Flawless! Michelle Obama Slays In Dior For December’s ELLE Cover

Source: Tom Williams / Getty Former First Lady Michelle Obama is serving up a serious lewk on the December issue of ELLE Magazine ! Rocking a Dior Poplin shirt, pleated-voile skirt and leather corset, our #ForeverFLOTUS looks like a stunning queen. Just take a look for yourself: Amazing! The Harvard and Princeton educated lawyer was interviewed by none other than iconic journalist and talk show host Oprah Winfrey . In a deeply personal and enlightening interview, the two discussed a range of topics including her memoir, overcoming her marriage issues with counseling and how Donald Trump’s birther conspiracies impacted her family. When asked was she scared about sharing so much of her personal life with the public, Mrs. Obama surprisingly replied that she wasn’t. “Actually, no, because here’s the thing that I realized: People always ask me, ‘Why is it that you’re so authentic?’ ‘How is it that people connect to you?” And I think it starts because I like me. I like my story and all the bumps and bruises. That’s what makes me uniquely me.: Adding, “So I’ve always been open with my staff, with young people, with my friends. And the other thing, Oprah: I know that whether we like it or not, Barack and I are role models.”   On how she had to learn to love differently to keep her marriage intact: “I had to learn to love differently, I feel vulnerable all the time, and I had to learn how to express that to my husband, to tap into those parts of me that missed him — and the sadness that came from that — so that he could understand. He didn’t understand distance in the same way. You know, he grew up without his mother in his life for most of his years, and he knew his mother loved him dearly, right? I always thought love was up close. Love is the dinner table, love is consistency, it is presence. So I had to share my vulnerability and also learn to love differently. It was an important part of my journey of becoming. Understanding how to become us…I share this because I know that people look to me and Barack as the ideal relationship. I know there’s #RelationshipGoals out there. But whoa, people, slow down — marriage is hard!” On Trump’s dangerous rhetoric about former President Obama: “Because I don’t think he knew what he was doing. For him it was a game. But the threats that you face as the commander in chief are real. And your children are at risk. In order for my children to have a normal life, even though they had security, they were in the world in a way that we weren’t. To think that some crazed person might be ginned up to think my husband was a threat to the country’s security; and to know that my children, every day, had to go to a school, and soccer games, parties, and travel; to think that this person would not take into account that this was not a game—that’s something that I want the country to understand. I want the country to take this in, in a way I didn’t say out loud, but I am saying now. It was reckless, it put my family in danger, and it wasn’t true. And he knew it wasn’t true.”   On no longer living in the White House and the simple freedoms that come with that: So here I am in my new home, just me and Bo and Sunny, and I do a simple thing. I go downstairs and open the cabinet in my own kitchen—which you don’t do in the White House because there’s always somebody there going, ‘Let me get that. What do you want? What do you need?’—and I made myself toast. Cheese toast. Then I took my toast and I walked out into my backyard. I sat on the stoop, and there were dogs barking in the distance, and I realized Bo and Sunny had really never heard neighbor dogs.   On holding up Barack and combatting the pressures that came with the being the first Black family in the White House: “Trying to be the calm in his swerve. You know, when the leaves are blowing and the wind is rough, being a steady trunk in his life. Family dinners. That was one of the things I brought into the White House—that strict code of, You gotta catch up with us, dude. This is when we’re having dinner. Yes, you’re president, but you can bring your butt from the Oval Office and sit down and talk to your children. Because children bring solace. They let you turn your sights off the issues of the day and focus on saving the tigers. That was one of Malia’s primary goals; she advocated throughout his presidency to make sure the tigers were saved. And hearing about what happened with what school friend. Immersing yourself in the reality and the beauty of your children and your family. Plus, on the East Wing side, our motto was, we have to do everything excellently. If we do something—because the First Lady doesn’t  have  to do anything.”   On the importance of remaining optimistic in these tumultuous times: “Yes. We have to feel that optimism. For the kids. We’re setting the table for them, and we can’t hand them crap. We have to hand them hope. Progress isn’t made through fear. We’re experiencing that right now. Fear is the coward’s way of leadership. But kids are born into this world with a sense of hope and optimism. No matter where they’re from. Or how tough their stories are. They think they can be anything because we tell them that. So we have a responsibility to be optimistic. And to operate in the world in that way.” Just amazing and inspiring! Read the ELLE cover article in its entirety here . Jenelle Evans Talks Cosmetic Surgery: I’m Almost 30 But I Look Like I’m 20!

