Justin Theroux: Is He Already Dating Someone New?!

It’s only been a month since Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux announced that they’ve separated after two and a half years of marriage. But not surprisingly, rumors about both actors moving on with new partners are already circulating non-stop. Reports about Aniston getting back together with Brad Pitt have proven particularly popular. No great surprise there, as certain fans have had their fingers crossed for that reconciliation since Pitt and Aniston parted ways back in 2005. There’s no real indication that Brad and Jen will ever get back together, but you can be sure the internet will continue beating that drum for all it’s worth. But what about Justin? After all, it was Theroux who initiated the split , which has led many to wonder if he left Aniston for someone else. As far as anyone knows, he did not. But new reports indicate that Justin may have already moved on with a much younger woman. Sources say Theroux has been spending a lot of time with Petra Collins, a 25-year-old model whom he recently met in New York. Insiders are split with regard to whether or not Justin and Petra are actually dating. Some say it’s obvious that there’s something going on between the two. Others say Justin is still far too devastated over the dissolution of his marriage to even think about dating. “Justin is still heartbroken,” a source close to Theroux tells E! News. The insider concedes, however, that Petra is very much Justin’s type: “She is artsy and edgy and loves the New York nightlife,” he says. The tipster claims that as much as Justin loved Jen, he realized early in the marriage that their lifestyles made them incompatible as a couple: “He felt confined by their relationship,” says the source. “He wasn’t interested with Jen’s everyday scheduled life of yoga classes, eating healthy,” the source continues. “Justin is a free spirit and loves his time alone. Justin had a need for independence.” Well, we suppose he’ll have all the independence he wants going forward. Hopefully, Justin will just enjoy the single life for a while before jumping into anything serious. View Slideshow: Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux Split, and Twitter Has Some Feelings

Stormy Daniels: Give Me Money so I Can Tell All About Trump!

On Thursday, following reports that they were drifting apart, Donald Trump Jr. and Vanessa Trump filed for divorce . But theirs isn’t the only Trump marriage that may teeter on the precipice. Donald Trump allegedly had an affair with porn star Stormy Daniels while married to Melania. In addition to the personal embarrassment, the steps he allegedly took to cover it up may have violated campaign finance law. Now, Stormy is trying to tell her story — and she’s trying to raise money from the American public to do it. Stormy Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, may be a successful porn director who’s made paid appearances and done endorsement deals. She’s suing Trump because she wants to be able to tell her story to the American public without incurring a $1 million penalty. Lawsuits are expensive, even when you’re successful — and even when you were paid $130,000 in hush money to sign an NDA. Stormy offered to refund the money , but Trump and his attorneys did not accept it by the deadline, which means that Stormy will have to sue. There are multiple reasons for which the NDA might be void, including the attorney speaking of it and Trump having never signed it. But to prove that case in court, Stormy is going to need money to pay attorney fees. Her mission statement, posted where she’s raising funds, is simple: “I am attempting to speak honestly and openly to the American people about my relationship with now President Donald Trump and the intimidation and tactics used against me.” So far, Stormy Daniels’ crowdjustice page has raised over $150,000 in just a few days. She has 27 days remaining.  People are often leery of crowdfunding drives, but Stormy wants to clear the air. “There is a lot of misinformation out there regarding the funds being raised on this site.” She’s not asking people to give her money for personal use. “First, I want to be clear as to what this money is NOT being raised for. This money is not going to me personally. Ever.” It’s going directly into a legal fund. “It is only being used to cover the legal expenses and potential damages I describe on the home page. If the money is not needed, it will be used pursuant to the crowdjustice guidelines on unused funds as with all other cases on their site.” So no, this is not some moneygrab, folks. “In other words, I am not going to pocket any money. The money is being controlled at all times by my attorneys in a trust account.” Stormy has another thing that she wants to clear up. Understandably, some folks may be hesitant about leaving the name of a world-famous porn star on their bills. She says that this will not happen. “Second, if you donate, your donation merely appears as a donation to ‘Crowd Justice’ on your bank or credit card statement.” The stigma associated with sex workers can even extend to the people who pay them. That’s sad, but won’t impact people donating to help her pay attorney fees. “There is no reference to Stormy Daniels or Stephanie Clifford.” And, of course, she offers her thanks. “Thank you for continuing to support me.” Unfortunately, Stormy has more than just an expensive legal battle on her hands. CNN reports that her attorney, Michael Avenatti, says that Stormy Daniels was physically threatened to keep quiet about her Trump affair. Avenatti cannot disclose details at present, so he cannot say whether the person who threatened her was someone closely affiliated with Trump. He does, however, hope that Stormy will be able to tell the whole story to everyone in the near future. “She’s going to be able to provide very specific details about what happened here.” Stormy Daniels’ 60 Minutes interview is scheduled to air later in March. Perhaps she will be able to say something more, though the full details of her Trump affair would still be suppressed by the NDA. Ultimately, Stormy Daniels hopes to be able to directly  discuss the Trump affair on talk shows. Not only will it be good to clear the air (and boost her brand), but guests get paid for their appearances. In the mean time, however, she can’t disregard the binding NDA simply because it’s probably void. She has to prove that in court. Raising money from the American people is smart. Trump seems to be the least popular President in history, and a lot of people are happy to see him publicly embarrassed. Will this story be his downfall? Probably not, since none of his much more serious words and actions seem to have left him vulnerable so far. But plenty of Americans are willing to be satisfied with his public humiliation — and they’re willing to pay to see it. View Slideshow: Donald Trump Impeachment Party: Who’s Attending?

