Two frozen treat slingers were arrested Wednesday after getting their licks in during a midtown turf war that could have become a stabbing, cops said. The driver of a Mister Softee truck parked at 50th St. and Sixth Ave. became enraged when a Yogo truck pulled up just after 7 p.m., according to police. The Mister Softee man ripped off the Yogo truck’s permit, and soon both drivers were squaring off, cops said. Then the Yogo driver pulled a knife, police said. Some ninjas just can’t stay out of trouble. Von Miller Arrested On Warrant This ninja was somewhere he wasn’t suppose to be–a gun club. If you know you have a history of trouble with the law, a gun club is the last place you should be. According to TMZ Denver Broncos star linebacker Von Miller was arrested Sunday at a gun club in Colorado … but his arrest has NOTHING to do with firearms, TMZ has learned. The 24-year-old All-Pro was trying to enter the Centennial Gun Store and Range just outside of Denver — and submitted to a routine mandatory background check, as required by everyone looking to shoot at the range. But the background check revealed a warrant out for Miller’s arrest — which was issued back in January after he failed to appear in court to face multiple traffic violations. According to law enforcement, Miller had been charged with careless driving, driving without a license and having no proof of insurance back in October 2012. Miller was taken into custody at the gun shop — and was hauled to a nearby Sheriff’s Dept. where he was booked … and posed for a mug shot, obtained by TMZ. Miller was eventually released on a $1,000 bond. A rep for the Broncos says the team is aware of the arrest — but didn’t say if he will face disciplinary action from the team or the league. It doesn’t get much more “aint isht” than this… Man Arrested After Hiding 26 Bags Of Drugs In Toddler’s Pockets This guy definitely isn’t going for father of the year …. via Chicago Tribune After police spotted a 2-year-old girl riding in a SUV without a car seat Monday they pulled it over to discover that the girl was riding on her dad’s lap and that he had hidden 26 packages of PCP in her pants’ pocket, officials said. The stop happened 12:45 p.m. as the girl’s 24-year-old father, Emmanuel Wiggins, rode in the SUV, police said. Judge James Brown set bail today for Wiggins at $25,000 after being charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor child endangerment, court records show. Police said Wiggins, was a passenger inside the 1999 black Chevrolet SUV that they pulled over after seeing the toddler sitting on Wiggins’ lap and not property restrained. After making the stop, they asked Wiggins why the girl wasn’t in a car seat and he replied that he and his daughter were getting dropped off around the corner, police said. While speaking to Wiggins, police smelled a strong chemical odor coming from him that officers believed was PCP, according to a police report. As Wiggins exited the SUV holding the little girl in his arms, police noticed a bulge in her pants, police said. They checked it and found a clear plastic bag containing 26 tin foil packages that were folded up and contained a leafy substance they learned was laced with PCP, police said. The father of one of three Florida teens charged in a vicious school bus attack said his son is “sorry” for taking part in the July beating that made national headlines. As the trio headed to court on Tuesday, Julian McKnight said his son Julian, 15, has also suffered in the aftermath of the July 9 attack on a Pinellas County school bus after it left Lealman Intermediate School in the St. Petersburg-area community of Gulfport. “All I can say is he’s had his consequences already, you know?” McKnight said. “We’re sorry what happened to the victim, but that’s just the way it is. My son ain’t never been no bad person, he just got mixed [up] with bad people, that’s all … He’s sorry.” “My son ain’t never been no bad person, he just got mixed [up] with bad people, that’s all … He’s sorry.” The three teens arrested in the attack — Lloyd Khemradj, Julian McKnight and Joshua Reddin — arrived at the Pinellas County courthouse early Tuesday. All three 15-year-olds declined to comment when approached by Fox News. All three were charged with aggravated battery. Reddin is also charged with unarmed robbery. The juvenile suspects, whom are all first-time offenders, were ordered to return to court in two weeks during their initial court appearance on Tuesday. Prosecutors — who are seeking nine months of court supervision for the suspects, as well as no contact with the victim and random drug testing — want to play the video before a judge prior to any sentence is imposed. Police said the three teens attacked the unidentified 13-year-old victim after he told officials at their dropout prevention school that one of them had tried to sell him marijuana. The victim, who was struck with a flurry of punches and kicks, suffered a broken arm and two black eyes. He may an have opportunity to testify in two weeks. The brutal incident made national headlines, in part