Blake Lively: PREGNANT With Second Child?!

Do we detect a baby bump on Blake Lively? Something is there, because a recent photo of the actress has Us Weekly declaring that she is pregnant with baby number two . A photographer snapped a pic of Lively on the set of her upcoming film The Shallows , and her belly appeared to have expanded from its regular flat state. While it’s possible she just had a hearty lunch (we’ve all experienced the second trimester food baby, amiright?), she tried to conceal the protrusion by wrapping a robe around her midsection. Nevertheless, tongues are now a-wagging, and fans assume that Lively and husband Ryan Reynolds will be second-time parents sometime in the near future. The last time Lively was seen in public was with her husband at a state dinner at the White House in early March (pictured above).  Looking stunning as always, she wore a robe-like gown with copious gathers and a voluminous bow at the waist – possibly concealing the beginnings of a bump? The sickeningly beautiful couple welcomed their first child in December 2014, a baby girl named James.  Last year, Lively opened up about the joys of motherhood . “You never know when you’re gonna get crapped on or when you’re gonna get a big smile or when that smile immediately turns into hysterics,” she said.  Nevertheless, she confirmed that she’s loving every minute of it. “I’d be an 80-year-old woman with a baby if I could,” she added. Food baby or real baby, we’ll just offer our congratulations now. View Slideshow: Celebrities Expecting Babies in 2016

We’re Reina (left) and Marela (right) we’re 15 years old. We met…

We’re Reina (left) and Marela (right) we’re 15 years old. We met our idol on January 26, 2013 in Miami, FL. We’ve been beliebers since the beginnings of 2010 and our lives haven’t been the same ever since. Our dream has always been to see/meet Justin but unfortunately that was pretty much impossible cause we live in Puerto Rico and he never tours here. We couldn’t go to the MWT and that was devastating for us but we always told each other that we would never give up. Last year when Justin announced the Believe Tour, we knew this was our chance so we begged our moms to take us to Miami to see him. They know how much Justin means to us so they agreed to do it. On May 23, 2012 the tickets when on sale and we were blessed enough to get floor tickets. We didn’t get VIP because they were too expensive but we didn’t care cause we were seeing our idol. From that day the countdown began, 248 days left til the concert, we were so excited and couldn’t believe it. We saw BieberFever was having a contest to win meet and greet and of course we didn’t hesitate on entering. At 10:03 p.m. I got an email on my phone and when I opened it, it said, “Congratulations Reina, you’re officially invited to attend the photo meet and greet TOMORROW NIGHT January 26 in Miami.” My heart stopped, we couldn’t believe it, we started crying and called all our friends. The next day we got to the arena at 11 a.m. and met other beliebers while we waited for someone from the crew to come out. We heard screaming and that’s when we saw Dan Kanter, Scrappy, Kenny, Ryan and Jon M. Chu who was filming for Believe 3D. We also got filmed for the movie which was very exciting and can’t wait for it to come out. At 6:30 p.m. the line started moving and that’s when it hit us that we were meeting Justin. We saw the black curtain our hearts were beating so fast cause we knew that he was right behind it. Security said, “Are u ready?” and we almost lost it when that curtain opened up and there he was. I ran up to him, hugged him and said, “Hey Justin,” and he said, “Hey girls how’s it going?” We didn’t respond cause we were so in shock and our brains just shut down. After we took the picture, I said “I love you so much” and he said “I love you guys too.” We started crying and the guards had to tell us to calm down but how could we? We had just met the person that means the world to us. Still confused about what had just happened, we went to get our seats. Then the security guard told us that our row didn’t exist and they were going to move us up, we almost died, could this day get any better? We had floor 4, row 22 and got floor 1, row 26 right next to the catwalk. The concert was AMAZING, Justin’s voice sounds even better live its so flawless and angelic, everything was just perfect. We feel so thankful and blessed that we got this opportunity.  Link: We’re Reina (left) and Marela (right) we’re 15 years old. We met…

Alicia Keys Says Aaliyah’s Death Was The Inspiration For “If I Ain’t Got You”

See more here:

“If I Ain’t Got You” is one of Alicia Key’s biggest and most powerful songs to date. Off her 2003 album The Diary Of Alicia Keys; Keys attributes the inspiration of the profound ballad to the passing of the late great Aaliyah.  “The song idea came together right after Aaliyah passed away. It was such a sad time and no one wanted to believe it. It just made everything crystal clear to me—what matters, and what doesn’t.” She goes on to say “I remember writing the beginnings of it on a flight somewhere and then finished it in the hotel once I got where we were going,” she added. “It came quickly and I was so moved to write it and it doesn’t matter how many times I sing it, I love it with the same intensity as when I first wrote and recorded it.” Keys is performing at this year’s BET Awards! Bikini-clad strippers protest church in rural Ohio

