We’re shocked that this isn’t a story about the hall monitor getting shot… School is a scarier place than the streets nowadays… Minnesota Father Finds Teen Daughter Having Sex With Hall Monitor Via MyFoxTwinCities A 41-year-old Robbinsdale Cooper High School hall monitor and football team staffer was charged Tuesday with sexually assaulting a 17-year-old student after the girl’s father walked in on them in her bedroom. Tajreed Rich, of Minneapolis, was charged with felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct. If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 15 years imprisonment and up to $30,000 in fines with conditional release. Rich began his employment with the school district in 2010 and served as a hall monitor who ensures students make it to class. He was also a member of the school’s football staff and provided counseling to students. Rich told police he had previously counseled the girl about past relationships with male students. Rich described the girl as a “vulnerable student” to police and said he knew better than to have a sexual relationship with a student. According to the charges, the pair was discovered after the girl’s father came home unexpectedly around 3 p.m. Friday and heard sounds from his daughter’s bedroom. The room was open and he reported finding his daughter naked on the bed and Rich, also naked, standing over her. The girl confirmed she had sex with Rich on two separate occasions — once within the past few weeks at Rich’s home, and again on Friday for the second time. Rich also confirmed that information in a post-Miranda interview with officers, further admitting that he did not wear a condom. Tajreed Rich worked in the Minneapolis Public School District for several stints in the 90s and 2000s. MPS spokeswoman Larissa Chinwah released the following statement Tuesday: “Tajreed Rich was first hired as an educational assistant aide substitute in 1995. That contract was terminated in March 1995. Rich was rehired in the same position in January 1998. In 1999, Rich was a security monitor. From 2003 until 2010, Rich held positions of youth coordinator, parent liaison and coach at North High School.” A hall monitor?! Seriously?! Not even a teacher…a f***in’ hall monitor?!?! Megan Graham, 36, said she pulled into the parking lot to visit a friend when a Federal Way police cruiser drove up behind her with its lights flashing. She believed the officer saw her using a cellphone while driving. As the confrontation began, Graham dialed 911. According to the 911 recording, Graham told the operator that she was being attacked and needed assistance. _How dare you even touch me,_ she told the officer on the recording. The recording captured audio of a police officer repeatedly saying _You are under arrest,_ _put your hands behind your back_ and _stop resisting._ Graham faces a felony charge of assaulting a police officer. Her arraignment is scheduled for 9 a.m. June 10 at the Regional Justice Center in Kent. According to Federal Way police, the officer made the traffic stop and was completing the infraction when Graham, the driver, began walking away with her dog and refused to get back in her vehicle. Police Report The officer attempted to detain her, and according to police, was met with resistance. The officer advised Graham she was under arrest, and a second officer arrived to assist. _Crispin then responded with closed fist strikes to Graham_s face, which brought her to the ground where she was handcuffed,_ according to the police report. Man Set On Fire By Friends On Stag Night According to The Sun Mandy Hammond, 41, was left heartbroken after her fiance was brutally beaten to death the night before their wedding. Groom Ramsey Raulinautis, 35, went out with pals to celebrate his “last night of freedom”. But the stag do went badly wrong and Ramsey ended up being viciously beaten by his mates – who then stuffed paper into his clothes and set him on fire like a “human barbecue”. Mandy had spent the evening having her nails and hair done ready for the wedding ceremony the next morning while her fiance was out enjoying himself. She told how the police called at her door in the early hours to say Ramsey was dead and four of his friends had been arrested. Tearful Mandy said: “When I heard their names my jaw dropped in disbelief – they were the friends he’d gone out with for his stag night. “Ramsey had invited them around for dinner in the past – I had welcomed them into our home and cooked a meal for them. “I still don’t know what happened that night and why they killed my husband-to-be.” Mandy added: “I felt as if I’d been kicked in the stomach. “I was asked to identify his body – when I got there I looked down at the man who I should have been saying my vows to. “I had to steady myself against the wall to stop from collapsing, I could barely recognize him, he had horrific injuries and burns. “I went home and took my wedding dress out of the wardrobe, I lay on the bed and looked at it as I had so many times before, but this time I was sobbing.” Construction worker Ramsey met mum-of-seven Mandy after moving to Newport, South Wales, five years ago. He proposed after taking Mandy to meet his family in his hometown in Lithuania. They set their wedding day for March 10, 2011. Mandy said: “My wedding dress is still hanging in my wardrobe – I wish Ramsey could have seen me wear it. “Every day I think about the torment he endured, I will never get over losing him.” Polish-born Pawel Lysonik, 22, and Kamil Semrau, 28, were jailed for life after being convicted of murder last month. Two other men, Lukas Kalkowski, 30, and Stanislaw Gliszczynski, 31, were found guilty of GBH with intent and sentenced to 17 years in prison. Cardiff Crown Court heard the four men refused to give any explanation for the attack on their pal. Judge Justice Roderick Evans told the killers: “This was a shockingly violent, cold-blooded murder and you caused your victim extreme suffering. “He was given a ferocious beating but his body was then so badly burned many of the injuries were unable to be seen by a pathologist. “You stuffed paper into his clothing and set him alight – even in his injured state he must have been in agony.” What an inhumane thing to do to someone. Man Murders Gentleman’s Club Manager According to CBS Chicago A Lake View man was charged with murder Thursday for allegedly fatally shooting a Far South Side gentleman’s club manager outside a sportscar after an early Sunday fender bender on the Near North Side. Angelo Bennett, 24, of the 4300 block of North Ashland Avenue, was charged with one count each of first-degree murder, aggravated battery / discharge of a firearm and attempted first-degree murder, police said. Bennett is accused of killing Charles Jones, the manager of a Far South Side gentleman’s club, and wounding a woman inside the sports car he was driving during an early Sunday shooting in the Goose Island area. The shooting started about 2:50 a.m., after a 2005 Buick LaCrosse sideswiped a Maserati in the 1000 block of North Branch Street on the Near North Side, police said. The driver of the Maserati, 42-year-old gentleman’s club manager Charles Jones, was shot dead, according to police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office. Jones was a manager of The Factory Chicago, a gentleman’s club in the 12000 block of South Doty Avenue, a police source said. The club posted on its Twitter account Sunday morning, “God called his soldier home … R.I.P. Charles Jones.” Jones had pulled over after the crash and got out of the sports car to talk to the driver of the Buick, police said. The driver of the Buick and a passenger then exited the car, walked over to another vehicle and came back to the Maserati, police said. One of them then opened fire on Jones and a 44-year-old woman inside the Maserati. Jones was shot in the head and a 44-year-old woman in the passenger’s seat was struck in the back or hip, authorities said. Jones was declared dead at 3:33 a.m. at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where the woman was taken in “stable” condition, authorities said. Jones was driving a car with Texas license plates, but apparently lived on the Near North Side, a police source said. However, the medical examiner’s office listed his home address as Miami, Fla. Bennett is scheduled to appear in bond court Friday, police said. Black men stay getting caught up in a n**** moment.
