Give The Biggest Loser winner Rachel Frederickson credit for her attitude. After her stunning 155-pound weight loss – and resulting 105-pound frame – were revealed on the Season 15 finale, the 24-year-old faced major backlash. Millions of viewers of NBC’s weight loss competition, and some of the trainers who helped her, thought she had gone too far and was too skinny now. Rachel Frederickson didn’t see it as just criticism, though. Just concern. “I’ll always be grateful for the concern everyone had,” Rachel tells Us Weekly . “I will say, I had so much positive support, even on social media. Honestly, you look at it and you say, ‘Wow, if people are talking, they’re concerned or supportive.'” “And at the end of the day, that’s pretty amazing to have so many people aware of what I went through,” she added, “and what others are going through.” Wow. That is one positive outlook. She admits it wasn’t always easy, though. “It can be challenging.
