We’re sorry for his loss… Todd Tucker’s Mother ‘Miss Sharon’ Passes Away After Sudden Stroke Via MailOnline : Real Housewives Of Atlanta star Todd Tucker’s mother passed away on Tuesday in New York, a source exclusively revealed to Mail Online. Tucker was in Atlanta when he received a call notifying him that his mother had fallen ill in New York, according to the insider. A friend of the reality star’s is reported to have discovered his mother Miss Sharon before she was rushed to a hospital, where she died the following day. Sharon was reportedly unconscious after suffering a stroke when Tucker arrived in New York. She then slipped into a coma overnight before passing away on Tuesday, the same source claims. When Sharon was hospitalized Tucker’s wife Kandi Burruss is reported to have been in Los Angeles while he was in Atlanta. Miss Sharon was known for making vibrant appearances on her son’s reality series RHOA, with many memorable fights with her daughter-in-law’s mother Joyce. Utterly ridiculous. SMH. Five Men Taken Into Custody After Imprisoning And Sexually Assaulting University Classmate Five New Jersey college students have been arrested for the imprisonment and rape of a female classmate. Apparently the young woman was forced to perform sex acts on each of the men in a darkened campus dorm room, then blocked from leaving the residence. Via MailOnline : Five students have been charged with sexually assaulting a woman and keeping her captive in a darkened dorm room at a New Jersey University. The female student reported last week that she was attacked at accommodation at the William Paterson University and then held against her will. According to the criminal complaint, the five men turned out the lights and used ‘physical force or coercion’ to attack the victim at the Overlook South residence hall. They then forced her to perform multiple sex acts before they stopped her from leaving the room. Now five men, who all lived in university residences, have been arrested and are scheduled to appear at Superior Court in Paterson today. Court documents show that the five men arrested were Noah Williams, Garrett Collick , Termaine Scott, Jahmel Latimer and Darius Singleton, who all studied at the University. The men, who are all 18, are facing a range of charges from kidnapping to aggravated criminal sexual contact, and bail has been set at $200,000 for each suspect. According to the Record, who obtained the complaint to police, Latimer is accused of pulling the woman by the hair and forcing her to perform sex acts. The other four men are alleged to have conspired to commit sexual assault, restrained another person unlawfully and exposed them to risk of serious bodily injury. The school’s president Kathleen Waldron confirmed that all five of the accused lived at the university and have been ‘barred from campus’. In a statement she added: ‘My deepest concern is for the victim of this criminal act who has courageously stepped forward to take legal action and seek justice. ‘No expression of anger or sadness on my part can alleviate the harm done to the victim and my heart goes out to her and her family.’ So sad that women have to worry about avoiding incidents like these when just trying to pursue an education. Wait…what? Missing Georgia Boy Found Captive Behind A False Wall In His Father’s Home This is a really bizarre story . Via Sun-Sentinel : A 14-year-old boy missing from his mother for almost four years was found hidden behind a fake wall of his father’s Georgia home Saturday, police told the Los Angeles Times. His father is among five people arrested in connection with the case, police said. Clayton County police discovered the boy behind the wall after his mother, who lives in Florida, received a text message from her son saying he was being held captive, Sgt. K.T. Hughes, spokesman for Clayton County police, told the Times. “The boy was reunited with his mother a short time ago,” Hughes said Saturday. Clayton County is an Atlanta suburb. The boy was never reported as missing to the Clayton County police, Hughes said. It is unclear if a missing persons report was filed elsewhere. Those arrested include two adults; Gregory Jean, the boy’s father; and Samantha Joy Davis. Three juveniles, whose names were not released, were also taken into custody. Police said they were trying to determine the ages of those arrested, as well as their relationships to each other. All five have been charged with false imprisonment, obstruction and cruelty toward a child, Hughes said. The investigation is ongoing, police said. Thankfully he was found safe after all that time , but no word on WHY the boy was being hidden from his mother all that time. Again, this one is just strange. KTLA

Texas Teacher Bribes Student With Good Grades For Sex Via The Smoking Gun reports: A Texas high school teacher charged with having sex with a female student gave the girl a “written contract” stating that he would give her a grade of at least 85 in his English class if she kept quiet about their relationship and steered clear of his wife, a fellow teacher at a Dallas-area school, police say. Investigators allege that James Quigley, 34, twice had sex with the girl in her bedroom earlier this year, and sent her a series of inappropriate e-mail and text messages that commented on her looks and noted that they could be “friends with benefits,” according to probable cause affidavit. Quigley, seen at right, was arrested Thursday night on two felony counts, sexual assault and maintaining an improper relationship with a student. He remains locked up in the Dallas County jail in lieu of $100,000 bond. Police began investigating Quigley last week, when the girl’s mother contacted cops to report that the teen was being harassed by the Richardson High School educator. The teen told police that Quigley showed up at her residence earlier this year “with a hotdog for her dog.” When the girl opened the door, the teacher “hugged her and kissed her forehead” and “touched her ‘butt.’” She also recalled Quigley leaving a Starburst candy on her desk along with a note saying, “I would smash you into thin powder, mix you with water and drink it.” As detailed in the affidavit, Quigley once asked the teen to sign a “written contract” that stipulated he “would give her an average of 85% or above in his class” and prohibited her from “telling anyone what was happening and from getting anywhere close to” his wife Carla, a Richardson High School English teacher. The girl told cops she did not sign the contract. Quigley, who has taught at the school for five years, was placed on administrative leave following his arrest. You can’t be serious!!!!!!

