Bachelor Pad Plastic Surgery: Ella Nolan Transforms!

Nose job. Breast implants. Liposuction on her tummy, hips and thighs. Ella Nolan, the all-American mom from The Bachelor and Bachelor Pad , had it all after the show concluded, and couldn’t be happier with her new body. “TV magnifies all your flaws, and seeing my profile really bothered me,” Nolan tells Life & Style . Take a look at these before and after pics of Ella Nolan: “I’ve always wanted my breasts done. Before I got pregnant with my son, Ethan, about 10 years ago, my boobs were fabulous,” Ella laments. “They haven’t been the same since.” Personally, we’re a little disappointed, given that Ella stood out on the Pad as one of the few who seemed secure with her natural appearance. Don’t get us wrong, we’re still rooting for her to beat Vienna Girardi on the season finale. She just didn’t need to replicate Vienna’s nose job . Her plastic surgeon, Dr. Franklin Rose, who is also the dad of Ella’s nut job co-star Erica Rose, tells Life & Style that everything went well. “We removed 3 liters of fat from her hips, thighs and abdomen,” Dr. Rose says, revoltingly. “That should bring her down at least four dress sizes.” “Her breasts, a small B, were enlarged to a large C-small D.” “I got everything I wanted. I feel incredible,” Ella says, revealing her new body in this photo shoot. “I can’t stop touching my new boobs!” No word if Kirk DeWindt feels similarly. What do you think? Michelle Money and Graham Bunn: Sort of Dating!

Michelle Money has done the impossible. The former Bachelor cast member has not only improved her image significantly on this summer’s Bachelor Pad , she made a true personal connection on the show! Months after filming wrapped, Michelle Money and Graham Bunn, a Bachelorette cast member from DeAnna Pappas’ season, say they are closer than ever . “Graham and I talk multiple times a day,” Money said. “We both knew he was going back to New York and I’m going back to Utah, and we live different lives.” “We don’t live close to each other by any stretch of the imagination, so we knew it was like, ‘We’ll see what happens.’ But since then, we have grown closer.” Money says her relationship status with her Bachelor Pad costar is “not definable,” but she attracted to Graham Bunn “Right when he walked in the door.” “I was like, ‘Okay, this is going to be really fun,'” she says. “He’s got these eyes that just kill you right when you see him. It’s like, ‘Okay, I’m done!'” But for the single mother of daughter Brielle, the attraction extends beyond Bunn’s physical assets. She calls him “an incredible human being.” “He’s so much more than just beautiful on the outside. His heart is beautiful. His soul is beautiful. He’s just a really incredible guy all around.” When Michelle signed on for Bachelor Pad , it was only for the … well, Money. “My intention in going on the show was to win the money – end of story,” she says. “I never in a million years thought I would meet someone that I would want to continue seeing after the show was over. It was a really pleasant surprise.” This new Michelle Money may seem like a far cry from the woman who aggressively pursued Brad Womack on the last season of The Bachelor . “I went on The Bachelor to find love, and in order to find love in eight weeks, you have to really utilize your time with someone,” she says. “I took the approach of just taking advantage of every second, whereas on Bachelor Pad , there was no goal at the end to have a relationship.” Money also stands by her claim that she’s been a victim of editing. “I’m not any different than I was in The Bachelor, ” she swears. “They’re just choosing to show different sides of me [now]. There was a sweeter side of me on The Bachelor; they just never showed it.”

Vienna Girardi on Nose Job, Kasey Kahl, Jake Pavelka & Bachelor Pad Drama

Vienna Girardi is in this for the money. The former winner of The Bachelor and fiancee of Jake Pavelka has ZERO qualms about admitting that her second stint on reality TV is financially motivated. “I said no at first,” she told The Huffington Post about coming on Bachelor Pad , adding that she only agreed to be on the summer show on one condition. “They told me Jake wouldn’t be,” she said. “They clued me in a few days before we started filming, but by that point I was all packed and ready to go.” Vienna need not worry about wearing a life preserver. Jake was voted off the episode before last, but not before three weeks of fireworks between himself, Vienna and her current boyfriend, Kasey Kahl. Vienna Girardi admits having Jake Pavelka around was “uncomfortable” but says she and Kasey had fun and are friends with many Bachelor Pad stars. In fact, it Erica Rose that encouraged her nose job . “It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a while,” Girardi said of her new schnozz, adding that she talked about it with Rose while filming the show. “A week later, I was in Texas” to have the job done. Girardi debuted her new nose in August, but does not think that she will be going back under the knife anytime soon. “No, I’m done,” she said. As for Girardi and Kahl, viewers still don’t know how far the power couple makes it in the game, but things are definitely moving fast for them. The couple recently moved in together , but should the day come that Kahl gets down on bended knee, don’t expect to see the moment on ABC. “I had said I didn’t want him to propose on the show,” she said when asked about a ridiculous scene showing Kahl giving her a promise ring. Vienna and Kasey get freaky on Bachelor Pad . Though we won’t see Girardi get engaged on TV for the second time, she and Kahl haven’t ruled out returning to reality TV. There’s a shocker. “We’ve talked about it,” she said regarding appearing on reality TV on a Vienna and Kasey show after Bachelor Pad . “We’re not against it.” She may have competition there. Pavelka told Ryan Seacrest he’d consider appearing on The Bachelor a second time, “but not right away.” Hey, Brad Womack just went 0-for-2. Why not Jake Pavelka? Vienna won’t be watching if so. “Absolutely not,” she said.

Forget Mayor of New York City . Camille Grammer says her ex-husband has his political sights set much higher. “He told me when I first met him that he wanted to run for president. This has been a lifelong dream for him,” the reality star told The New York Post this week. But if the actor really does run for office, he won’t be able to count on at least a few votes. “He’s got to learn how to run a family first before he can run a city,” Kyle Richards told People , referring to Kelsey’s ongoing custody struggle with Camille. Added Lisa Vanderpump: “He’s such a good example of great morals and family value. Vienna Girardi goes up against ex Jake Pavelka on the season premiere of Bachelor Pad next week. But this won’t be the same old Vienna Girardi, folks. Oh, she’ll still be an attention-starved whack job. But she’ll look a bit different, as Girardi says in the latest issue of Us Weekly , which features her first post-nose job photo. “I always felt like I had this little face with, like, a Mr. Potato Head nose!” Vienna says. “In school, they called me Pinocchio. After The Bachelor , bloggers called me ‘horse face.’ Evil names. I even went blonde because my dark hair made my nose look bigger!” Vienna says the procedure was painful, but worthwhile.
