Damn bruh, just can’t leave the sauce alone huh?? SMH Montgomery County prosecutors said James Steven Corley, 52, was pulled over for a broken taillight and weaving within his lane in August. It was a felony DWI stop. Prosecutors said Corley’s blood alcohol level was .10. “This defendant is an extremely dangerous driver,” Montgomery County Assistant District Attorney Warren Diepramm said. “Practically every time he’s getting behind the wheel of a motor vehicle, according to the testimony, he’s driving drunk. He testified that whenever he does it, he doesn’t think about anybody who is on the street with him. It’s all about him. All about getting drunk.” Corley was sentenced to 99 years in prison. Prosecutors estimate Corley could be up for parole in 10 to 15 years depending on his behavior. At least this fool will be off the road for at least 10 years. But sounds like with the way he’s been drinkin’ he’ll probably die in prison. Better that than hitting some teenager or pregnant mother head on. We’ll holla… Source

The problem with having festival commitments is that there are days when you can manage to see only one movie before deadline, while your colleagues are seeing two, three or — heaven forbid — more. But the sting, or at least the vague feeling of inadequacy, is lessened when that one movie exceeds your expectations. Margin Call is a thriller of sorts (though it’s also something of a comedy, albeit a grim one) set in the early days of the financial crisis, a fictionalized but all too believable account of one crucial day at a Wall Street investment firm. It’s also the debut feature of writer-director J.C. Chandor, and while it hits a few false notes, it’s still a remarkably assured piece of filmmaking. You may not think you want to sit through a nondocumentary film about the financial meltdown — I sure didn’t. But Margin Call, like money itself, is weirdly seductive; it wheedles you into caring about characters you don’t particularly like, without ever expecting you to approve of their behavior.

The rising quartet, which includes 13- and 14-year-old Philadelphia and Los Angeles natives Prodigy, Roc Royal, Princeton and Ray Ray, hit the road with Justin Bieber in December. When they stopped by the MTV News offices on Friday, they dished that opening up for the teen superstar meant rocking the stage for thousands while grappling with the Biebs’ hard-core fanbase. “It was crazy,” plaited singer Ray Ray admitted. “He has a lot of fans.” Fellow Mindless singer Princeton — who fans may remember as that cute krumpin’ kid from Gym Class Heroes’ 2006 video for “Cupid’s Chokehold/ Breakfast in America” — added that in addition to dodging legions of Beliebers, the boys had to bring it in massive arenas. “Every night, 15,000 fans,” the curly-haired crooner said, adding that the teen crew used the adrenaline to pump up their performances. “It made us nervous, but the minute we hit that stage — and the stage is big, by the way, like really big — but the minute we hit that stage the nerves just turned into great energy.” Getting face time with concertgoers also helped to ease their nerves. “Before the show we always did meet-and-greets, so the fans were really nice and very supportive,” Princeton explained. With their peppy text-friendly jam “My Girl” gaining traction and their status as budding heartthrobs blossoming, the Mindless fellas got some tips from Bieber on how to handle their growing fame. Rapper Roc Royal said the “Baby” singer was really cool about doling out pop-star guidance. “Bieber, he’s a great dude. He gave us advice backstage. He’s nice,” Roc said. “He told us don’t be nervous because it’s just fans, and you love it.” Roc added that Bieber was always down for a laugh — even if it came at the expense of the Mindless guys’ eardrums. “[Our] favorite moments [were] when Bieber came into our room and we start playing,” he smiled, recalling an instance in which the pop megastar barged into their rooms blasting an ear-shattering horn. “Like, he starts blowing the whistles in our rooms. [It’s] like, ‘Aw, man stop!’ “He came in on a Segway, and he was like [makes horn sound]. We were like, ‘Ah!’ ” Roc continued. “Definitely those moments when we were backstage and we were in our sweats just having fun.” Pop-star mentorship aside, the boys insist that Bieber isn’t going to get away with the reckless whistle-blowing. Ray Ray joked that the guys might just turn the intense energy of Bieber’s fans against him. “We gonna put fans backstage so when he comes he gets attacked,” he laughed. Mindless Behavior Say Touring With Justin Bieber Was ‘Crazy’
Tom Lippolis, JWoww’s ex-boyfriend and current legal adversary, was not shocked by footage of her hooking up with someone else on Monday’s Jersey Shore . In the most recent episode, she was still dating Tom at the time, but flirted endlessly with trucker (and now-boyfriend) Roger Williams just the same. Lippolis, looking back, says he wasn’t surprised by her behavior. TLipp and JWoww in happier times . “It doesn’t surprise me that she was cheating on me, she has a really bad track record and our relationship was the longest she had ever had,” he said. When JWoww ran into Roger Williams, she was living with Tom, but didn’t act like a relationship was a factor, immediately expressing feelings for him. Tom Lippolis says his then-girlfriend insisted Roger was only a friend. “She told me she had run into Roger but she said he was just a friend and that they were only hanging out because Deena was into his friend,” Tom said. “Everyone told me she was cheating on me,” Lippolis notes, “and that Pauly D wasn’t the only person she was with the first season so now I know.” Tom is now suing JWoww, saying she owes him for managing her career. Meanwhile, the MTV star has filed legal papers hoping to prevent her ex from selling or making JWoww nude photos he has available to the public. Roger has not commented, but from what we know, they’re still an item.

After appearing on The Bachelorette, starring as The Bachelor and competing on Dancing With the Stars, Jake Pavelka is trying to launch a real acting career. Today, he appeared on the CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful . “I play a pilot,” said Pavelka, who is/was a pilot before becoming a professional reality star. “What’s ironic is that it’s harder to play a pilot than to be a pilot!” Jake signs an autograph for someone who needs a hobby . Pavelka was offered the role in part because B&B producer Brad Bell flies planes, too. “He’s a pilot himself and we had a whole lot in common,” says Pavelka. Also soaring is Pavelka’s love life – he and wedding planner Meghan Jones are going strong. If that doesn’t work out, there’s always The Bachelor again. Hey, it worked for Brad Womack. “I read that story that I was begging to be The Bachelor again,” says Jake, who was producers’ backup plan after Kiptyn Locke, Reid Rosenthal, Womack and Maksim Chmerkovskiy (seriously) all turned it down. “That was news to me.”

To a celebrity gossip site, Charlie Sheen is comedic gold. Seriously, the guy has is unabashed in his affection for porn star booty . But to a television network that cuts him a mammoth check every year? Not so much. At a press conference with reporters today, CBS Entertainment President Nina Tassler made it clear she has a “high level of concern” over the actor and his behavior. “This man is a father, he’s got children, so obviously there’s concern on a personal level,” Tassler said. “But Charlie’s a professional, he comes to work, he does his job extremely well… It’s very complicated.” Reportedly, CBS executives were contemplating some kind of intervention this week, following Sheen’s antics in Las Vegas , but the star’s lawyer wouldn’t allow it. Why not just fire the guy? Well, Tassler replies: “How do you get fired for going to work and doing your job?”
