You big dummy. Man Impersonates Cop To Get Discount On Donuts Those donuts must have been hella good. According to ABC 7: Pasco County Sheriff Deputies arrest a man after he tried to get a discount on donuts by impersonating a law enforcement officer. Deputies say 48-year-old Charles “Chuck” Barry went to the drive-thru of a Trinity Dunkin’ Donuts last week, and after identifying himself as law enforcement, asked for a discount on his order of donuts. When the clerk refused to give him the discount, Barry allegedly held up a gun — still in its holster — and said, “See, I’m a cop!” The witness told investigators Barry never pointed the gun at him or took it out of its holster. The next day he went through the drive-thru again and the manager took down his license plate tag. On November 12, surveillance was set up at Dunkin Donuts and a Deputy with the Pasco Sheriff’s Office observed Barry driving away from the business. A traffic stop was conducted and while speaking with Barry the deputy observed he had a law enforcement badge in his wallet. He was also carrying a .38 caliber revolver in his front pocket. He was positively identified by store personnel and arrested on above mentioned charges. Barry was charged with one count of False Impersonation of a law Enforcement Officer and Improper Exhibition of a Firearm. The dumbazz went back to the scene of the crime. Dayum. Shutterstock

This father needs his azz beat. What father thinks taking nekkid pics of his daughters is ever okay? According to The Sun Sentinel: A South Florida naturalist, arrested on charges that he helped take freaky photographs of his three young daughters and shared them with other men, is putting on an unusual defense. Brian Martens, 53, who was living at a nudist colony in Palm Beach County, is arguing that there is nothing freaky about the pictures and that they are regular family portraits of a naturist family. Federal prosecutors say they believe several of the photographs are clearly inappropriate and the final judgment call should lie with a trial jury. A grand jury has already voted there was enough evidence to indict Martens on one count of producing child pornography and one count of receiving child pornography. U.S. Magistrate Judge Bill Matthewman agreed with the U.S. Attorney’s Office after reviewing the photographs during a hearing Wednesday in federal court in West Palm Beach. “Several of these photos the court has reviewed are lascivious. … They are, in the court’s opinion, sexually explicit,” Matthewman said. The judge ordered Martens detained without bond pending his trial — on the grounds that he is a serious flight risk and poses “a clear risk of danger to the community, and specifically to his daughters.” Marten’s attorney James Eisenberg agreed that one of the photographs is inappropriate — one the judge described as a close-up shot of one of the girl’s genital area — but said his client did not know the photograph was taken and never gave his permission for it to be shot. Martens hired a professional family photographer to take family portraits, Eisenberg said. “The girls have no clothes on … but they’re not doing anything of a sexual nature,” Eisenberg said. “If they were young ladies who had clothing on, no one would consider them freaky.” “Totally au naturale … is the normal state of all the people who live there,” Eisenberg said. “In the context that everybody in this family are naturists … these photos are not lewd or pornographic in any way.” Martens, who was arrested Oct. 29, would face between 15 and 30 years in federal prison if convicted of the child pornography charge, and five to 20 years if convicted of receiving child pornography. Parents Confront Children On Bus Every parent loves their kid, but dayum. According to NBC Philadelphia: Parents trying to confront their child’s alleged bully landed behind bars in Pennsylvania last week. Chris and Christina Gring of Montgomery County were arrested and charged for allegedly threatening students by climbing aboard a North Penn School District bus and yelling “Who made my son cry?” according to a police affidavit obtained by NBC10′s Chris Cato. Christina Gring is accused of heading to the back of the bus, questioning students and threatening physical harm if they continued to pick on her son. Some of the kids on the bus were as young as 6 years old. Shanice Garcia, who was one of those passengers, told NBC10 that it was terrifying. “They were crying and hiding under their seats,” Garcia said. The mother, who has been released from jail, told NBC10 that her 8-year-old son has been bullied since the beginning of the school year. Last week he got off the school bus in tears, shes said. The mother said when she asked the bus driver what was going on she was told her to talk with the student safety monitors, which is why she got on the bus. She said she never threatened the kids. “I think it’s because my husband has a record and they needed someone to take the fall for this, because the district wasn’t doing what they were supposed to be doing and the bus driver wasn’t doing what he was supposed to be doing,” Christina Gring said. The North Penn School District is conducting an internal investigation about how its driver handled the situation. The district says it has not received any prior bullying complaints from the family. Chris Gring is still locked up. The couple will appear in court on Nov. 5 to face charges of making terroristic threats. “We’re not monsters. We didn’t mean to scare kids. Minister Stages Phony Hate Crime According to Raw Story: A Baptist minister from Virginia was sentenced Thursday to two years in prison for staging a phony hate crime attack at his home. Oleander Cuthrell, 41, minister of music at Gospel Shepherd Baptist Church, told the judge he was ashamed and embarrassed that he poured oil and gasoline across part of his home’s porch March 15 and setting fire to it after becoming overwhelmed by financial difficulties. “It was the most irrational decision that I made in my life,” he told the judge. “I can’t say just how bad I hate it.” Cuthrell, who is black, admitted to spray-painting racial slurs on two sides of his rental home in Chesterfield County to divert attention from himself before setting the fire. He also ignited a 16-ounce bottle filled with gas and oil inside a broken-down 1992 BMW parked in front of the house to help create more evidence that he’d been the victim of a racially motivated attack. The minister then went back inside the home, undressed and climbed into bed to wait for the house to burn down, prosecutors said. Cuthrell’s oldest son found the porch on fire after the family dog alerted him, and he was able to put out the flames before anyone was hurt. Cuthrell’s wife and two other sons were also home at the time. Police and FBI agents investigated the case as a possible hate crime, and Cuthrell told local news outlets his family had been targeted because of their race, but investigators quickly became suspicious and arrested the minister about two weeks after the fire. Authorities said Cuthrell had falsely claimed 12 years ago that he had been robbed in North Carolina to cover up a theft from his employer, and he was convicted of filing a false police report. Cuthrell must pay restitution to the damage he caused to the rental home, from which he’d faced eviction for being three months behind on rent before he set the fire. A check he’d written to his landlord for two months’ rent bounced, and he also told police he’d been worried about legal problems a son faced in North Carolina. It’s fawked up that a man of the cloth would pull such a stunt.

