In the glimpse below, we see Taylor and her friends partying it up (including an attendee dressed like a squirrel?), with Swift’s pals in the background singing along to the catchy chorus while they throw glitter in the air. The legal battle between Usher and his ex-wife is far from over. The singer won primary custody of the two children he shares with Tameka Foster last week, but sources tell TMZ the latter plans to file an appeal because she smells corruption, pointing to a fundraiser thrown in 2008 by Usher’s attorney’s law firm for the judge that presided over this case. It raised $1,278. Foster simply doesn’t understand how the judge could have ruled in Usher favor , considering how frequently he is on the road. She’s already interviewing attorneys for her planned appeal in fact. The custody battle has grown exceedingly ugly as time has gone on. Most recently, Foster accused her ex of using her stepson’s death – 11-year Kile Glover died this summer following a jetski accident – to delay proceedings in his favor. What in the world is going on with Randy Travis? Over the past two weeks, the country singer has been arrested on suspicion of naked DUI and also been hospitalized following a late-night fight in a church parking lot. And now a mystery has sprung up regarding the artist’s pickup truck. The vehicle was discovered by police on Saturday in a Texas field near Lebanon Road and Legacy Drive. According to WFAA, which has posted a photo of the truck , it was found totaled, on its side and all smashed up. Law enforcement officials have yet to speak to Travis, but his attorney claims his client was not responsible for the scene. He says the singer hasn’t even been inside that car for months. Franck Khalfoun’s Thriller Maniac Heading to Theaters Elijah Woods stars in the remake of William Lustig’s 1980 film of the same title. A major one. As first reported by People , Taylor has purchased a $4.9 million mansion in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts, right across the street from Conor’s grandmother, Ethel Kennedy. It has seven bedrooms, five bedrooms and its view looks like this: The residence is located on right on a private beach and comes with a guesthouse and a private road with seasonal security. According to TMZ, CopCorp Licensing has secured the rights to sell Fifty Shades t-shirts and hoodies, ladies’ pantyhose, underwear, and pajamas. Hopefully they’ll be stain-resistant, if you know what we mean. If you don’t know what we mean, you probably shouldn’t be reading this anyway. In any case, James’ trilogy is a VERY valuable brand. With more than 40 million copies sold worldwide, it’s one of the biggest books in years, and the Fifty Shades of Grey movie is already hotly anticipated. Production is still a long way off, but debate over casting – most recently whether or not Matt Bomer should star because he’s gay – is off the hook.
