The first incident happened when Offset’s phone was hacked and a leaked video hit the net of him in a hotel room with a naked woman . Then last week, several tapes surfaced allegedly showing him having Cardi-B free smash sessions. According to Cardi, however, her fans and the media have it all WRONG—-Offest isn’t cheating, and those videos are old. “When he did it again when the last two videos was before me?” wrote the rapper on Twitter. Early today, John Mayer was hospitalized for emergency surgery. Please save your “Your Body Is A Wonderland” jokes for the end. On Tuesday, Dead & Company’s official Twitter account posted this: “Early this morning, Tuesday, December 5th, John Mayer was admitted into the hospital for emergency appendectomy forcing the Dead & Company December 5th concert in New Orleans to be postponed.” Now, that can be pretty serious. The appendix might not be a vital organ, but when it begins to swell, it’s effects can be profoundly painful. If it were to burst, it would be much, much worse. Don’t freak out that it’s an “emergency appendectomy,” as … that’s generally how appendectomies work. It’s not an elective surgery; you remove it before it kills you. Even so, this is major surgery. They will in all likelihoods make a number of small incision points, one in his navel and two below his waist. They’ll then “inflate” in order to create some wiggle-room and use endoscopic tools to carefully remove the appendix. Ideally, before it bursts. Scarring will be pretty minimal — it’s not like those huge abdominal scars that people who got the surgery in years past received. Recovery will take weeks. Based upon my experience (I had an appendectomy in 2004), the worst part of recovery is dealing with lingering pain if they used carbon dioxide to make room for the endoscopic surgery. For me, that gas pain was worse than appendicitis or the surgery itself. It will probably be days before he’s willing to eat again, but unless there are complications, he should be able to be up and (very gingerly) walking as early as tomorrow. He’ll need to avoid alcohol for a few weeks and also avoid any heavy lifting. Sitting up is going to be a pain for several days, at least. Hopefully, he’ll make a full and speedy recovery. Yeah, a lot of people consider John Mayer to be a douche, but it takes more than rubbing people the wrong way to deserve to have one of your organs explode. That’s rough. Now, when the metaphorical smoke clears and it’s announced that John Mayer has made a full recovery, then we can start making jokes. The “Your Body Is A Wonderland” jokes. Perhaps some jokes at the expense of Katy Perry, one of John Mayer’s many famous exes. As we all recall, Katy Perry ranked John Mayer as the best at sex when compared to Diplo and Orlando Bloom. If you feel like making a joke with twists and turns, you can even try to make a joke connecting John Mayer’s misbehaving appendix with his allegedly large penis. (I’ve thought of several but wouldn’t care to subject anyone to them) That’s up to you; just don’t tell inappropriate jokes at work. The Twitter account posted an update: “All tickets for the December 5 show will be honored for the rescheduled date. Information on the rescheduled date will be announced as soon as possible. Should ticketholders choose to seek a refund, they will be available at point of purchase.” That’s great news, though we’re sure that ticketholders are currently more concerned about John Mayer’s well-being than they are about what to do with their tickets. We all look forward to when we can poke fun at John Mayer’s goofy statements instead of worrying about his health.
Russell Simmons Was Investigated For Sexual Battery In 2001 And yet another one … Now that all of the sexual skeletons are falling out of producer Brett Ratner’s closet , a few are tiptoeing out of other industry heavy hitters that associate with him. And newly public info is now revealing that Russell Simmons was also accused of sexual misconduct, alongside Ratner, over 15 years ago. According to Variety , The Beverly Hills PD investigated Brett Ratner and Russell Simmons in connection with a sexual battery claim back in 2001. The victim, still unidentified, was a then-29-year-old woman. She filed a report at the police station on November 3 at 4:45 am, claiming that both Ratner and Simmons had held her against her will at Ratner’s home and both touched her without her consent. She said the incident occurred between 2 and 3 am that same morning. Prosecutors ultimately declined to press charges in the case, due to insufficient evidence. Russell Simmons responded to the story going public, stating that the allegations simply weren’t true, but he backs up the current movement of women exposing their truths: “This is an important and critical time for the empowerment of women and men who have been harassed. I have been a public figure for all of my adult life. And when you are in that arena over decades, you can find yourself in a position where you are vulnerable and susceptible to claims that are untrue.” Yikes. Jay Z And Kanye West Soon To Meet Jay Z is finally acquiescing to that meeting Kanye called for not too long ago. As the whole world knows, the duo have had an ongoing rift since late last year. Kanye went on one of his rants, targeting Jay, Bey, and even mentioning Blue not playing with his daughter North. Jay has made it clear that Kanye crossed a line when he mentioned Bey and Blue’s names in his greivances. Kanye feels like Jay should have cut him some slack for that one, seeing as how he was clearly on the verge of a psychotic episode — as evidenced by his hospitalization just a few weeks later. As sources tell TMZ , the issues between them have halted the handling of business between Kanye and Tidal . He pulled his contract with the service, alleging they haven’t held up their end of the bargain to the tune of $3.5 million. Now the $3.5 million isn’t the REAL issue here. It’s chump change to both artists, but things have been left out in the cold because of the issues between them. As a source close to the action says: “The Generals [Kanye and Jay] have to meet face-to-face. When that happens, the resolving the money dispute is a piece of cake.” And since Jay and Bey live in Beverly Hills now — right down the street from Calabasas — the meeting could take place any day now. WENN Hilary Duff’s Mansion Was The Target Of The Latest Celebrity Robbery It’s hard out here for rich people these days…okay, not really. But as always, they continue to get robbed of their precious jewels. Celebrity robberies are seemingly always happening (because everyone knows how loaded they are, duh) and Instagram might be the culprit for why the criminals are getting away with it so easily. Lil Lizzie McGuire has been posting away on her Instagram, letting her 8 million followers know she’s out and about on vacation. To thieves, that’s a green light to go and grab some loot from the “Younger” star’s unoccupied mansion. Apparently, those who robbed her Beverly Hills house got away with hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of jewelry and other items. No alarm went off when the burglars entered the residence, and the extent of the robbery is not yet made clear since Duff and her family are still away on vacation in Canada. Hilary is just the latest in celebrity robberies, her recent counterparts include Nicki Minaj, Michael B Jordan, and Scott Disick.
