Teacher Arrested For Having Sex With Student According to Mail Online A former school worker arrested yesterday in Michigan for having an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old student has appeared in court. Abigail Marie Simon, 33, entered a not-guilty plea today to charges of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and accosting a minor for immoral purposes. Simon was fired from her position as a tutor and study hall supervisor at Catholic Central and West Catholic high schools in April after the boy’s mother found pictures of Simon in a garter belt on her son’s phone. Police also found text messages of a sexual nature between Simon and the boy and an arrest warrant was obtained this week. Simon allegedly had a sexual relationship with the student between February 1 and April 26 of this year at her former apartment in the 300 block of Bridge Street North West, in Grand Rapids. According the MLive.com, Grand Rapids Police Detective Amy Lowrie said that the alleged victim initially told police that he and Simon had sexual contact but then recanted his testimony. ‘Recently [he] has admitted that there was sexual contact again. And the text messages that were found in both of their phones support there was a sexual relationship.’ Simon was held at the Kent County Correctional Facility before the hearing today. Her attorney Michael Distel asked that she be released on a personal recognizance bond. Distel cited Simon’s clean record and supportive family and told the judge that she does not pose flight risk. The judge Patricia Schaefer noted that Simon has contacted the boy after being warned to stay away from him by police, and set her bail at $25,000. Simon posted bail this afternoon and is staying with her parents in Grand Blanc. Schaefer told Simon that she cannot contact the alleged victim or be within four blocks of him in any direction. A probable-cause hearing is August 23. SMH. Whoop her azz and put her underneath the jail.

Man Arrested For Smearing Buttered Toast All Over Neighbor’s SUV via MSN Now A South Carolina man who probably thought he’d have the last laugh when he smeared buttered toast on his neighbor’s SUV probably isn’t doing much laughing anymore as he may face charges behind the “vandalization.” You know you’ve thought about doing this. Just taking something hot and sticky — a buttery piece of toast, a half-eaten jelly doughnut — and smearing it all over your annoying neighbor’s car window. Now we know how that story ends: with the smearer carted off to jail. Christopher Brannon, of Union County, S.C., stands accused of “malicious damage to property” after allegedly rubbing some buttered toast onto a window of his neighbor’s SUV. Apparently he wasn’t trying very hard to cover his tracks, since the SUV owner found the toast “on the ground nearby.” Police estimate the damage at $1. Mom Asks Son And His Friend To Kill Fiance According to Mail Online A stripper is accused of luring her fiance to an apartment where her then-17-year-old son and his friend tried to kill him by strangling him with an extension cord and bashing him over the head with a fry pan. Vicky Miller, 44, is on trial for the November 2011 attempted murder of Paul Key, 54, whom she met while dancing topless at Lipstick Cabaret in Dallas and agreed to marry after just 30 minutes. Prosecutors on Monday said Key drained his 401k and took out a mortgage on his home so he could lavish Miller, who faces unrelated charges of aggravated sexual assault of a 13-year-old boy, with gifts including a car each for her and her son. ‘I agreed to support her financially,’ Key testified, adding that he spent cash he’d saved over 30 years on the woman. ‘I had someone I enjoyed talking with. I thought I could buy loyalty with money.’ He said they regularly met up for breakfast at IHOP following their night shifts and he paid her $2,000 a month to support her so she would quit her job at Lipstick Cabaret. But the affair, which Key claimed on Tuesday was non-sexual, turned sour after Miller kept putting off the wedding and after three and a half years Key, an AT&T employee, began to think he was being used, Dallasnews.com reported. He said he decided to break up with her and move forward with his life. Key, who had been diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic at age 35, said on Tuesday he had stopped taking his medication about two months before the breakup because he was strapped for cash. But he said that had no impact on his ability to remember the alleged attempted murder, which he claimed may have been prompted by the inaccurate belief that Miller would receive his life insurance payout. As for why she was denied bail — turns out back in ’96 Anna was charged with murdering a man in Tennessee and she went on the lam for 5 months. Although the charges were ultimately dropped, the judge in the current case felt because of her conduct in ’96 Anna is a flight risk. Man Calls 911 Over Burgers According to Mail Online Lorenzo Riggins proved that the customer is not always correct when he called police because his McDonald’s order was shorted by one burger. Riggins said he was hungry Tuesday night when he entered a McDonald’s in East Albany, Georgia. He ordered seven McDoubles, one McChicken and a fries. But when he got out to his car he realized that they got his order wrong: there were only six McDoubles in the bag. So he went back in and asked for his order to be corrected, but the person behind the counter wasn’t giving out service with