There was no controversy about this, though: She looked awesome! Bey wore a snug navy dress by Victoria Beckham, sky-high heels and some dazzling bling (including a diamond-encrusted eagle) with her hair in a simple ponytail. So what was Beyonce doing right in terms of new mom style ? “When you think of the things women dislike about themselves, the majority don’t like their upper arms and also have skirt-length issues,” one stylist told MTV. “She’s addressed both of these. Kelly Rowland has been spending time with her BFF Beyonce and the most awesomest baby in the world (Blue Ivy Carter) and is making sure we know about it. In a recent interview , Bey’s former Destiny’s Child collaborator gushed about just how beautiful Beyonce and Jay-Z’s newborn is, as well as how perfect they are. Gushed may be an understatement, actually. “She is just…. more precious than a diamond. She is so stunning. So beautiful. I’m so happy for my sister and her husband. She’s beautiful,” said Kel of Blue. They’re not actually sisters, but we get the point. Kelly was asked if she’s been visiting the baby often. She saod: “Absolutely! You have to be a good aunt!” Again, not technically Blue’s aunt. But point taken. Kelly went on to say that basically, Jay and Bey are the best parents of ALL TIME (where’s Kanye when you need him) and that Blue Ivy is the Messiah. “She’s in mommy-vile and her husband is in daddy-vile, and the baby is SO beautiful! We knew that ish was fake the moment we read that Bey said Blue was a normal child. Beyonce has not spoken publicly about her daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, since the chart-topping infant was born in early January, according to her rep. But Star U.K. insists otherwise. The British gossip magazine posted Tuesday what they claim is the first interview with the diva since she gave birth. The quotes attributed to Beyonce in the piece are rather generic. “Security was very tight, but not just for the sake of it, it was for the security of our daughter,” the magazine claims Beyonce said of the highly criticized security measures implemented at Lenox Hill Hospital during Blue Ivy’s birth. The singer said of husband Jay-Z, according to Star, “He would not have missed it [the birth] for anything. He is a very protective and loyal guy by nature.” Despite these quotes sounding more than a little stilted, the interview was picked up by a number of outlets as legitimate. When contacted by Access Hollywood, Beyonce’s rep said Star’s interview is “completely made up.” A Star U.K. editor, however, stood by the story. “We bought the interview from a reporter in the U.S. who conducted the interview with Beyonce before the birth,” the editor, who is not named, told Access Hollywood. “The reporter then obtained the ‘top-up’ info after the birth, which we believe to have been signed off by a girl on her LSM team.” Request for comment from a Star editor has not been returned. Sometime after Access Hollywood posted their story Tuesday evening, the interview’s original URL was taken down and now leads to a missing page. In other news that appears to be made up, it seems Jay-Z has not sworn off use of the B-word expletive now that Blue Ivy has arrived, as a poem attributed to the rapper and posted to RollingOut.com claimed. A source close to Jay-Z told E! that he is not the author of a poem. Roots drummer Questlove confirmed this in a tweet. The hilarious thing is that generic answers are what we’ve come to expect from this broad, which is why it was so easy for the fraud of an interviewer to get away with what they did. The very pregnant (if you’re a believer) star, and her husband Jay-Z, spent New Year’s Eve in Brooklyn, dining at Buttermilk Channel. Food Republic and the restaurant Tweeted last night just before 11:30 p.m., “Well, if you must know… Jay-Z and Beyonce celebrating NYE at Buttermilk Channel right now.” According to Matt Rodbard, the two revisited the restaurant last night. He writes, “on our way out the door from celebrating New Year’s at one of our favorite Brooklyn restaurants, Buttermilk Channel, we heard whispers that the couple was on their way. And sure enough, we soon could confirm that Jay, B and unborn child were seated in a cozy table in the back.” On the menu Saturday night? Chef Ryan Angulo offered a 3-course tasting menu that included “a rich foie gras terrine with pickled grapes, butter-poached lobster from the Red Hook Lobster Pound,” and duck meatloaf with “seared foie gras and a bittersweet chocolate and duck jus.” And as good as that butter-poached lobster sounds, the NY Post reports that the couple ordered fried chicken and oysters: A heavily pregnant and beautiful Beyoncé celebrated New Year’s Eve over an intimate dinner with Jay-Z in Brooklyn. Dashing Web rumors that she gave birth last week, a still expecting Beyonce — in very high heels — ate with Jay at Buttermilk Channel in Carroll Gardens. Beyoncé dined on fried chicken and Jay ordered oysters, but there was no Champagne for the expecting star. The duo are maintaining a “partially vegan diet” and that “Jay’s trying to be disciplined, and he needs the energy to support her,” Us says . If that’s even halfway true, it’s pretty sweet. Beyonce, 30, isn’t going to let herself go just because she’s expecting, even if she is eating for two these days. “I’ve been really conscious [about food],” she said. “I’ve been trying my best not to lose control!” Jay and Beyonce’s commitment to healthy living seems to be paying off in more ways than one. A source they were dancing up a storm at Hollywood’s Spare Room club: “They were loved up and sweet together [and] partied until 4 a.m.!” Whatever “loved up” means, it sounds romantic.