(Photo by Greg Doherty/Getty Images) Andrea Buera Said No One Helped Her While Singer Allegedly Assaulted Her At A Party The woman who claims singer Trey Songz choked and pummeled her at a private party last month has come forward to share her shocking story. A tearful Andrea Buera said she decided to come forward not only to stand up for herself, but to be an example for her seven-year-old daughter. Buera said the alleged assault happened at an after party Feb. 18 during NBA All Star weekend. “I was attending an after party when Trey began yelling at me, choking me, punching me and ultimately knocking me to the ground,” Buera, accompanied by her lawyer Lisa Bloom, said at a press conference in Los Angeles Tuesday. Buera said that none of the other partygoers tried to intervene, and that Trey’s punches didn’t stop until his security guard pulled the “Bottoms Up” singer off of her. “People stood and watched as some strayed away,” the woman said. When she took out a second phone, she said he didn’t the same thing. “I was crying, terrified, in shock and I just wanted to go home,” she said. Buera went to the police following the incident, and successfully obtained a domestic violence restraining order against the singer. Bloom, her lawyer, has asked witnesses to come forward. Trey has denied jumping Buera. The woman said the alleged battering left her with a concussion and bruising, but her emotional scars have been even worse. She said she’s been struggling to cope since the alleged beat down occurred. “I had to go to the hospital because he hit me so hard that I had a concussion and was throwing up from the migraines,” Buera recalled. “I wake up in the middle of the night having flashbacks as it constantly replays in my head.” Hit the flip for more pics of Buera’s alleged injuries:

#UlyssesWilkerson Family Of Beaten Teen Being Represented By Trayvon Martin Family Attorney Ben Crump

Earl Gibson III/Getty Images Ulysses Wilkerson Family Filing Civil Suit The family of an Alabama teen that was hospitalized after being beaten by police is filing a civil suit with help from a famed attorney. As previously reported the four police officers who were investigated for using “physical force to subdue” Ulysses Wilkerson on December 23 will not face criminal charges. What they still can face however is a civil suit and attorney Benjamin Crump famous for representing Trayvon Martin’s family, is joining in the fight. The Dothan Eagle reports that Attorney Crump, as well as Attorney Dustin Fowler and Attorney Steve Etheredge, are representing Wilkerson and a civil suit is on the way. “All I can say at this time is that we will proceed with litigation and we are moving forward with the civil suit,” said Dothan attorney Dustin Fowler, part of a legal team retained by the family of Ulysses KeAndre Wilkerson. We hope that the civil suit will prove to fair better for the family than the criminal investigation. There’s no way police should be allowed to do THIS to a teenager and not face some sort of repercussions.

RHOBH’s Brandi Glanville Says She’s Pretty Sure Omarosa Smashed President Obama

Even though Omarosa told her flat out on Celebrity Big Brother that she absolutely did not give Trump any assistant azz while she was in the White House, or any other time for that matter, Glanville can’t seem to wrap her head around Trump voluntarily spending so much time with Omarosa if there’s no smashing involved. When E!’s Daily Pop hosts asked if she thought Omarosa was being truthful about not giving it up to Donny, Brandi revealed: “Nope! I don’t think so. Like how would they have that relationship for so long and he just keeps bringing her back…I don’t know.” Welp, she’s not judge and jury by a longshot. But what do YOU think is the truth? Getty/E!

Dirty Dog Diaries: Married University Of San Diego Coach Popped For Putting Paws On His Side Chick

(Photo by Ethan Miller/Getty Images) Coach Lamont Smith Resigns After Alleged Domestic Incident With Side Chick The University of San Diego men’s basketball coach Lamont Smith resigned last night , just 10 days after he was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence. The married father-of-two stepped away from his position after he was accused of assaulting his “lover” at a team hotel in Oakland on February 25, according to Daily Mai l. The woman was seen at a hospital for “non-life threatening” injuries and Smith was freed from jail after posting $115,000 bail. Yikes. Smith’s decision to leave came days after the university said on Tuesday that the 42 year-old would remained on administrative leave pending an internal probe. Sounds like the cheater was afraid to face his wife and then face his colleagues all at once…. Although the dirty dog was arrested and let his job go, the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office said Smith would not face charges ‘at this time’ in connection to the incident.