St. Peter High School science teacher Robert Shoemaker also is charged with malicious punishment of a child, a gross misdemeanor, The Free Press of Mankato reported. According to the complaint, a student in Shoemaker’s class said he wasn’t feeling good and was tired, so he put his head on his desk. The student, who was 17 at the time, said he heard Shoemaker walk toward him before he was hit on the head with the backpack. The student was treated for a bruised neck. High school staff weighed the backpack after the incident and determined it weighed 11 pounds, the complaint said. If your “bad temper” causes you to throw things at students’ heads hard enough to leave a bruise, then you don’t need to be taking anger management classes instead of teaching students. SMH. Chris Brown’s latest saga gets a bit deeper… According to TMZ reports : Chris Brown was arrested in Washington D.C. this morning for FELONY assault after allegedly attacking a man outside a hotel … TMZ has learned. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … at around 4:30 AM Brown got into an argument with a man outside the W Hotel on K Street and allegedly punched him once in the face. We’re told the alleged victim never threw a punch. The alleged victim tells TMZ … he and a friend were hanging out at the W when they saw 2 women about to take a picture with Brown. The victim — who says he’s not a Chris Brown fan — says he and his buddy photo bombed the 2 women and Chris went nuts, punching him in the face and BREAKING HIS NOSE. He went to the hospital and says he may need surgery as early as tomorrow. Law enforcement sources and the alleged victim tell TMZ … before striking the man, Chris said, “I’m not into this gay s**t, I’m into boxing.” After Chris punched the man, the fight was taken to the ground. SMH…Chris just HAD to add that to quip to upgrade his fade to another charge. Sources connected with Chris tell TMZ … the alleged victim is full of BS. He was NOT trying to take a pic with Chris … he was trying to get on Chris’ tour bus, and Brown was simply trying to stop a trespass. The sources say before the incident the 2 girls tried to get on the bus but they were stopped, and that’s when the victim and his friend made their move. Law enforcement sources say Chris did not appear to be under the influence of anything. Chris and his bodyguard — who was also arrested — will stay in jail today. Under DC law Brown can’t get bail so he’ll appear before a magistrate Monday, and until then he’ll stay behind bars. The alleged victim tells TMZ he doesn’t understand why Brown was “so homophobic” to hurl such a slur. And get this … the victim says he would have accepted an apology at the scene, but now he will absolutely press charges — and he’s already hired a lawyer. Hide ya kids ! A Chinese man is facing years imprisonment after beating his 10-year-old stepson and then severing his hand, all because his mom wasn’t able to afford an apartment they were trying to buy. According to NY Daily News reports : A Chinese man hacked off his stepson’s hand with a meat cleaver Tuesday before spitefully throwing it in boiling water so that it could never be reattached, police said. Cheng Sun, 43, allegedly beat 10-year-old Xiao Jun with a stick after a row about money before grabbing the hatchet and smashing it down on his limb. He then lobbed the bloody lump of flesh into a pot of water that had been left on the stove refor their evening meal. The Daily Mirror reports that Cheng had met Xiao’s mom, Xiao Shen, a year ago. The couple, who lived in a rented apartment in Shenyang with the boy, were looking to buy a flat together. The mother went to visit relatives to try borrowing some cash when she called Cheng to say there would be a delay with the money coming through. The crane driver allegedly launched into a furious rage and attacked the boy. Afterward, he reportedly called cops to confess the crime. He then took Xiao to the hospital, but doctors said it was too swelled-up to be of use and that the boy required an artificial arm. Cheng was arrested and now faces a lengthy prison term.
