With Chaz Bono in last place for the second consecutive week on Dancing With the Stars, and by a large margin no less, we thought his run on the show was over. We thought wrong. Chaz and Lacey Schwimmer ended up with the lowest score of the week Monday – 18 points – well behind the next lowest stars, Carson Kressley and Nancy Grace. When the audience’s votes were factored in along with the scores, the show’s first transgendered contestant was spared. But what about those other two? Carson Kressley was in fact in the bottom three, but he was there along with the beautiful-but-boring Kristin Cavallari and Hope Solo, not Nancy Grace . That’s DWTS for you. Week after week, it’s anyone’s game. So who got the axe among these three competitors when the week’s results were unveiled? Follow the jump to find out … Kristin Cavallari , despite a solid score of 24 that tied for third place Monday, couldn’t muster the votes to stay. Is America just not a fan of her or The Hills? “This is truly crazy,” head judge Len Goodman said of the Dancing With the Stars results, which prompted some booing in the audience. “It’s just madness.” “I’m a little surprised to be honest but I’ve had such a great time and it’s been an awesome experience,” said Kristin, who was cheered on by Jay Cutler . “I was really proud of Kristin,” her partner Mark Ballas said. “She had great potential and she absolutely killed it last night. I’m honored to be her partner.” Do you agree with Kristin’s elimination? It is, after all, America’s call. The scores do carry weight, but only partially. She didn’t close the deal with voters. File this under Nipple Slips You Never Thought You’d Encounter: Nancy Grace had a bit of a wardrobe malfunction on Dancing With the Stars Monday night. The 51-year-old HLN host fell out of her costume, causing ABC to pan quickly to a static shot of the audience. Thank goodness for tape delay, right? “On the European version that would be perfectly fine,” Tom Bergeron joked. Nancy Grace on Dancing With the Stars (Week 2) After the 51-year-old readjusted herself and buried her face in partner Tristan MacManus’ shoulder, the pair finished their quickstep with a solid 21 points. The judges were able to see past the partial nudity, which was nice to see. Even the most cantankerous judge appreciated Grace’s performance. “How refreshing,” Len Goodman said. “That was a proper quickstep. Well done!” Nancy’s total was among the top Dancing With the Stars scores from last night. Chaz Bono stands alone in last place, with Ricki Lake alone in first.

It’s been established that Taylor Lautner can shuck a mean shirt, but can he hold together an action movie in its lead role? Over the approving shrieks of the Twilight fans in the audience, I’m going to gently suggest that at the moment, the answer is no. As Nathan, the teenage hero of Abduction , Lautner shows he’s handy with stunts, many of which he clearly and impressively performs himself, and good with a fight scene. But when it comes to exchanges of dialogue, displays of emotion or just standing around, he’s stiff and manifestly uncomfortable — this may be the first film I’ve even seen where when an actor goes to put his hand thoughtfully on his chin, it’s so awkward I became afraid he’d somehow miss and poke himself in the eye.

Talk about mixed emotions. Minutes before triumphing on the Bachelor Pad season finale , Michael Stagliano learned ON TV that his ex-fiancee, Holly Durst, was now engaged to someone else. Yup, despite partnering with Michael on the show, Holly was involved with Blake Julian , who she dated (and apparently got engaged to) after filming ended. That was news to Michael, who found out on the taping of the season finale. Fortunately, he and Holly won the votes of their peers and $125,000 a piece. Not the worst silver lining in the world. Nevertheless … “I was caught off guard, humiliated,” Michael told People , placing the blame on ABC, adding: “I know neither Holly nor Blake wanted it to go down like that.” Holly added: “I was really upset. Last night, I called to tell him, but they’d already taken his phone. I wasn’t allowed to speak to him prior to going on stage.” “As soon as I sat down, I whispered that I needed to talk, but bomb was dropped immediately. He was blindsided. That was the lowest thing they could do.” Despite the hard feelings, Mike managed to keep it classy, both on Bachelor Pad and in its aftermath. Asked if he’s happy for Holly and Blake, he said. “We were engaged and therefore I will always care about and love her so it makes me happy when she is happy. I wish we could have been happy together but I know we’re always going to care about and love each other.” “I have no reason to be mad at Holly or Blake. You can’t help who you fall for. And now I have some money to go on a few first dates.” “If we had walked out hating each other, we wouldn’t have gotten as many votes,” Holly said. “He’s the best guy and I can’t wait for him to find the right girl.”

The Dude from Glee’s Ass in a Dress of the Day
Occasionally, a movie is more interesting for where it doesn’t go than for where it does. Oren Moverman’s Rampart , starring Woody Harrelson as a disgraced (and obviously dirty) LAPD cop, is one of those pictures. It’s more of a character study than a conventionally shaped drama — I was taken aback when the end credits started rolling, momentarily left with that “Is that all there is?” feeling. But the more I thought about it, the more it seemed that the movie ended in just the right place, taking us as far as we can go with this loose-cannon cop before he’s left to face his own isolation. Once we, the audience, part ways with him, he’s truly on his own.

Cher is not saying which day she’ll show, or if she will sing on one of the results show, but has made it clear she will be in the audience “at least once.” Insiders say Cher’s motive is not to drive votes for her son but simply to show support and make a statement against what she considers to be bigotry. Last week, the proud mom took to Twitter to hit back at those who say Chaz – her only child with Sonny Bono – coming on the show is somehow wrong. While there have been some harsh critics, Bono has the vocal support of partner Lacey Schwimmer, as well as co-stars Elisabetta Canalis and Kristin Cavallari .