#CharleenaLyles Cop Who Killed Pregnant Mom Gets Two Day Suspension For Not Having Taser During Shooting

David Ryder/Getty Images TWO….DAYS… Officer Suspended For Two Days For Not Having Taser During Charleena Lyles Shooting The officer who fatally shot Charleena Lyles has been suspended for just two days for his actions in the fatal shooting. As previously reported Officer Jason Anderson who fatally shot Charleena Lyles in front of her children , did NOT have a Taser on hand because it “took up too much real estate” on his utility belt. Anderson told authorities he left his Taser in his locker the day he killed the pregnant mom of four who had a history of mental illness and approached him and another officer with a knife. Now according to The Seattle Times, Anderson is seeing repercussions, not for killing Lyles, but for only having his gun on hand. The officer was suspended for just two-days after Interim Police Chief Carmen Best determined that he violated department policy. “Your complacency in this regard is unacceptable and added an otherwise unnecessary element to an incident already of significant public concern,” Best wrote in her first high-profile disciplinary action since becoming interim chief after former Chief Kathleen O’Toole stepped down at the end of last year. “The impact of your disregard for this policy on public trust should not be underestimated,” added Best, who is seeking the job as permanent chief for which the city has launched a nationwide search. SMH, just two days?! The King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is still trying to determine if Anderson and the other officer should face criminal charges. Continue reading

Facebook Selfie with Victim and Murder Weapon Leads to Arrest

We’re not usually in the advice of giving advice to murderers, but if you’re going to kill someone, you might not want to pose in a selfie with your victim. And you definitely don’t want for that selfie to also feature the murder weapon. One such selfie was part of what led to Cheyenne Antoine’s arrest, conviction, and sentencing for the murder of her friend. Can you spot the murder weapon? Cheyenne Antoine (left) posted this selfie with Brittney Gargol (right), a photo posted to Facebook on March 15, 2015. Just hours before Brittney’s life was snuffed out forever. In the photo, Cheyenne can be seen wearing a belt. It is the same belt that police believe that Cheyenne, now 21 years old, employed to murder her 18-year-old friend. In March of 2015, Brittney Gargol’s body was found by the side of the road near a landfill in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. The belt was discovered near her body. According to the Saskatoon Star Phoenix , Cheyenne employed multiple attempts to mislead investigators, including lengthy Facebook posts about being worried about her friend’s whereabouts. Cheyenne originally claimed that she and her friend Brittney parted ways during the night, with Brittney leaving with an unidentified man. Meanwhile, Cheyenne said that she herself had gone to see a friend and then gone to visit her uncle. In reality, investigators came to believe that Cheyenne, under the influence of alcohol, murdered her friend — strangling her with her belt. To be fair, the murder and the Facebook selfie weren’t Cheyenne’s only mistakes. Police were tipped off by a friend who said that Cheyenne had drunkenly confessed to the killing. Apparently Cheyenne and Brittney had gotten into an argument, and a drunk Cheyenne had ended up taking her friend’s life. Between that and photographic evidence linking Cheyenne, Brittney, and the belt, police were able to identify the killer. Cheyenne Antoine pleaded guilty and has now been sentenced to 7 years in prison. In addition to expressing remorse, Cheyenne appears to be haunted by her inability to explain what happened to Brittney Gargol’s family. Lisa Watson (picture speaking to reporters) says of Cheyenne: “She knows the family would like an explanation, a reason, but unfortunately she cannot provide that.” The crime was thoroughly senseless, even to the killer. Watson also mentions that Cheyenne was clearly dealing with personal issues, as well as substance abuse issues, which contributed to the homicide. That much is clear, though we haven’t read anything that would qualify as an excuse for the murder. Brittney Gargol surely deserved to live.

#TimesUp: Marvel Creator Stan Lee Accused Of Sexually Harassing His In-Home Nurses