He’s shared a Christmas visit with Michelle Obama at the White House. And now he’s being accused of sex with a minor. Terry Bean, 66, a gay activist and major Democratic fund-raiser, was arrested Wednesday in Portland, Ore., for allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old boy. Bean’s ex-boyfriend, Kiah Lawson, 25, was arrested Thursday in connection with the same incident. The arrests follow an angry breakup between the couple, where Bean accused his former boyfriend of extortion after Lawson gained access to hidden video images from Bean’s bedroom. Authorities said the duo found the 15-year-old online and had a sexual encounter with him in an Oregon hotel in 2013. Bean, who raised more than $500,000 for Obama’s campaign in 2012, is charged with third-degree sodomy and third-degree sexual abuse in the sexual encounter. Says his lawyers: “Over the course of several months in 2013-2014, Terry was the victim of an extortion ring led by several men known to law enforcement,” attorney Kristen Winemiller said in a statement. “This current arrest is connected to the ongoing investigation of that case in which Mr. Bean has fully cooperated. “No allegations against Terry Bean should be taken at face value. Another brotha throwing away his future Via ESPN The Michigan Wolverines dismissed senior Frank Clark on Monday after police arrested the starting defensive end on domestic violence charges in Ohio this weekend. Clark, a native of Cleveland, was arrested in the early morning hours Sunday. He appeared on video conference in the Sandusky Municipal Court on Monday. He pleaded not guilty to domestic violence charges and bail was set at $3,000. It is unknown if he posted. “This is a tragic situation,” coach Brady Hoke said in a written statement. “Our student-athletes will be held accountable when their actions fail to meet the standard we have at Michigan. There is a legal process that will occur and we respect that process.” Hoke called the report “unacceptable” in a news conference and said he doesn’t want his program to be associated with those types of allegations. Hoke said he has not yet had a chance to speak to Clark, but looks forward to doing so in the future. He said he first heard about Clark’s arrest Sunday morning and spent the next 24 hours collecting as much information as he could before making the decision to dismiss Clark. Hoke said he speaks to the team regularly about domestic abuse. “I’ve told our guys since Day 1 that it won’t be tolerated,” he said. “It won’t be tolerated in this program. I have a daughter who is 29. I have a wife. I have two sisters. That’s always been probably one of the first things I talk about with our teams at least a couple times a year.” Here’s how it all went down according to the cops: In the police report, Clark’s girlfriend said he punched her in the face after an altercation in the Maui Sands hotel in Sandusky, Ohio. The woman’s brother, who was also in the room, said he saw Clark pick her up by the neck and slam her to the ground. Clark was outside the room when police arrived, according to the report. He told officers that he didn’t touch the woman, saying she was having “crazy fits” and may be pregnant. The woman declined to go to the hospital for her injuries and said she did not want to press charges. This is Clark’s second arrest during his career with the Wolverines. He pleaded guilty to a second-degree home invasion felony charge after stealing a laptop from a Michigan dormitory in September 2012. Clark paid a fine, was sentenced to 12 months’ probation and was suspended from the team’s season-opening loss to Alabama. He doesn’t deserve nice things. Image via AP

Stripper Attacks Bartender With Stiletto A South Carolina woman is in police custody after authorities say she attacked a bartender at the club where she pole pops with a clear plastic high-heeled shoe. The Smoking Gun reports: A stripper wielding a “clear plastic high-heeled shoe” attacked a fellow employee early today in a South Carolina club, leaving the victim with puncture wounds in her scalp and other injuries, according to a police report. The 2 AM stiletto assault occurred in the bathroom at Chez Joey, a Myrtle Beach gentlemen’s club. Ashley Michaels-Hoder, 24, told cops that she was grabbed by the hair by Carolyn Wright, 22, who allegedly then “began striking her with a clear plastic high-heeled shoe that was in her left hand.” Michaels-Hoder, a bartender at the strip joint, said that she was unable to defend herself since Wright was holding her head down. Michaels-Hoder said that when she managed to lift her head, “the offender struck her multiple times in the face with the same shoe,” police reported. Michaels-Holder, who was interviewed while being treated at a hospital, suffered a swollen left eye, swelling to her forehead, and two puncture wounds that a doctor said would require staples. Wright has not been arrested in connection with the incident, which police have classified as aggravated assault, a felony. Wright has been arrested twice this year, for disorderly conduct and assault. She served short jail sentences in both cases. SMH…so Carolyn Wright is clearly about that life. Do better!