a smile. ‘She was trying to get an attitude with me and I said I’m going to call the police,’ Riggins told WALB. Riggins carried out that threat relaying his story to 911 operators. They heard out his story, asked him where he was and asked him to wait at the McDonald’s. When officers showed up, instead of confronting the McDonald’s employees they arrested Riggins for misusing 911. ‘I called the police and thinking that everything all cool by calling the police, I didn’t know I was misusing 911,’ he said. Riggins was booked and spent a night in the Doughtery County Jail. The next morning, a judge dropped his case saying the night in jail was enough punishment for the crime. ‘It’s really not funny. It’s not,’ Albany EMA and 911 Deputy Director Jim Vaught said. ‘A person who was waiting to get a call in for an ambulance of a car wreck is having to wait – possibly.’ Vaught told KSDK that calling 911 is no joking matter, and does come with the threat of arrest if you misuse the line. ‘The thing you need to understand is that we have their telephone number and we have their voice recorded and we will turn it over to the police department and you will be prosecuted,’ Vaught warned. While he’s upset about the incident,Riggins said that it won’t stop him from eating at McDonald’s again. ‘I would like to say check your food before you leave, always be careful when you go buy food anywhere you go,’ advised Riggins. It really wasn’t that serious…..he’s on that ninja isht. .

Mom Jailed For Having Sex With Minors According to Mail Online A 46-year-old woman has been sentenced to 16 months in prison after being found guilty of sexually assaulting two boys who played on her son’s hockey team. Kathia Maria Davis, from Laguna Niguel, will also have to register as a lifetime sex offender, the Orange County District Attorney’s Office said. The court was told that Davis had sex with a 16-year-old boy on four occasions between July 2010 and 2011, and engaged in sex acts with a 14-year-old during a slumber party. One of her victims wrote a statement that was read to the court, according to NBC 4. It read: ‘Holding all this in as a child forced me to grow up in ways I never wanted to. She took the things that I loved most and ripped them out of my life.’ The victim added in his statement: ‘I will never know what could have been.’ A jury found Davis guilty in August last year of four counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with the 16-year-old and two misdemeanor counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Prosecutors said that divorced mother-of-three gave the 16-year-old alcohol and, on one occasion, encouraged the boy and a teenage girl to drink alcohol during a party at her home. The suspect would have parties for members of the hockey team. This also involved some sleepovers,’ Orange County Sheriff’s Department spokesman Jim Amormino said after the allegations were first made. Davis was arrested at her home in September 2011 after the older boy told his mother about the abuse, according to CBS Los Angeles. The jury in the first trial was unable to reach a unanimous verdict about the allegations of sex crimes against the younger boy. However, at a trial last month, Davis pleaded guilty to four counts of a lewd act with the 14-year-old. Davis was given credit for the 474 days she has already served, and is expected to be released from Orange County jail within a week, her attorney, David R. Cohn, told Patch. Where were the parents? Woman Has 21 Drinks Before Driving and Kills Two Teenagers According to Mail Online Footage from a Texas bar shows a 23-year-old woman consuming 21 drinks before she drove home the wrong way down a highway, killing two teenagers in a head-on crash. Nicole Baukus, from Spring, is facing up to 60 years in prison if found guilty of two counts of vehicular homicide and one count of vehicular assault. A court was told this week that Baukus drank four bottled beers and 21 ‘shooters’, or spirit mixers, in about four and a half hours, before getting in her pick up truck and causing the fatal crash. Prosecutors at her trial this week showed video footage of Baukus drinking at the On the Rox sports bar and of her pick up truck traveling the wrong way down a highway in Conroe, on June 29, last year. She is accused of crashing head on into a car being driven by Nicole Adams, killing the 19-year-old and her back seat passenger, Travis Sanders, 18, according to KHou News. A third passenger, 21-year-old David Porras, was seriously injured in the crash, which happened just before 3am. In court yesterday, prosecutors played emergency calls from other drivers as they reported seeing a pick up truck traveling the wrong way. Before police could stop Baukus, the fatal collision took place. An hour after the crash her blood-level alcohol was more than three times the legal limit. Prosecutors also claim she had drugs in her system. Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission agent Oscar Williams told the court Baukus had consumed beer and shooters at On the Rox, from 9.19pm to 1.46am. He said that a tray of shooters was seen being delivered to her table just after midnight, which violated the Texas commission’s rules, according to The Courier of Montgomery County. Baukus denies the charges, according to Montgomery County Police Reporter. The trial is expected to last five days. We bet her azz won’t pick up another drink again. She should have had a friend drive her home and now two innocent lives are lost. SMH.