Like so many of her co-stars in the Teen Mom franchise, Jenelle Evans has had a fair amount of work done . Unlike those ladies, however, Jenelle is widely despised for her violent, abusive behavior, which means folks on the social media feel much more comfortable commenting on her appearance. Of course, Jenelle only makes the situation worse when she offers up boasts about her beauty that would induce eye-rolls even they came from a top supermodel. So while we might have a shred of sympathy for Jenelle (it's probably in there if we really dig deep), there's no denying that she put herself in this situation. Take a look: 1. Stylin’ and Profilin’ We probably don’t need to tell you that Jenelle thinks quite highly of herself. Not surprisingly, this arrogance extends to her appearance. 2. Laying Low Jenelle recently took a hiatus from social media following the release of a 911 call in which she accused husband David Eason of assaulting her and breaking her collarbone. 3. Life on the Land Following her recent return to Instagram, however, Evans has been thirstier than ever, posting daily videos in which she converses with fans while strolling around her property. 4. Grade A-Material All of Jenelle’s videos have to be seen to be believed, but her latest is really a doozy. 5. Jenelle Goes Off Here’s 26 minutes of Jenelle’s rants from the past 24 hours (!!!) compiled into one convenient mega-clip. 6. For the Sake of Your Sanity Don’t worry, we’re offering you a handy guide to the most bonkers moments so that you don’t have to watch the whole thing. View Slideshow

Shady Business: A Former L’Oréal Exec Is Suing For Racial Discrimination & A Hostile Work Environment

JOHN MACDOUGALL/AFP/Getty Images A Former L’Oréal Executive Is Suing The Company For Discrimination And Other Issues A former marketing executive at L’Oréal is now trying to expose the alleged ugly side of the beauty brand in a new lawsuit. The employee, Amanda Johnson, is suing the cosmetics giant for discrimination along with claiming she endured a toxic work environment while employed with the company. Johnson claims that she was fired by phone after being promoted to assistant VP of digital marketing. She also says her boss Dan Bethelmy Rada would have “all-night benders and hotel parties . . . for which Rada expected Johnson to enlist ‘recruits,’ ” the suit explains, which was filed in New York federal court. Johnson is claiming that she witnessed a male executive watching porn during a business meeting, as well as sex-fueled parties at luxury European hotels during work trips, along with rampant racist hostility from management. The complaint also states that Johnson felt physically threatened by a fellow VP, Nicolas Krafft–she claims that she was fired after submitting an internal complaint to Rada. A L’Oréal spokesperson refuted the claims, calling them “baseless.” They told Page Six the following: “Amanda Johnson was fired for a pattern of unprofessional conduct that surfaced during her final months at the company, including what in our view was abusive and threatening behavior toward colleagues, serious lapses in judgment, and declining performance.” The rep added, “After she was let go, Ms. Johnson raised some alarming allegations about her manager and certain co-workers through a lawyer. We took her allegations seriously and investigated them all with great care, as they had not been reported to [HR] when she was with the company.” Johnson’s lawyers quickly fired back at this denial, saying, “L’Oréal’s public response to Ms. Johnson’s complaint shows that the company holds underrepresented minorities to a different standard in all respects. L’Oréal again has wrongfully tried to discredit and punish the victim, an African-American woman, by choosing to accept a false version of events as told by a few white employees on its payroll. L’Oréal’s so-called ‘investigation’ conducted ‘with great care’ did not even include asking Ms. Johnson for her side of the story.”

Jennifer Lopez Getting Slutty for a Magazine of the Day

Here’s J.Lo in some magazine wearing the silliest of dresses because it is more of a cape…as it doesn’t really cover 25-50 percent of her…allowing her to show off her fitness and thickness in it’s 50s like she was still in her 20s because a huge amount of money goes into her trying to look as good as she can for as long as she can thanks to being rich and being vain. This is the kind of photo people will celebrate, they will call fierce and daring and inspiring, partially because the media is fake and sucks up to all these people all the fucking time….I’ve seen it for my entire existence as a blogger…like no one wants to call out an old whore for being an old whore…but instead want to pretend this shamelessness and exhibitionism is empowering… I remember when I first saw publicist spin stories many years ago and I laughed because the media ran the spun story because they didn’t want to be ousted by the celebrity, network, or whoever else was behind the publicist….they didn’t want to lose advertisers…so they just gave into the powers that be… Now, I don’t midn this J.Lo in a cape, not all cape wearers are heroes bullshit, but it is a little fucking shameless and attention seeking, like the old lady at the night club showing everyone her pussy to get noticed or entice someone to fuck her…because they are too busy looking at young hot chicks dance…you know what I mean…it’s a Look at me, I’ve sucked mad dick and can do things to you a young girl doesn’t even know exists, only she doesn’t realize that young girls grew up on porn and are WELL aware of what they need to do to get things done… Here’s a celebration of having a chef, trainer, all the beauty products, strategic cosmetic surgery….and all the other shit J.Lo puts into looking her best at 50….and ideally it acts as inspiration for all girls to wear dresses like this out in public…from Prom to Bar Mitzvahs to Weddings and funerals….integrate this look… JOIN THE NEWSLETTER YOU ASSHOLES! Ireland Baldwin Does the Pussy Stretch of the Day

