After the public learned that matriarch June Shannon was dating Mark McDaniel – the man who was convicted of molesting her eldest daughter – the network decided to distance itself from June and her formerly lovable family. TMZ is reporting that June is currently in Los Angeles and meeting with producers in hopes of launching a Honey Boo Boo spinoff series. You would think Shannon would jump at the chance to return to television, but apparently, she’s balking at the ideas that have been offered to her so far. The problem? All the producers she’s met with have insisted that her new show use the McDaniel scandal as a jumping off point and focus on the family’s attempts to rebuild its reputation. Amazingly, Mama June ain’t having it and wants the spinoff to pick up where the first show left off, with no mention of the scandal. Given the jaw-dropping lies June told while she was attempting to clear her name, it’s not surprising that she thinks she can pull one over on millions of viewers and pretend like nothing happened. Valerie Fairman: 16 and Pregnant Star Arrested for Prostitution

Most of the ladies who star in MTV reality shows about getting knocked up while still in high school have gone on to become revered pillars of their communities, but not everyone can be a fine upstanding citizen like Jenelle Evans, ya know? That brings us to the sad case of 16 and Pregnant star Valerie Fairman. TMZ is reporting that Fairman was arrested for prostitution today after cops in New Castle, Delaware caught her in a sting operation. Fairman, now 21, was arrested along with seven other women, in what must have been the most exciting day in suburban Delaware cop history. Between people getting knocked up just to be on the show , and slugging their baby daddies , 16 and Pregnant already doesn’t have the greatest reputation, and Valerie’s arrest certainly won’t help matters. Fairman, who starred in season 2 of the controversial series is best remembered for seeming more concerned about her imploding relationship with her boyfriend than with the fact that she was about bring a freakin’ child into the world. Valerie has yet to speak on her arrest, but defense attorneys are expected to argue that it wasn’t Fairman. Sorry, we had to. Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray: Fighting on Twitter?

Are Andi Dorfman and her ex-fiance Josh Murray fighting on Twitter? Both of them sent cryptic tweets recently that would certainly imply as much. On Friday, Josh Murray tweeted that he was having technical problems due to somebody snooping around his various social media accounts. “Have to change all my passwords because someone keeps logging into my social media accounts SMH,” wrote The Bachelorette winner. Without responding directly to her ex, Andi Dorfman tweeted less than 10 minutes later with a rather obvious slam directed towards Murray: “Join the club… Got better things to do with my life #blessed” Ooooh. The ex-baseball star also said that he was in his native Florida with family, a frequent occurrence since Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray broke up . “But on a brighter note, how amazing is Tampa!? So happy to be back for Gasparilla and for my dads bday weekend, whoop whoop,” Josh wrote. You don’t need The Bachelor spoilers to tell you the show rarely produces lasting unions, as it’s an uphill battle once the cameras stop rolling. Dorfman and Murray were no exception to the rule. Despite being a seemingly perfect pairing on paper, they ended their engagement in a joint January 8 statement, days after The Bachelor premiere. “After several months of being engaged and working on our relationship, we have decided that it’s best for both of us to go our separate ways,” the duo said. Following their shockingly abrupt split, the two spent time apart, with Dorfman coping with the help of her friends and Josh with his mom (obviously). WeTV Brings First African-American Bachelor To Television We’ve questioned time and time again why ABC has yet to cast an African-American man as their object of desire on the hit show “The Bachelor,” but we no longer have to wait because WeTV has answered the demand for a black bachelor with their new show “Match Made In Heaven.” The show stars a real estate developer named Shawn Bullard who is looking for a wife from amongst a group of very diverse beauties. WeTV Brings First African-American Bachelor To Television We’ve questioned time and time again why ABC has yet to cast an African-American man as their object of desire on the hit show “The Bachelor,” but we no longer have to wait because WeTV has answered the demand for a black bachelor with their new show “Match Made In Heaven.” The show stars a real estate developer named Shawn Bullard who is looking for a wife from amongst a group of very diverse beauties. Along to help him in his quest are his mother Maggie and NFL Spiritual Advisor for the Indianapolis Colts, Pastor Ken Johnson. Watch the teaser: So what do you think? Thursday WE tv hosted a screening in Atlanta of the new series “Match Made in Heaven,” starring millionaire bachelor Shawn Bullard. A number of press, VIPs and WE tv talent gathered at TWELVE Hotel Atlantic Station to shake hands with television’s first African-American “Bachelor” and get a glimpse of the show that chronicles Shawn’s quest to find true love. Attendees included Claudia Jordan (“Real Housewives of Atlanta”/BRAVO), Cynthia Bailey (“Real Housewives of Atlanta”/BRAVO), Maggie Bullard (“Match Made in Heaven”/WE tv), LeLee Lyons (“SWV Reunited”/WE tv), Ben and Jewell Tankard (“Thicker Than Water”/Bravo), Priyanka Banks (“Sorority Girls”/VH1), April McRae (“Sorority Girls”/VH1), Palmer Williams (“Love Thy Neighbor”/OWN), Judge Glenda Hatchett, Nicci Gilbert, Maja Sly (“Cutting It”/WE tv), Beautii Joseph (“Cutting It”/WE tv), Lou and Mushiya Tshikuka (“Cutting It”/WE tv), LaKenya Morris (“Cutting It”/WE tv), Dedra Allen (“Cutting It”/WE tv), Stacii Jae (“From the Bottom Up”/CENTRIC), Yvonne Capehart (“Sex Box”/WE tv), Stevie Baggs, Jr (athlete/actor), Melissa Knowles (HLN) and many more! Guests enjoyed a lively cocktail reception followed by the premiere episode screening and a Q&A moderated by Claudia Jordan. Desiree Hartsock and Chris Siegfried: Married!!