Erika Goldring/Getty Images Call Captain… Stan Lee Accused Of Sexual Harassment A superhero creator is being accused of being a super creep. At the tender age of 95, Marvel’s Stan Lee is facing allegations that he acted inappropriately with his in-home nurses. The Daily Mail is reporting that Lee allegedly harassed and assaulted his home nurses to the point that the provider, Concierge Nursing Care, stopped working with him. A source told The Mail that Lee’s allegedly groped his nurses and asked for sex in the shower in part because he’s “old” and has “lost his way.” “He doesn’t seem to care what people think of him, he’s lost his filter. There has been a stream of young nurses coming to his house in West Hollywood and he has been sexually harassing them. He finds it funny. He walks around naked and is vulgar towards the women, he asks them for oral sex in the shower and wants to be pleasured in his bedroom. He uses the word p***y and f**k in their presence. He’s also very handsy and has groped some of the women, it’s unacceptable behavior, especially from an icon like Stan.” Lee has since responded via his attorney Tom Lallas to BuzzFeed News who told them that the “false and defamatory” allegations are part of a “shake-down” scheme. “Mr. Lee categorically denies these false and despicable allegations and he fully intends to fight to protect his stellar good name and impeccable character,” Lallas said in his statement. “We are not aware of anyone filing a civil action, or reporting these issues to the police, which for any genuine claim would be the more appropriate way for it to be handled. Instead, Mr. Lee has received demands to pay money and threats that if he does not do so, the accuser will go to the media. Mr. Lee will not be extorted or blackmailed, and will pay no money to anyone because he has done absolutely nothing wrong.” Concierge Nursing Care is denying the extortion allegations and people are divided over whether or not the allegations will keep them from supporting Marvel. 5 Issues For Sens. Harris and Booker To Raise On The Senate Judiciary Committee

Go here to see the original:

D emocratic Senators Kamala Harris of California and New Jersey’s Cory Booker were appointed to the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday, the The Hill reported. As the first African-American member of the committee since the 1990s, there are a few pressing issues for them to address. SEE ALSO: Illinois Lawsuit Underscores 5 Ways Trump Is Reversing Obama-Era Justice System Reforms Booker vowed to serve as a “check and balance” on President Donald Trump and Attorney General Jeff Sessions . “The Trump administration has repeatedly demonstrated its hostility to the ideals of civil rights and equal justice for all,” he added. Senate Judiciary Committee — Out: Franken, In: Booker, Harris https://t.co/Dz5uCtnaVG — Axios (@axios) January 9, 2018 Among its several tasks, the Judiciary Committee provides oversight of the Department of Justice and the agencies that report to the department, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The members also consider the president’s judicial nominees. Harris is now the second African-American woman to sit on the committee after former Sen. Carol Moseley Braun , a Democrat from Illinois. Booker is the first Black man to serve on the powerful panel. Here are a few issues that Booker and Harris could give voice to on the committee: 1. Oppose Thomas Farr’s judicial nomination Trump nominated Thomas Farr for a lifetime seat on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. His nomination has drawn widespread criticism . He has a long history of defending laws that weaken voting rights for African Americans and was part of a scheme by North Carolina’s former GOP Sen. Jesse Helms to intimidate Black voters. Looking forward to hearing Thomas Farr’s answers when @SenKamalaHarris & @CoryBooker hold him accountable for suppressing voters. #StopFarr pic.twitter.com/f9wDbCB1y5 — Let America Vote (@letamericavote) January 9, 2018   2. Restore federal oversight of police reform Under President  Barack Obama , the Department of Justice investigated police departments and used its leverage to reach agreements to reform departments that had patterns of racially biased policing. Sessions has directed his department in a  memo  to review those agreements to ensure they align with Trump’s law-and-order policy. Ferguson is undermining Jeff Sessions' argument against DOJ-led police reform https://t.co/2ZRlnzcF8N pic.twitter.com/ZKkDSykEIE — HuffPost BlackVoices (@blackvoices) October 30, 2017   3. End excessive court fines on poor people Sessions revoked 25 Justice Department guidance documents on a range of federal laws. One of them was from President Obama’s DOJ that called on courts to stop trapping poor people in cycles of fines, debt and jail. https://t.co/HPLCStepfC attorney Jeff sessions his rescinded a obama-era law that prevented cities from going after blacks and other poor people over excessive court fines. — The Observation Man (@William53604792) December 26, 2017   4. Block voter suppression efforts Republican controlled states continue to employ a myriad of schemes to suppress voter turnout among racial minorities, poor people and other groups that tend to support Democrats. Those efforts include cutbacks on early voting, ID requirements and banning ex-felon from casting a ballot. On Tuesday, new concerns were raised after a federal judge lifted a decades-old ban on the Republican National Committee from engaging in voter intimidation. In 1981 RNC used off-duty police officers with badges & weapons to monitor polls in black & Latino areas of NJ. Court order blocking these voter suppression efforts just expired. This is very bad news for voting rights https://t.co/LGYJv7sj9Y — Ari Berman (@AriBerman) January 9, 2018   5. Oppose efforts to renew the War on Drugs Sessions has signaled a return to the racially biased “war on drugs” policy that led to mass incarceration that will include stepping up drug and gun prosecutions, as well as enforcing mandatory minimum sentences. He revoked Obama-era policies on marijuana Thursday that is widely viewed as a major step in that direction. The war on drugs didn’t stop drug usage; it just ruined a lot of lives. Jeff Sessions is reviving it because he believes in using the criminal justice system as an instrument of racial and economic control of poor people and brown people. https://t.co/XRd8OldE2N — Rep.