Sometimes – you just need to stretch that pussy. Especially when you’re trying to get noticed thanks to your dad never loving you….because you remind him of your mother even though Kim Bassinger would likely be offended if anyone ever told her that her daughter Ireland looked like her….which isn’t to say she’s ashamed to be her mother or that she doesn’t see the beauty only a mother sees..it’s that Ireland Baldwin is pretty fucking big, and it would be offensive to call a vain person like her mom something like that…. I don’t know what her social media strategy has been, but we’ve seen her try everything….that this low level naked shit fits nicely, even if Ireland doesn’t fit nicely into much because she’s so big…. I find the bikini beach shit everyone doing like they are Alexis Ren…that Ireland started her IG career with dull, played out and everywhere….I found the militant lesbian who fucked a black girl who raps about being raped by men a little dark and ghetto….while low lever staged nudes…that shit is obviously lacking creativity and in as many places as the beach shit everyone does…but it’s more softcore pornographic and what we know from porno is that even low budget low concept shit can be jerked off to.. I know Ireland wanted to be an influencer and Hailey the Jesus loving one took her shine….but there’s still hope for her…I believe…and support whatever is going on here. I can’t tell what is going on here because she has me blocked on all her social media accounts…which almost hurts my soul… JOIN THE NEWSLETTER YOU ASSHOLES! 90 Day Fiance: Nicole and Azan Want to Make a Baby!!

Earlier this year, 90 Day Fiance stars Azan Tefou and Nicole Nafziger canceled their wedding . But that doesn’t mean that they’ve ended their relationship. And now Nicole has revealed their plans for the future. How many (more) kids do they plan to have? Nicole and Azan are still trying to make their long-distance relationship work. But that hasn’t stopped them from planning for their future as a married couple. Recently, Nicole took to Instagram and answered fan questions. “How many kids do you and Azan planning on having?” a fan asked. “We want to add two more to our family!,” Nicole replied. “So 3 including May.” She followed that answer with a red heart emoji. (The fan wrote “Hassan,” a fairly popular name, rather than “Azan,” which was a simple accident) Nicole already has a daughter from her previous relationship. May is adorable and Nicole has said that she had no relationship with her baby daddy. That baby daddy’s identity remains shrouded in mystery, and it sounds like Nicole is just fine with that. In fact, Azan is the only father figure that May knows. Nicole has even received backlash for having May call him “daddy.” It is true that Azan lives something like 4,000 miles away. But May has seen Azan in Morocco. It appears that the two have really bonded. It’s understandable for fans to be uncertain about whether Nicole and Azan can make it work. Some objected to her calling him “daddy” simply because he is not her biological father. That, of course, is toxic. Plenty of adopted children call their parents or step-parents “mom” or “dad.” Calling a parent by nicknames like that is normal and healthy. Some fan reservations arise from Nicole and Azan’s struggles to make it work. As we mentioned, they had plans to marry in June. Ultimately, they decided that an expensive Moroccan wedding was not the most responsible use of money. Instead, Nicole invested the money that she saved up while working at Starbucks … by giving it to Azan. Azan is going to invest that money in a storefront in order to open up a beauty shop in his hometown. The hope is that this will give them financial security in the future. It has been months since they reached this decision. Since then, Nicole had to return to the United States. Azan remains in Morocco. There has not yet been any word about when this beauty shop of his will open. That doesn’t mean that it’s not happening, of course. We’re not intimiately familiar with the timetable for opening a business in Morocco. Hopefully, Azan is. Some fans have concerns that Nicole is being conned. That seems unfair. If that were the case, surely Azan would have ghosted her by now. (And it’s hard to imagine that he would have been willing to go on reality television if he’s just a con artist) Also, Nicole isn’t rich — she’s a barista and a single mom. A more realistic fear, we suppose, would be that they’ll break up and she’ll have lost all of that money. We hope that all of her hard work doesn’t go to waste. For her sake and for May’s. Two years after the now 11-year-old activist brought attention to the Flint water crisis, she will be honored by the toy company Lottie Dolls with her own doll, EBONY reported. Mari Copeny AKA Little Miss Flint was known around Flint, Michigan for her activism. She became a viral star for the letter she wrote to Barack Obama requesting a meeting about the Flint water crisis! The Kid Activist doll reminds us, #KIDSVOICESMATTER ! https://t.co/uX2Jr1AoaS — EBONY MAGAZINE (@EBONYMag) October 3, 2018 The company, based in Ireland, created a doll called “Kid Activist” which was inspired by Copeny, the news outlet writes. Copeny garnered national attention after she penned a letter to former President Barack Obama asking him to meet with her so that they can figure out a solution to overcome the water crisis. “I am one of the children that is effected by this water, and I’ve been doing my best to march in protest and to speak out for all the kids that live here in Flint. This Thursday I will be riding a bus to Washington, D.C. to watch the congressional hearings of our Governor Rick Snyder .