Drugs Are Bad M’Kay: Virginia Woman Jailed For A Year After Her 4-Year-Old Found And Sniffed Up Her Yayo Stash

These epitome of a bad mothers ain’t isht! Via NYDailyNews : A deadbeat Virginia mom, whose 4-year-old son found and snorted her stash of yayo, has been locked up for 12 months. Carrie Ann Billups, 26, pleaded guilty to child abuse after the toddler got high from $10 worth of the drug he discovered hidden under her bedroom lamp in Nov. 2012. Billups told cops she woke up one morning at her Chesapeake home to see her kid sniffing the white powder. Taking the drug away, she held off on taking him to hospital as she didn’t want to get into trouble. But hours later he started vomiting. She took him to Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters where a urine test confirmed he’d ingested the drug. He was treated and released the following day, reports The Virginian-Pilot. Chesapeake Circuit Judge Marjorie Arrington sentenced Billups on Monday to five years in prison, but suspended four years of the term. “I don’t think a 4-year-old would know how to snort blow unless he’s seen it done somewhere,” Arrington told the defendant. “The court is concerned about what’s going to happen to this child when you are released if you continue to use yayo.” This is terrible. The fight broke out following an argument between two customers and bouncers at Dirty Blondes Sports Bar, located along Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard. Video posted by a witness on Instagram shows the pair being punched and thrown to the ground by two men wearing “security” shirts. Customers Alexander Coelho and David Parker have bonded out of jail and have since hired an attorney. The bar posted a statement on its Facebook on Monday, saying in part: “While we do not condone the actions displayed in the 15-second video circulating, no further statements on what led up to, during or after the incident until we review the matter internally with all parties involved.” View the video here It’s not a good time until someone gets phucked up. Friends Set Fire To Police Station Two teens in a remote Canada community are accused of torching a police station as part of a bizarre plan to get arrested and flown to a Winnipeg youth jail to visit a pal who is also currently facing arson charges, prosecutors alleged this week. Via Sun News Network : And the suspected arson case comes at a time RCMP in remote St. Theresa Point, Man., are contending with an emerging crime problem where a “gang” of youths are engaging in a destructive ritual dubbed “Bad Azz Sundays” as they mark out a weekly time to wreak havoc there, Judge Rocky Pollack heard. The boys, 13 and 14, were collared after what’s known locally as the “justice building,” leased by the RCMP from the Island Lake Tribal Council, caught fire and was destroyed just after 4 a.m. Sunday, July 21. The younger boy appeared for and was granted bail at the Manitoba Youth Centre (MYC) on Thursday. He has no record or other pending charges and is presumed innocent. Pollack was legally bound under the Youth Criminal Justice Act to give him a shot at freedom with many restrictions attached. He and his co-accused are suspected of picking the lock to the RCMP section of the side-by-side building with a paper clip then using matches and a lighter to torch paper and the back of the building, Crown attorney Courtney St. Croix said. When police caught up to the 13-year-old, he told them it was a joint arson attempt made to get out of the community and into the confines of MYC, St. Croix alleged. When these kids get out of jail, they should be forced to complete community service at the Burn Care Center Unit of several Winnipeg area hospitals, every Sunday for 6 months.