The Bachelorette star Desiree Hartsock said “I do” to Chris Siegfried in California yesterday, making it official with her final rose recipient from 2013! According to her rep, Desiree Hartsock wed Chris in Palos Verdes, Calif., following an 18-month engagement to the man she picked on the ABC reality hit. They currently live together in Seattle, where Des relocated to be with the former baseball player turned mortgage banker after they got engaged. Chris Tweeted the weekend before last, “So excited for the big day! @DesHartsock and I can’t wait to share with everyone! #countdown #9days #hopingforsun.” Fortunately for a wedding held in Southern California , that’s a pretty safe bet … as is the fact that Desiree would look stunning walking down the aisle. A bridal stylist by trade, “once Chris and I got engaged we started talking about the wedding right away, probably before the finale even aired,” she said. “We talked about what we would want and pieced together both of our ideas,” but in the end, “I’m most excited to walk down the aisle and see Chris.” “And then of course to get down on the dance floor with him!” Desiree and Chris faced many doubters early on after he appeared to be her distant second choice being Brooks Forester for much if not all of her season. After yesterday, Desiree officially joins Trista Sutter and Ashley Hebert in the exclusive club of Bachelorette stars to marry their final rose recipients. On The Bachelor side, Sean Lowe and Jason Mesnick recently wed their winners as well, so the franchise has been on a (relative) romantic tear lately. Congratulations, Desiree and Chris!

Britt Nilsson: The Best Hugger EVER, Chris Soules Gushes!

Britt Nilsson is someone to keep your eye on this season on The Bachelor, having walked away with Chris Soules’ “first impression” rose last night. You wouldn’t expect a waitress from Hollywood to catch Chris’ eye like she did, and who knows if it’ll last (see The Bachelor spoilers for more on that). The farmer from Arlington, Iowa, was undoubtedly smitten with her on Monday’s premiere, though, and not just because she’s gorgeous. And a hugger. Okay, those were the main reasons. But good ones! “When that first limo pulled up, I took some deep breaths and tried to settle my nerves. The hug from Britt definitely helped,” Chris blogged on People . “And yes, it really did seem to last forever,” he adds, “but I can’t put the hug only on Britt. The truth is that I really am a hugger. Always have been.” “Turns out so is Britt. Put two huggers together and what do you get? Yep, the longest televised hug in history. It really was a nice moment we shared.” “Ultimately, I gave the first impression rose to Britt.” “She not only gave me the best hug of my entire life,” he reiterates, “but also made me feel comfortable on what was a pretty stressful evening.” “I think it helped put both of us at ease.” Chris may not have looked at ease during The Bachelor season premiere – in fact, he looked pretty darn nervous – but he sure cleaned up well. He credited the show’s stylist for that, and his friend and former Bachelorette co-star Cody Sattler for getting him into insane shape prior to last night. “I needed to look good for these women,” he writes. “I’ve seen the show enough to know that every once in a while, the Bachelor takes his shirt off!” “Having Cody train me was an experience,” Chris adds. “He would wake me up every morning, jumping around my room and playing crazy music.” “A few minutes later, he and I would begin our first workout of the day. I could tell she was a little shaky on her feet and that she had probably had a few too many drinks.” “I must admit it was a little disappointing to see her so out of it, but I’m no choir boy, and I’m the first person to admit that we all make mistakes.” “Tara also seemed fun and cool, someone I wanted to get to know better,” he says of Tara’s second chance. “Ultimately, I gave her a rose, and I don’t regret it.” “That was the end of one unforgettable night. Adele Denies Split With Her Baby Daddy Simon Konecki Via RadarOnline reports: Adele is no stranger to heartbreak but the singer is denying rumors she and her boyfriend Simon Konecki have split. “Simon & I are still very much together,” Adele wrote on Twitter on Sunday after The Sun reported that the couple were living apart. Konecki, who is the father of Adele’s two-year-old son Angelo, is back at his bachelor pard, according to the report. “They’ve not spent any real time together in the past two months,” said a source. “Adele spends time with her mum Penny and friends in London while Simon is nearly two hours and 60 miles away. Chris Soules Pregnancy Test Drama: Did New Bachelor Knock Someone Up in the Fantasy Suite?!

Last week, ABC released a promo for The Bachelor that played up the show’s unintentionally comedic aspects, while teasing a few The Bachelor spoilers . Today, the network shared a teaser that focuses on the soap opera-caliber drama that’s made the cutthroat romantic competition series such an addictive reality TV staple over the years. The Bachelor Pregnancy Test Promo it’s an understatement to say there’s a lot going on in this trailer: We get our first extended look at Chris Soules as The Bachelor ; we learn producers have brought in more wannabe-fiancees than ever before…But the real surprise comes at the very end: As the show’s signature, schlocky voice-over promises a season “pregnant with possibility,” the camera closes in on a discarded home pregnancy test… The results screen has been blurred out, so it’s totally possible that one of the ladies simply experienced a false alarm, but the dramatic tease certainly has the Internet abuzz with speculation.  The new promo has raised a number of questions about this upcoming season: Would the show go on if one of the ladies got knocked up? Will the female fans who fell in love with Chris after he got dumped by Andi Dorfman  feel the same way if he gets some rando pregnant? Doesn’t ABC stock that damn Fantasy Suite with condoms?! Hopefully all these questions and more will be answered in the show’s 19th (!) season. In the meantime, watch The Bachelor online to relive every sleazy the Fantasy Suite has to offer.