WARSAW, Ohio (AP) — Strippers dressed in bikinis sunbathe in lawn chairs, their backs turned toward the gray clapboard church where men in ties and women in full-length skirts flock to Sunday morning services. The strippers, fueled by Cheetos and nicotine, are protesting a fundamentalist Christian church whose Bible-brandishing congregants have picketed the club where they work. The dancers roll up with signs carrying messages adapted from Scripture, such as “Do unto others as you would have done unto you,” to counter church members who for four years have photographed license plates of patrons and asked them if their mothers and wives know their whereabouts. The dueling demonstrations play out in central Ohio, where nine miles of cornfields and Amish-buggy crossing signs separate The Fox Hole strip club from New Beginnings Ministries. Club owner Tommy George met with the preacher and offered to call off his not-quite-nude crew from their three-month-long protest if the church responds in kind. But pastor Bill Dunfee believes that a higher power has tasked him with shutting down the strip club. “As a Christian community, we cannot share territory with the devil,” Dunfee said. “Light and darkness cannot exist together, so The Fox Hole has got to go.” New Beginnings is one of four churches in this one-traffic-light village of 900 people, 60 miles outside Columbus. There's one gas station and a sit-down restaurant that serves country staples like mashed potatoes with gravy and Salisbury steak. On Sunday, four of The Fox Hole's seven strippers and more than a dozen supporters garnered both scorn and compassion from churchgoers – and quite a few honks from pickup trucks and other passing vehicles. video: http://video.ap.org/?f=AP&pid=5c3B5_OIrCCUghPEx_qmGNGJstrAJz_G story: http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/U/US_STRIPPERS_PROTEST_CHURCH?SITE=AP&S… added by: onemalefla

Amanpour Elevates British Journalist Who Sees ‘Culture of Hate’ in U.S., Time to Divide Up Our ‘Pie’

Christiane Amanpour elevated a liberal British journalist, with little U.S. television experience, to the This Week roundtable where she presumed the government must run the economy and distribute the economic pie while she took pot shots at how the efforts to control illegal immigration proves America’s descent into a “culture of hate.” Gillian Tett , U.S. Managing Editor of the London-based Financial Times newspaper, began by insisting, that to respond to stagnant employment numbers: “The big question now is can the economy keep growing if the government doesn’t keep pumping in money?” Applying a European economic model, Tett fretted “that so much of America in the last few decades has been about trying to focus on growing the pie, not worrying about how to divide it up” as Americans didn’t “worry about social equity and things like that.” But, showing little faith that Obamanomics will work, she ruminated, “if we are entering a period when the pie is stagnant, the question that’s going to be very political is how do you divide that pie up?” In her final remark on unemployment, she warned “you really are starting to see the beginnings of a culture of hate, of finger-pointing, of scape-goating.” Minutes later, however, in a discussion of the proposal to modify the 14th amendment to end automatic citizenship through birth, Tett assumed those dark days have already arrived: “It’s quick fix soundbite politics in this culture of hate and this, you know, scape-goating that’s going on right now.” Others on Amanpour’s panel: Politico’s John Harris, New Yorker’s George Packer and former Bush speechwriter Michael Gerson. Last week, on reviewing Amanpour’s debut: “ Amanpour Slums to Take on U.S. Politics, Flummoxed Pelosi’s Victories Aren’t Better Appreciated ” Comments from Gillian Tett during the roundtable on the August 8 This Week with Christiane Amanpour: > I think it’s important to realize that it illustrates is that the President, right now, is at an important juncture point. For the last year, we’ve had some growth in the American economy, but much of that’s been due to government aid, government spending, or what economists call an inventory rebuild – basically, companies and shops ran down their stocks back in late 2008, they rebuilt them, but that process is kind of finished. And the big question now is can the economy keep growing if the government doesn’t keep pumping in money? > The problem in a way, in a sense the social contract in America., the American dream is starting to fragment because for years America’s prided itself on having an unemployment rate that was a lot lower than Europe’s, but it didn’t have a social safety net like Europe. Now, in a sense, it doesn’t have a social safety net, and yet, shockingly, the unemployment rate is approaching European levels, in some cases actually exceeding it. And that’s a real challenge, not just in an economic sense, but in a political sense too about what is the American dream? > What’s fascinating is that so much of America in the last few decades has been about trying to focus on growing the pie, not worrying about how to divide it up because if you keep growing the pie, through innovation, through private sector enterprise, then you don’t have to worry about social equity and things like that. But if we are entering a period when the pie is stagnant, the question that’s going to be very political is how do you divide that pie up? > And poisonous as well. You really are starting to see the beginnings of a culture of hate, of finger-pointing, of scape-goating. And that could fuel the way for some very nasty, very negative politics going forward.   > [on amending 14th amendment] It’s quick fix soundbite politics in this culture of hate and this, you know, scape-goating that’s going on right now.
