Woah! John Conner III Arrested For Criminal Exposure To HIV A Memphis dane coach seen on Lifetime’s show “Bring It” is facing rape and criminal exposure charges. John Conner III whose dance troupe The Infamous Dancerettes often battled Miss Diana’s “Dancing Dolls” , is accused of having sex with a 16-year-old. Furthermore police allege that he did not reveal that he was HIV positive. WREG reports: A Memphis dance coach has been arrested after police say he had sex with one of his minor students and exposing him to HIV. Last year, John Conner III and the victim met on a social website and arranged to meet up, according to the affidavit. They had unprotected sex, but Conner did not tell the victim he has HIV, according to the affidavit. The two had unprotected sex several times and also sent each other texts that included nude photos and discussion of sexual activity, according to the affidavit. The victim was 16 when it happened, and Conner was 26, police said. Conner was arrested Friday and charged with criminal exposure to HIV, soliciting sexual exploitation of a minor and statutory rape by an authority figure. Connor has since responded to the allegations and noted that he turned himself in as soon as he heard the allegations against him. He maintains his innocence. Y I K E S. Iman Shumpert Arrested For DUI Marijuana Possession After Leaving Homegirl’s House Iman Shumpert was popped back in August for DUI marijuana possession after leaving his “homegirl’s house” in Atlanta according to TMZ : According to the police report, Shumpert was pulled over outside of Atlanta on August 10th around 11:37 PM for a lane change violation and because his taillights weren’t on in his rented Audi A3. During the stop, the officer says Shumpert reeked of weed — and his eyes were bloodshot. Shumpert told the cop he had just come from his “homegirl’s house” and was going to pick up his father from the airport. The cop administered a field sobriety test and determined Shumpert was high. Shumpert also admitted he had smoked weed before leaving his friend’s house. Cops searched the car and found a mason jar with marijuana. Cops wanted to perform a blood test on Shumpert but he refused — claiming, “people would recognize him and it would cause a scene.” Shumpert was handcuffed and arrested for DUI marijuana and possession of weed (less than an ounce). He was also cited for failure to maintain his lane. 2-Year-Old Dead From Severe Head Trauma Allegedly Inflicted By Her 10-Year-Old Cousin This story is crazy! A 10-year-old boy was arrested this week and charged with aggravated manslaughter in the June death of his 2-year-old cousin Journee Blyden. Blyden was initially taken to the hospital on June 21 for severe head trauma and detectives were told she’d been injured falling from a playpen. She died several days later and after further investigation, detectives learned that the girl’s injuries were caused by her 10-year-old cousin while she was left with him unsupervised. According to PIX11 reports During the investigation, a juvenile witness told detectives that the boy physically abused her and Journee when the three were left unsupervised. When the 10-year-old boy was asked about this witness’s information, deputies said the boy told detectives that he was running while holding Journee and then fell on the kitchen floor, injuring her. The boy then said he put her on the counter and “accidentally” pushed her off the counter top. The Medical Examiner concluded that Journee’s injuries were not consistent with what the boy said happened and ruled the girl’s death a homicide, saying her injuries would have taken excessive force. “This situation was developed through the evidence, and through a very thorough investigation, we developed all of the evidence,” Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Lauren Lettelier said. “And with our State Attorney’s Office, they were able to collectively come together and decide that these charges were appropriate in this case.” SMH. Crazy… The boy was set to see a judge Thursday and he is currently in juvenile jail in Marion County. Ironically the victim’s father Kendall Blyden is set to go trial this week for the murder of a 1-year-old child left in his care in 2014. He was accused of making up a similar story, claiming that child fell from a crib.

Daniel Green is accused of raping a woman in her 20s in the offices of StratX last May when she crawled under a desk to go to sleep after a party with drinking and cocaine. “I looked up and I see a tear on her face. I said, ‘F–k you are crying,” he said, adding that she then told him, “Can you leave please, just go.”

An angry police officer in Iowa repeatedly yanked on the dreadlocks of a handcuffed Suspect who was arrested after a dangerous high-speed chase. Waterloo Officer Adam Wittmayer, who also hit 24-year-old Montavis Keller twice on the back of the head, was disciplined for his actions after the April 19 incident. “I don’t condone Officer Wittmayer’s conduct whatsoever,” Waterloo Police Chief Daniel Trelka said. Keller’s lawyer Tom Frerichs forwarded the video to the FBI this week and asked for an inquiry. The FBI is aware of the video and is mulling whether to open a case. “I can’t think of any other job in which an employee is allowed to repeatedly hit another person, pull out some of their hair and still keep their job,” Frerichs said. The chase began when another officer spotted Keller flying through traffic. When cops attempted to pull him over, Keller sped away. Other patrol cars joined the chase as the suspect hit speeds up to 90 mph. Wittmayer was able to put down tire-puncturing sticks to disable Keller’s car, which dangerously went around a school bus and then toward the officer, “who had to run to get out of harm’s way,” according to a criminal complaint. Black Hawk County Attorney Brian Williams asked the Iowa attorney general’s office to review Wittmayer’s actions after discovering the footage, according to an email obtained by the AP under the open records law. “I am not prejudging anything, but I do believe it needs an independent review,” Williams wrote to Assistant Attorney General Scott Brown. Brown said he believed no criminal charges were sustainable against Wittmayer in a June 17 letter, saying the officer was “understandably agitated.” Wittmayer could be charged with simple misdemeanor assault, but jurors would learn of all the circumstances involved, according to Brown. “Based upon this fact and my review of the entire matter, the likelihood of a Black Hawk County jury convicting Officer Wittmayer is minimal if not completely non-existent,” Brown wrote. Keller was charged with four felonies, including attempting to assault a police officer, eluding police and possessing 42.5 grams of marijuana with intent to deliver. He did not have a prior criminal record. Frerichs handed the AP the video after the sheriff’s office rejected an open records request for the footage, citing the charges. “I certainly agree that it should ultimately be made available due to transparency and public interest,” Chief Trelka said. “However, this is currently a pending case.” Waterloo has the highest percentage of black residents of any city in Iowa but a mostly white police department. The city has approved settlements with black residents worth nearly $3 million this year.
Atlanta Woman Stabbed Roommate To Death After An Argument Over A Missed Ride A 22-year-old Atlanta woman is in police custody for allegedly stabbed her roommate for leaving her stranded downtown. According to AJC reports: It happened early Saturday morning at his apartment on Bouldercrest Road. The police report said Charles Rudison was stabbed to death by his roommate, Breyana Davis, 22, after Davis ditched Rudison in downtown Atlanta. Rudison was a Dacula Publix distribution center employee, his Facebook page said. He’d gone to high school at Gwinnett County’s Mill Creek High and filled the page with contemplations on life and how to be a better man. Davis called 911 at 3:45 a.m. Saturday to tell how it all ended. She said she and another friend went downtown with Rudison, according to the report. Rudison and the other friend were angry with Davis after she left, because they had to catch a ride through the Lyft service. Once they arrived to Ashford East Village apartments, a confrontation ensued. Davis claimed Rudison pushed her down. Then came the blade, an 8-inch-long butcher knife. “At that moment the suspect grabbed a pot of boiling water from the stove and threw it on the victim,” a responding officer wrote. “She then grabbed a knife and stabbed him in the chest.” Davis said she was going to call 911 “because he had tried to attack her.” That wasn’t true, the witness said. It took only about 20 seconds from the time the two walked in the apartment to the moment when the blade pierced Rudison’s chest, said the witness, who couldn’t immediately be reached for further comment Monday by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