There is one episode remaining on Once Upon a Time season 6. And, on a related note, there is also just one episode remaining for Jennifer Morrison as a lead character on Once Upon a Time. The actress has announced she’s leaving the show. Now, one important caveat to keep in mind is this: ABC is yet to renew Once Upon a Time beyond this season. Many fans have anticipated for many weeks now that Once Upon a Time Season 6 Episode 21 (titled “The Final Battle”) will mark the conclusion of the beloved drama. And now we have an even stronger reason to believe this will be the case. Still, long-time followers of the program are reacting with sadness to Morrison’s announcement. “As I reached the end of my 6 year contract on ONCE UPON A TIME, I was faced with a significant decision,” the star wrote on Instagram this morning, adding: “ABC, Eddy Kitsis, and Adam Horowitz very generously invited me to continue as a series regular. After very careful consideration, I have decided that creatively and personally, it is time for me to move on.” Morrison has anchored the series as Emma Swan since the premiere. She concluded her statement as follows: Emma Swan is one my favorite characters that I have ever played. My 6 years on ONCE UPON A TIME has changed my life in the most beautiful ways. I am absolutely blown away by the passion and commitment of the Oncer fans. I am so honored to have been a central part of such a special show. I will be forever grateful to Adam, Eddy, and ABC for giving me the gift of playing Emma Swan. It’s also worth noting that simply because Morrison is leaving, this doesn’t mean she’s leaving her fan base high and dry forever. The actress promised loyal Once Upon a Time viewers that she’ll continue to make appearances at fan conventions whenever she can. “As I move on to other creative endeavors, I will continue to attend the fan conventions whenever my professional schedule allows,” she wrote. “I always look forward meeting the fans.” Finally, if ABC does , indeed, pick the show up for a seventh season, Morrison is willing to return and wrap up her character’s storyline. “If ABC Network does in fact order a season 7, I have agreed to appear in one episode, and I will most certainly continue to watch ONCE UPON A TIME,” she assured fans. “The creativity of the show runners has always inspired me, and I cannot wait to see the ways that they continue to develop and reinvent the show.” View Slideshow: 13 TV Shows Ending In 2017 NOTE to ABC: Do not pick up Once Upon a Time for Season 7. Last Friday evening, Garth and Spelling appeared in a RuPaul’s Drag Race sketch based on the smash hit drama for their best known. In the segment, Garth’s character was critiquing a contestant played by Thiessen’s 90210 vixen, Valerie Malone, when Garth refused to even say Thiessen’s name. “As Ti … how do you say it?” Garth joked, at which point Spelling jumped in replied: “Just say, ‘That which we don’t speak of.’” The actresses then laughed, as Garth agreed: “Yes, we know her as ‘That which we don’t speak of.’” Wow. Who knew Thiessen was akin to Voldermort in the eyes of these actresses? Thiessen came on board 90210 as the replacement for Shannen Doherty, after that controversial actress departed the series as Brenda Walsh in 1994. Back in 2012, Thiessen told Howard Stern that she and Garth “had a falling out and we grew apart,” adding that she was the one who was “hurt” and not wanting to delve into any more details. When it came to Spelling, however, Thiessen explained that she was very close to Tori’s her first husband, Charlie Shanian. When the couple split in 2005, it basically ruined her friendship with her ex-co-star forever. “It was a hard situation for everybody. We were close with Charlie [Shanian] … my best friend was Charlie’s roommate. It was hard,” Thiessen told Stern in the same interview. Khloe Kardashian Talks Marriage With Tristan Thompson Khloe Kardashian is azz-over-heels in love with her baller-boo Tristan Thompson. It seems to be just about all she can speak about these days. As Khloe reveals in the April 12 edition of ES Magazine… she’s so far in with Tristan after the last few months that she’s already picking out wedding colors and scouting venues. No pressure, though. “I would love to have a family… We’ve talked about it.” Tristan actually already has a family …but we digress. Khloe says that if it comes down to her and Tristan tying the knot and having kids of their own, she’s 150% down for it. When the mag asked if she would accept if Tristan dropped to one knee, Khloe flatly said, “Yes, I would.” But she stresses that she’s not putting any pressure on him to go ring shopping…yet. “He [already] is a father, and I know for a fact that he would be an impeccable father.
