Crawford — who’s in the middle of a $142 million contract — popped the question this morning … and the “Basketball Wives” star said YES! Just like Dwyane Wade, Crawford picked up the ring from go-to celebrity jeweler Jason of Beverly Hills. For the record, the ring Wade gave to Gabrielle Union was ONLY 8.5 carats … but size doesn’t really matter, right??? Evelyn has been married before — she tied the knot with Chad Johnson back in 2012 … but divorced him later that year after the NFL star headbutted her during an argument. Before Johnson, she was engaged to NBA star Antoine Walker (but they never married). The 14 new songs and 17 videos were recorded and shot in Bey’s hometown of Houston, in her Tribeca apartment in New York, in the Hamptons and in Sydney and on the beach in Rio de Janeiro. 33-Year-Old Tutor For Wealthy Families Makes $1,250 An Hour Dayyyyuuuuummmmmmm, this tutor makes $400K a year AND gets free housing, cars/drivers, meals and free travel! According to NBC News: He looks and sounds like many other young, highly qualified teachers. Nathaniel Hannan, a 33-year-old Indiana native, went to Notre Dame and got his masters at Oxford in philosophy and geology before becoming a high school teacher in Washington, D.C. He loves to teach and has a gift for communicating. But today, instead of working for a school, Hannan tutors the children of wealthy families. And he makes up to $1,250 an hour. “It’s different clients, but the same business,” he said. Actually, it’s a different business entirely—and it’s growing rapidly. While much of the American education system is struggling with tight budgets, overcrowded classrooms and low teacher pay, the tutor economy is booming. More of the world’s millionaires and billionaires are seeking at-home teachers to give their children a leg up in the increasingly competitive and important education race. And, as the number of rich people grows around the world—and as more of them split their time between multiple homes in different countries—they are creating their own mobile, ultra-private schools in their homes. Tutors International, a London-based tutor agency that hires and places many tutors in the U.S., said its business this year will nearly double over last year. The typical salary for a full-time tutor today has jumped to between $70,000 and $120,000 depending on the requirements. But Tutors International has placed one tutor who is making $400,000 a year and another who was paid $80,000 for just 16 weeks of work. Along with their pay, most tutors also usually get free housing, cars or drivers, paid travel and meals, and occasionally even a private chef and personal assistant. “For these families, they look at the costs of just fueling their jet or buying a new sports car, and spending $100,000 or more for a tutor is not a great expense,” said Adam Caller, the founder of Tutors International and a former tutor and teacher himself. “They know education is important.” Caller said his clients fall into three basic categories. First, there are rich families who want to supplement their children’s schooling with added subjects and help them with homework. Second, there are families who have children with special needs, where home schooling is more effective. Many of his clients, however, fall into the third category: rich families that travel between multiple homes around the world and don’t want to be tied to one location because of their children’s school. Some of these families are also so rich and famous that their children would be mobbed at a regular school. “They may be based in New York, have a boat in France and a house in Mexico and in South Africa, and they want to use them all,” Caller said. “With home schooling and a tutor, they can travel wherever they want and still get to be with their children.” Caller said the tutor he placed for $400,000 a year was for a rich family on the West Coast. The student was having trouble with school and with substance abuse, so the tutor had to home-school the student and coach the student and his family through rehab. Since Tutors International employs its tutors—rather than placing them for employment by the families—the company monitors performance and receives constant feedback and performance reports from both the families and the tutors. “We don’t take our fee and walk away,” Knight said. “We have an interest in everybody being happy along the way.” Wow. This guy truly ain’t isht. A Georgia woman successfully sued her cheating ex-fiancé and baby daddy after he kicked her out of their crib and his two kids out when she caught him cheating. According to MailOnline reports : A Georgia man has been ordered to pay his former fiance $50,000 for ‘breach of promise’ and fraud after he left her for another woman. Melissa Cooper successfully sued her former lover Christopher Kelley after she gave up her job and moved in with him only to be thrown out when she discovered his relationship with another woman. Ms Cooper contended in her lawsuit that she quit her job to become a housewife for her former beau, their child and another child he had from a former relationship. She made that sacrifice under the premise she would be his wife. Cooper testified that she was devastated by Kelley’s fraud and breach of promise to marry and that she quit her job to raise the couple’s children in reliance on the promise,’ the ruling cited by CNS said. Her promiscuous partner made his bed by cheating on her multiple times and carrying on a relationship with another woman despite handing her a $10,000 engagement ring, she argued. In 2011, she discovered the secret affair, the second she had found during their relationship, and he demanded she move out of their home – with both children. The scorned would-be spouse then sued the cheating Mr Kelley for fraud and breach of promise to marry. How is this guy gonna kick her out AND make her take his kid by another woman? And it gets worse, the guy tried to save his azz in the lawsuit by claiming their relationship was meretricious, which is defined as “having the nature of prostitution!” In the state’s Appeals Court last month, Mr Kelley unsuccessfully tried to use a legal techincality to argue that the promise to marry was made in a relationship similar to prostitution, according to CNS. The state court of appeals ruled that the relationship did not involve the exchange of money for cohabitation and sexual favors, making the defense inapplicable. Mr Kelley also tried to claim he merely gave Ms Cooper the ring without proposing, but the court not only shot that down, it held it up as proof he never intended to marry her. I never initiated the concept of marriage with her, outside of giving her that ring,’ Mr Kelley testified, according to CNS. ‘I never said the words ‘will you marry me’ to her.’ ‘This testimony, when juxtaposed with Cooper’s testimony about the proposal and her acceptance, can be construed as an admission that Kelley never intended to marry Cooper,’ said the court decision. The latest ruling upheld a previous ruling being appealed by Mr Kelley, it includes damages awarded and attorney’s fees. Serves him right. He sounds like a scumbag. Facebook