because video of the attack captured on the bus’ surveillance camera went viral online. It also prompted critics to question why civil rights leaders did not speak up about the assault. The attackers were all African-American and the victim was white, although Gulfport Police Chief Robert Vincent told Fox News the attack did not appear to be racially motivated. Former Florida Rep. Allen West, who is African-American, chided Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, noting they condemned Florida in the wake of the Trayvon Martin shooting yet remained silent on the bus attack. “Three 15-yr-old black teens beat up a 13-yr-old white kid because he told school officials they tried to sell him drugs,” the former Army colonel wrote on his Facebook page. “Do you hear anything from Sharpton, Jackson, NAACP, Stevie Wonder, Jay-Z, liberal media, or Hollywood? Cat got your tongues or is it that pathetic hypocrisy revealing itself once again? Y’all just make me sick.” Jackson later said the two cases were not comparable. “It’s hard to make a comparison,” Jackson told Breitbart on Saturday. “In one case a man was unarmed, killed by another man. Last year, 135 blacks were killed, black men, unarmed, killed by vigilantes, police, killed by security guards, so whether it’s the case of Oakland, Calif., or the case in New York, it’s just too much of it. This is just sick. A man who is believed to have been molesting his cat for a full year has finally been arrested. Via Gawker reports : Police in Boise recently arrested a man accused of sexually abusing a cat on multiple occasions over the course of at least 12 months. Ryan Havens Tannenholz, 28, was taken into custody earlier this month and booked on six felony counts of crimes against nature, and one misdemeanor count of cruelty to an animal. Authorities in Boise say that, although the warrant was issued on July 31st of this year, they believe Tannenholz had been having sexual contact with the animal between Januray 2012 and January 2013. “It just means that at this point was the time when they had probable cause to do the arrest,” Deputy Prosecutor Cathy Guzman told the Idaho Statesman. Adding a bizarre layer to this already disturbing story is the fact that Tannenholz was an active member of the furry fandom community, and would often dress up as different types of canines. Flayrah, a furry news blog, posted a list of Tannenholz fursuit alter-egos, including a black-and-white husky named Bubblegum, a blue fox named Kismet, and an unnamed purple canine. It seems Tannenholz or someone acting on his behalf, has attempted to scrub the web of his online presence, but several digital footprints remain, including a YouTube account attributed by flayrah to Tannenholz, which features a troubling video entitled “our cat nursing on a fursuit head.” The furry community was quick to distance itself from Tannenholz, saying his actions made furries look bad. Some, however, noted that “furry fandom is best served by publicly ostracizing people who break such laws, not hiding them under a rug.” Tannenholz remains behind bars in lieu of $250,000 bond. Teacher Arrested For Having Sex With Student According to Mail Online A former school worker arrested yesterday in Michigan for having an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old student has appeared in court. Abigail Marie Simon, 33, entered a not-guilty plea today to charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and accosting a minor for immoral purposes. Simon was fired from her position as a tutor and study hall supervisor at Catholic Central and West Catholic high schools in April after the boy’s mother found pictures of Simon in a garter belt on her son’s phone. Police also found text messages of a sexual nature between Simon and the boy and an arrest warrant was obtained this week. Simon allegedly had a sexual relationship with the student between February 1 and April 26 of this year at her former apartment in the 300 block of Bridge Street North West, in Grand Rapids. According the MLive.com, Grand Rapids Police Detective Amy Lowrie said that the alleged victim initially told police that he and Simon had sexual contact but then recanted his testimony. ‘Recently [he] has admitted that there was sexual contact again. And the text messages that were found in both of their phones support there was a sexual relationship.’ Simon was held at the Kent County Correctional Facility before the hearing today. Her attorney Michael Distel asked that she be released on a personal recognizance bond. Distel cited Simon’s clean record and supportive family and told the judge that she does not pose flight risk. The judge Patricia Schaefer noted that Simon has contacted the boy after being warned to stay away from him by police, and set her bail at $25,000. Simon posted bail this afternoon and is staying with her parents in Grand Blanc. Schaefer told Simon that she cannot contact the alleged victim or be within four blocks of him in any direction. A probable-cause hearing is August 23. SMH. Whoop her azz and put her underneath the jail.
