Source: Chicago Tribune / Getty Justin Crawford , a former West Virginia running back who briefly played for the Atlanta Falcons before being cut in the preseason, was arrested for having sex with a 12-year-old girl. He was charged with aggravated child molestation, sodomy and enticing a child for indecent purposes, the Ledger-Enquirer reports . Crawford was reportedly caught by his wife Chakeya Crawford, who walked in on him, exposed, standing over a 12-year-old family member in the living room. Crawford allegedly ran into the kitchen when caught denied any wrongdoing when he was questioned about the incident. “I did not see anyone having sex, or I would have called police right away,” Chakeya told the Ledger-Enquirer. However, it didn’t sit well with Chekeya, who then took the girl to her mother and had her explain what happened. The soon-to-be teen allegedly revealed Crawford woke her out her sleep and asked her to perform oral sex on him followed by intercourse. The girl was given a medical exam and a “sex assault kit” was compiled. Crawford later admitted to having sex with the girl and claimed it was her idea, Detective Mark Scruggs testified at a preliminary hearing. The former football star is being held without bond in the Muscogee County Jail. Prince Williams/ATLPics.Net Ryan Cameron Returns To Radio At Majic 107.5/97.5 After a brief hiatus, Ryan Cameron is back! The Atlanta media icon with decades under his belt will return to radio November 5, this time at Urban One’s Majic 107.5/97.5 ! According to The AJC , he’ll replace “SiMan” Alexander and Chubb Rock’s afternoon show airing from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Majic fans shouldn’t fret however, SiMan and Chubb will move to 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Cameron left radio in January to join Rakanter, a branding firm, and management consulting firm, The Threaded Agency. He’s still at Rakanter and The Threaded agency and also hard at work as the live game announcer for the Atlanta Falcons and the Hawks. Cameron told The AJC that in addition to his radio, sports, and firm positions, he wants to create content and strategy for Urban One. One aspect could be digital content in the form of narrated or animated sketch comedy bits. We’re excited to hear that Ryan Cameron’s back not only on the air but as part of the Urban One family! Vibe reports that Tip will be curating a pop-up museum in West Atlanta that will also celebrate the 15th anniversary of his sophomore, breakthrough album, Trap Muzik . Reportedly, the installation is being put together with former Hip-Hop Wired editor and veteran Hip-Hop journalist Maurice Garland as well as artist DL Warfield, among others. Besides artwork dedicated to seminal trap music acts like Gucci Mane and Jeezy, there will be an “Escape The Trap” room where participants will get clues and codes that will allow them to get out of the installation.
