His azz is lucky. Pacman Found Not Guilty Of Assaulting Woman Pacman beat the case… now if he can just stay out of trouble. According to TMZ Adam “Pacman” Jones was found not guilty today of punching a woman at an Ohio nightclub … and surveillance video of the whole confrontation may be what saved his frequently arrested a$$. A judge ruled in Jones’ favor in the misdemeanor assault case stemming from the June 5 incident … where he appeared to punch, or at least slap, the alleged victim as she stood in an outdoor area of the club. But the attorney for the Cincinnati Bengals cornerback argued Jones was only acting in self-defense because the woman had hit him with a beer bottle. The surveillance video clearly shows her making the first move — and although prosecutors claimed Jones started everything by calling the woman and her friends “fat and ugly” … that wasn’t enough to convict. Translation — the judge told the woman to follow 3rd grade rules: Sticks and stones … Morally, he shouldn’t have punched the woman in the face. According to MTV News Mack Maine has been released from an Oklahoma County detention center after turning himself in for assault charges. Last week TMZ reported that the YMCMB president was facing felony charges after assaulting a female fan and her friend on a tour bus in Oklahoma on August 22. A representative for the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office told MTV News that on Friday (September 20) the 31-year-old, born Jermaine Preyan, turned himself in to to the Sheriff’s Office Detention Center, completed a “walkthrough” and was released. He has officially been charged with one count of aggravated assault and battery and one count of sexual battery for the events that took place in August. Do you think Mack can beat the case?

Gucci Mane Denied Community Service According to All Hip Hop A judge denied Gucci Mane a court house request to have community service in the case of an assault where the Atlanta rapper allegedly struck a man in the head with a bottle. Gucci was arrested earlier this year for allegedly striking a fan in the head with a bottle in the V.I.P. section of an Atlanta club. A Fulton County judge denied the rapper the request. At press time, a trial date was not set in the assault case, but Atlanta Fox 5 is reporting that they expect a trial before year’s end. The story goes like this, this 74 year old women was asked to leave, she didn’t get up as fast as the cop wanted to her, so they arrested her, because like 74 year old women, she was a total threat to these Texas cops…I mean she could bake him cookies that make him fatter and knit him a sweater all his friends laugh at…I mean she’s 74 fucking years old asshole. Here’s the cop’s statement: She attempted to resist by grabbing the chair, not standing, and pulling back from me. We broke her hold of the chair and got her up and as I escorted her up the gallery steps Trooper Hall released her. I was escorting her by the arm up the steps by myself and she continued to try and pull away from me. At the top of the stairs, she spun and slapped my face with her open hand and told me to let her go. The intentional slap to the face by Northington was offensive and I was currently wearing a State Trooper uniform…At this point i spun her around and proceeded to handcuff her for the assault. While trying to handcuff her she continued to resist by pulling her arms and attempted to twist away from me…Ms. Northington was transported to Travis County SO without further incident.. Ridiculous….

Maurice Jones-Drew Not Charged With Battery According to TMZ The St. Augustine PD is doing some hardcore backpedaling … admitting they ACCIDENTALLY told the media Maurice Jones-Drew was charged with battery, when in fact, he hasn’t been charged with anything … yet. Earlier today, the S.A.P.D. issued a statement to the media … which stated very clearly, “The [S.A.P.D.] has filed charges of misdemeanor battery against Jacksonville Jaguars player Maurice Jones-Drew that stemmed from an altercation at the Conch House ‘Reggae Sundays.’” Now, a rep for the S.A.P.D. tells TMZ … they screwed up and “misrepresented” the situation. According to cops … no charges have been filed against Jones-Drew, however, he IS being investigated for allegedly punching a security guard in the face … and is a “person of interest.” Cops say Jones-Drew and his attorney are being cooperative with the investigation. LeSean McCoy Sued For Assault According to TMZ NFL superstar has been sued by a woman who claims the running back humiliated her on a party bus — sprayed her with a beverage — and then booted her from the ride on the side of the Jersey Turnpike. According to the lawsuit filed by a woman using the alias “Mary Roe” … the Philadelphia Eagles RB had invited 15 women to join him on a party bus that went from Philly to a NYC nightclub on December 18, 2012. During the trip, the lawsuit alleges, McCoy, along with his bodyguard and a couple of other guys, began to spray some of the women with water. Roe claims she protested the water spraying … so McCoy ordered his bodyguard Big John to “get her.” In the suit, filed May 10 in Philadelphia, the woman claims McCoy and/or Big John proceeded to hit her in the face, causing her to fall to the ground. While she was on the floor, the men allegedly physically restrained her and poured a beverage onto her hair, clothes and body. And if things couldn’t get worse … the woman claims McCoy and Big John then forcibly ejected her from the party bus on the side of the New Jersey Turnpike. But some of the women allegedly complained to McCoy about Roe getting the boot — so she was snatched back up from the side of the road and placed back on the bus. The woman claims she was taken to a nearby rest stop — where the football player once again ditched her — and continued on with his party trip. Roe is now suing for more than $50,000 in damages for assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment and negligence. Roe says she suffered head trauma, a disc protrusion on her spine, bad sprains, contusions and bruises all over her body, and severe shock. New Jersey State Police Sergeant Brian Polite tells us … officers did meet with a woman at a rest stop near the Jersey Turnpike on December 19, who claimed she had an altercation with a male on a party bus. Sgt. Polite tells us … during the initial meeting with the accuser, she never named McCoy as her attacker. LeSean McCoy is adamant … he NEVER assaulted a woman on a party bus back in December — and claims his accuser is just trying to shake him down for some cash. TMZ spoke with McCoy’s lawyer, Andrew M. Smith, who tells us, “The allegations against LeSean McCoy are completely, unequivocally false.” Smith continues, “There are no criminal charges pending [against McCoy] and no probable cause was ever found.” McCoy’s lawyer says, “This is sadly an attempt to extract money and LeSean will vigorously defend any attempt to collect money through a personal injury claim.” How do you wait until like five months later to sue for assault?
