He received a standing ovation after a concert in England. He walked around shirtless . He partied late into the night. So what made Justin Bieber Tweet that he suffered through the “worst birthday” ever yesterday after turning 19? Details are still coming in, but a witness tells E! News that Bieber hosted a circus-themed shindig at London’s Cirque du Soir last night. However, a couple hours into the bash, members of Bieber’s entourage got into some kind of confrontation with club security, prompting Justin and his friends to leave and the artist to head back to his hotel. As always, fans have rallied around their singer, with the hashtag “#BeliebersHatePaparazzi” going viral on Twitter and with supporters blaming these so-called reporters for for ruining the Justin’s big night. We’ll update this story as more news breaks, but at least Bieber was joined by his rumored new gal pal for the evening. Sources confirm Ella-Paige Roberts Clarke was at the party.
Britney Spears is out, Demi Lovato hopes to be in – and the singer also has a strong idea of who she wants to join her at The X Factor judging table. Lovato tells Extra that 2013 will be a busy year for her with music and touring, but if the show asked her to return for Season 3, “I’d say yes.” And with both Spears and L.A. Reid departing the struggling series, Demi also weighed in on her ideal panel mate: “I would love to see Lady Gaga. I don’t know if that is possible or not.” Gaga does have some free time on her hands at least, as the artist has been forced to cancel her tour due to hip surgery. Would you want to see Lady Gaga as a judge on The X Factor? Yes, I’d totally tune in! No, she’s too good for that show! The WHAT Factor?!? View Poll »
Forget the latest man Taylor Swift may or may not be dating. The Internet has been buzzing this week over the fellow singing superstar this artist may or may not be feuding with. Following an Us Weekly report last week that Swift and Carrie Underwood don’t exactly get along, the Season 4 American Idol winner appeared yesterday on CBS and shot down that rumor. There’s no beef here, Underwood told Gayle King . But sources have followed up with Us Weekly and claimed otherwise, labeling Sunday’s Grammy ceremony a “headache” because producers had to ensure Taylor was not sitting anywhere close to Carrie. Staffers were told to keep the beautiful stars “from crossing paths,” the tabloid writes, even though an Underwood insider scoffs at the feud allegations and simply claims Carrie us “shy.” Lending further fuel to the feud fire? After Carrie performed a rendition of ” Blown Away ,” Swift “didn’t stand,” an eyewitness says. “Everyone else did.”

Taylor Swift is single, but not yet ready to mingle on Valentine’s Day. Following her split from Harry Styles , the artist was asked this week by Ryan Seacrest just how she planned to celebrate February 14? The answer? It’s not very romantic. “I’m probably going to be with my friends or rehearsing,” Swift said, adding that the age of 23 has been fantastic so far, despite the break-up. “It’s just hands down been the best year. It’s been amazing it’s been exciting. I got to make a record that’s different than anything I’ve ever done before.” “The fact I was able to branch out and everybody is embracing it. It feels like the best year I’ve had so far, it’s been wonderful.” The next single off that album will be titled “22” and it was written with friends such as Selena Gomez and Emma Stone in mind, Taylor says. “That was kind of the marker of me being 22 is having all these friends. There are a lot of question marks in your life like where you’re going, who you’re going to meet, but the one thing you have is you have each other.” Whatever happens on February 14, Taylor, we recommend making some Valentine’s Day brownies . No way those are going to let you down.
Will they? Won’t they? Should they?!? As rumors of a Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez reconciliation continue to make their way around the Web, one important person has spoken out and made her feelings very well known: Pattie Mallette wants these kids together. “Justin’s mom has always been very close to Selena, and she’s impressed by what a good influence she’s been on her son,” an insider tells Radar. “ Pattie’s been pushing hard for Justin to get back with Selena.” It certainly is true that Justin’s name has been in the news for all the wrong reasons since his split with Gomez in late December. New Justin Bieber pot photos may soon surface and the artist’s friendships with Lil Za and Lil Twist continue to cause concerns. Says this source: “Pattie believes that if Selena would just get back together again with Justin she could soon get him back on the straight and narrow.” But Gomez herself is reportedly hesitant to do so as long as Bieber keeps such shady friends. What do you think? Should Justin and Selena reunite? Yes, they are meant to be! No, he doesn’t deserve her! No, she doesn’t deserve him! View Poll »
Justin Timberlake performed live for the first time in five years Saturday night, debuting two new tracks at the DirecTV Super Bowl concert in New Orleans. And referring to Britney Spears as a bitch in the process? That’s certainly what it seemed like when Timberlake introduced his 2002 breakup anthem, “Cry Me a River,” by telling attendees: “Sometimes in life, you think you found the one, but then one day you find out that she is just some bitch.” Rather self-explanatory, no? Considering JT has admitted in the past that the track was penned with Britney in mind? Not according to the artist himself, who Tweeted in response to the supposed name-calling: “Wouldn’t disrespect ANYONE personally. Ever. #Relax #ItsBritneyBitch I do love that saying though*with accent* #Respect.” Ummm… okay. So we can all agree JT just called Britney a bitch , right?
