedan through the fence. Troopers say once Orchard got through this fence with his vehicle, he got out, went up to the back door, smashed through it and went inside to save the family’s large white dog. When Mr. Orchard came down from his high, he found himself charged with 2nd degree burglary, 3rd degree criminal mischief and put in county jail on $15,000 bail. Don’t do drugs. Apprentice Producers Reveal Donald Trump Insulted Khloe Kardashian Donald Trump has a lot of opinions on the physical appearance of women — and even more interesting ones on the best way to court them . Now, Apprentice producers are revealing that he had some slick isht to say about Khloe Kardashian while he was appearing on his show years ago…and hit her with the “you’re fired!” because of it. Rather than firing her based on poor performance or as a result of any other faux pas…Donald apparently searched for a reason to get rid of her because he was just plain tired of looking at her. Via Huffington Post : According to sources on the show, Trump complained to producers about Kardashian’s looks and itched to have her removed from the show. “He basically wanted to just get rid of her,” an editor on the show recalled. “He called her a ‘piglet.’” The editor said that Trump asked: “What is this? We can’t even get the hot one?” ― in reference to Kardashian’s sister, Kim. A second source at “The Apprentice” confirmed the incident, using similar words to describe what Trump said about the Kardashians. “He said: ‘Why don’t we fire Khloe? She is a fat piglet. Why did we get the ugly Kardashian?’” A third source, another editor, recalled the firing as being notable because of how personal Trump made it. “When they fired [her], it wasn’t on merit,” the editor said. “It was on him not liking her.” The editor said that Trump went to the staff and asked: “What’s the reason we can get her off [the show]?” Odd, since he seemed to have a lot of negative isht to say about Kim, too .
